Gretchen Massey, 32, formerly of Industry, died Monday, Feb. 8, 1999, in Denver, Colo., due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Born April 6, 1966, in Rochester, she was the daughter of Paula Perry Massey, Brighton Township, and Paul A. Massey, New Castle. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her grandmothers, Ida Perry, Midland, and Dora Eccleston, East Liverpool, Ohio; a brother, Jeff Massey, Cleveland, Ohio, and her fiance, Chris Florman, Denver, Colo. Daisey (Coast) Fisher McCarty, 84, of Sacramento, Calif., formerly of Eastvale, died Saturday, Feb. 6, 1999, in Kaiser North Hospital, Sacramento, Calif. Born Jan. 9, 1915, in Eastvale, she was the daughter of the late Earl H. and Mary M. (Bable) Coast. She had attended the Eastvale Reformed Presbyterian Church, and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Don Fisher; three brothers, Charles, John and Harold Coast, and three sisters, Esther Bayne, Irene Miller and Dorthea Wilkerson. She is survived by a brother, Paul R. Coast, Beaver Falls; a sister, Bernice Garvin Caskey, College Hill, and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Thursday from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. in CAMPBELL'S BEAVER FALLS FUNERAL HOME, 14th Street and Eighth Avenue. Joseph Peasenell, 84, formerly of Rochester Township, died Thursday, Feb. 4, 1999, in the Sutter Roseville Hospital, Roseville, Calif. Born Dec. 15, 1914, in Rochester, a son of the late Ferdinand and Victoria (Conti) Peasenell, he was a retired foreman from Crucible Steel, Midland. He had been a member of St. Cecilia Roman Catholic Church, Rochester, prior to moving to California. Surviving are his wife, Barbara (Carevic) Peasenell; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Vernon Peasenell, Roseville, Calif., and Dennis and Carol Peasenell, Blue Bell, Pa., and a granddaughter, Christina Peasenell. He was preceded in death by three children, Ruth Ann, Ronald and David Peasenell, and two brothers, John and Philip Peasenell. Friends will be received Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the HUNTSMAN ROCHESTER FUNERAL HOME, 502 Adams St., where a service will be conducted Thursday at 9:30 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. in St. Cecilia Catholic Church. Joseph R. Plum Sr., 42, a lifetime resident of Eastvale, died Sunday, Feb. 7, 1999, in the emergency department of The Medical Center, Beaver. Born May 9, 1956, in Highland, Ill., he was a son of Joseph H. Plum Jr. and stepson of Martha A. Plum, of Enon Valley. He was preceded in death by his mother, Rose Marie Hall Plum, on Oct. 19, 1996. He was a laborer for J&W Steel, Mars, and was a member of the Tress Annex Pool League. In addition to his father and stepmother, he is survived by his wife, Darlene L. Dishler Plum; a son, Joseph R. Plum Jr.; two daughters, Tiffany and Angel Plum, all of Eastvale; a maternal grandfather, Raymond E. Hall, Eastvale; a sister and brother-in-law, Linda L. and Donald J. Stanyard, Beaver Falls; two stepbrothers, Roy Johnson, Enon Valley, and Harry Johnson, Beaver Falls; two brothers-in-law and four sisters-in-law, Jerry and Gina Dishler, Rick and Felice Dishler, and Amy Dishler, all of New Brighton, and Lynn Dishler, Aliquippa; his mother and father-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Jack and Anna Mae Dishler, New Brighton, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Eufemia Riccitelli, 88, of Aliquippa, died Sunday, Feb. 7, 1999, in UPMC-Pittsburgh. Born Nov. 18, 1910, in Sante Eufemia, Italy, a daughter of the late Gennaro and Maria Louisa (D'Amico) Sonsini, she was a member of St. Titus Catholic Church, Aliquippa, and the St. Titus Confraternity of Christian Mothers. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Riccitelli, in October 1965; two brothers, Carmen and Rocco Sonsini, and three sisters, Maria Cialone, Fioralba Sonsini and Antoinetta Colafella. Surviving are two sons and a daughter-in-law, Joseph Riccitelli, Raccoon Township, and Anthony and Peggy Riccitelli, Center Township; a daughter, Elizabeth Riccitelli, with whom she resided; four grandchildren, Ted Wory, Anthony and Aaron Riccitelli, and Chris Guiliano and her husband, Michael; a great-grandson, Christian Guiliano; a sister, Domenica Colafella, and a sister-in-law, Eufemia Sonsino, both of West Aliquippa, and many nieces and nephews. Leslie J. Solomon, 44, of 1917 Fourth Ave., Beaver Falls, died Sunday, Feb. 7, 1999, in her home, surrounded by her family. Born July 15, 1954, in Brooklyn, N.Y., a daughter of the Rev. Elaine Solomon, of Beaver Falls, and the late Lester Lloyd Solomon Sr., she was employed in the customer service department of the JC Penney Co., and had previously worked at Blair's Personal Care Home as a certified nurses assistant. She attended Bay Ridge High School, Brooklyn, N.Y., Crown Business Institute, Brooklyn, and the Garfield Business Institute, New Brighton. Surviving are a daughter, Keyva Solomon, Philadelphia; her mother, Pastor Elaine Solomon, Beaver Falls; two sisters, Cheryl and Wanda Solomon, both of Beaver Falls; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Lester Jr. and Dottie Solomon, Virginia Beach, Va., and Kevin Solomon, Pittsburgh; nieces and nephews, Rodney and wife Karen, Kenneth, Khaliah, Jelani, Lia, Imani, Derrick, Ayende, Akiel, Shira, Cherise and Crystal Smith; great-nieces and great-nephews, Michael, Porchia, Dominica, Bria, Taylor, Ayana, Cadee, Yomi and Trenton, and a host of extended family members and friends. Patricia Lou Swanson, 71, of 3812 - 41st Ave., New Brighton, died Saturday, Feb. 6, 1999, at the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital, Wilkes-Barre. She had been a temporary resident of Harveys Lake, Pa., where she was recuperating from a Dec. 6, 1998, car accident. Born March 21, 1927, in East Liverpool, Ohio, a daughter of the late William A. and Carolyn L. Walters, she was a graduate of Beaver High School and had also attended Lincoln High School in Midland. Mrs. Swanson worked as a budget analyst for the U.S. Government, Department of the Army, retiring on Jan. 21, 1983. While living and working in Maryland, she was a lead soprano soloist and organist for her church, and was a member of