Delores J. Westcoat, 65, of Brownsville, formerly of California, Pa., died Thursday, Nov. 25, 1999, at her home. She was born Nov. 6, 1934, in Blainesburg (West Brownsville), a daughter of the late John F. and Dorothy Weaver Westcoat. She was a member of the United Christian Church, Disciples of Christ, California, Pa., and a graduate of California State Teachers College. Prior to retirement in 1997, she was a teacher for the Brownsville Area High School for 41 years, and was senior class adviser and sponsor of the National Honor Society. Past president of the Brownsville Business Professional Women, she also served as state president and district director. She was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star of California, Pa., where she was past Worthy Matron, and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Hiller Fire Co. She is survived by a sister, Diana and husband, Wylie Irwin, of Irwin; a brother, Thomas J. and wife, Janet Westcoat, of Long Branch, Pa.; nieces, Rhonda Irwin Fletcher, Janice Irwin Mihalko and Dawn Irwin Kane; nephews, Jeffrey and Michael Westcoat; four great-nephews, Tyler, Nicholas, Matthew and Bobby; and a great-niece, Gillian. She was predeceased by a sister, Dorothy Dell Westcoat. Friends will be received in the SKIRPAN FUNERAL HOME, 135 Park St., Brownsville, Saturday from 6 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home Monday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Norman Hunt officiating. Interment Redstone Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the United Christian Church of Christ, California, Pa.; B.P.W. Foundation; or the American Cancer Society. A memorial service will be conducted Sunday at 3 p.m. by the B.P.W.

Cynthia L. Antolik-Fiola, 38, of Monroeville, died Thursday, Nov. 25, 1999. Wife of James V. Fiola of Monroeville. Daughter of Betty Antolik and the late Pete Antolik. Mother of James "Jimbo" Fiola. Sister of Barb Parks of Florida, John Antolik of Turtle Creek, Mary Chris Rogel of Bakerstown, Rick Antolik of Turtle Creek, Patti Schill of Monroeville, Robert Antolik of Turtle Creek and the late Paul and Suzy Antolik. Also many nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends were received Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and will be received Sunday from 1 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the JOBE FUNERAL HOME INC., corner of Shaw and Triboro avenues, Turtle Creek, where services will be Monday at 1 p.m. Cyndi was known to her family and many friends for her sense of humor, love of life, and was always ready to lend a helping hand.
DAVID T. BAKER SR.
David T. Baker Sr., 89, of Saltsburg, died Thursday, Nov. 25, 1999, at home. He was born Jan. 12, 1910, in Grapeville, a son of the late John and Henrietta Martz Baker. Prior to retirement, he was a machinist at the Elliott Co. He was a member of the Old Time Fiddler's Association. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Genevieve E. Baker; five brothers, Otis, John, Jesse, Dewey and Calvin Baker; and a sister, Elizabeth Backus. He is survived by six sons, David T. Baker Jr. and his wife, Martha, of Irwin, John D. Baker and his wife, Barbara, of Derry, Ronald J. Baker and his wife, Mary Lou, of Thompson, Ohio, Kenneth L. Baker of Claridge, Robert A. Baker and his wife, Ruth, of Jeannette, and Harold G. Baker and his wife, Mitzi, of Claridge; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a sister, Margaret Hepler of Mt. Pleasant; and a number of nieces and nephews. Friends were received at the MASON-GELDER FUNERAL HOME INC., 201 N. First St., Jeannette, Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. and will be received Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held Monday at 2 p.m. in the funeral home with the Rev. Michael Goodling officiating. Interment will follow in the Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont.

George L. Grimm, 66, of Connellsville, died Thursday, Nov. 25, 1999, at his home. Friends were received at the BROOKS FUNERAL HOME INC., 111 E. Green St., Connellsville, Saturday and will be received Sunday from 1 to 9 p.m. A blessing service will be held Monday at 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, Connellsville, with the Rev. John Butler as celebrant. Interment will follow in Green Ridge Memorial Park, Pennsville. A parish wake service will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.

Joseph J. "Geevee" Lucarelli Sr., 83, of Monroeville, died Wednesday, Nov. 24, 1999. Son of the late Angelo and Vincenza (Pisano) Lucarelli. Husband of the late Mildred "Millie" (Vuic) Lucarelli. Beloved father of Marilyn "Chuby" Lucarelli, Bernadine "Bernie" (Bobby) Marcoz, Joseph J. (Marilyn) Lucarelli Jr. and Debbie "Dee" (Guy) DiMatteo. Eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Brother of Mary Devito and the late Anna Lobozzo, Lewis "Tubby, " Leo and Anthony "Lukie" Lucarelli. Numerous nieces and nephews. Rose (Ciongoli) LaGorga, 88, of North Versailles, died Wednesday, Nov. 24, 1999. Beloved wife of the late Dominick "Shiek" LaGorga; loving mother of Lucille A. Tartaglio and husband, Bernard, of North Versailles, Catherine Mashione and husband, Joseph, of Fort Myers, Fla.; grandmother of Lisa Bobitski, Shelly Eremic and Mark Tartaglio; great-grandmother of Nicole, Michael, Amanda, Nicholas and Mark Andrew; and sister of Millie Duga, Leona Volpe, Frank Ciongoli and the late Angie Aiello, Michael, James, Andrew, Ralph and Mikey Ciongoli. Steve Grushecky, 89, of Warren, formerly of Hutchinson, died Saturday, Nov. 27, 1999, at his home. He was born Aug. 17, 1910, in McKeesport, a son of the late John and Mary Oblaski Grushecky. He is survived by his wife, Rose (Koschasic) Grushecky; three children, Timothy S. Grushecky and wife, Katherine, of Warren, Mary McCleary and husband, Neal, of Fair Hill, Md., and Loretta Grushecky of Boxborough, Mass.; two grandchildren, Shawn Grushecky and wife, Jennifer, and Sedessa Grushecky; two brothers, John and Tom Grushecky; and two sisters, Helen Konchina and Marie Yex. Friends will be received Monday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the J. WILLIAM McCAULEY JR. FUNERAL HOME INC., West Newton. Patricia A. "Patti Anne" Miller Hogan, born in Braddock, Jan. 22, 1927, daughter of Joseph W. and Sarah Haggerty Miller, passed away peacefully after an extended illness with complications from emphysema, at the Ladies of the Grand Army of the Republic Nursing Home, Saturday, Nov. 27, 1999. Educated at St. Thomas Elementary School, Braddock, Sacred Heart High School, Pittsburgh, and graduated from the Duquesne University School of Pharmacy. Co-operated, along with her aunt, Margaret Haggerty Connolly, the Forest Hills Pharmacy until their retirement. Survived by husband, Joseph, of Monroeville; a daughter, Sharon Hogan of Fairfield, Conn.; a son, Brian Hogan of Pittsburgh; a daughter, Sarah Greer and husband, Matthew, with grandchildren, Alexandra, Benjamin and Patrick of Kingwood, Texas; and son, Hilary Hogan and wife, Mary Ann, with grandchildren, Beverly, Andrea, Patrick and Thomas, of Murrysville. Also survived by a special cousin, Robert D. Connolly and wife, Lucille, of Catlett, Va. The family would like to express their deepest and heartfelt appreciation to the highly skilled and loving staff at the LGAR, and to the dedicated and caring members of Odyssey Healthcare for their guidance and support. Joseph C. Kochanowski, 89, of Shaler Township, died Saturday, Nov. 27, 1999. Beloved husband of Genevieve Kochanowski. Beloved father of Robert Kochanowski of Hampton Township and Sally A. Minjack of Plum Borough. Also survived by nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was a retired foreman for the Westinghouse Corp.
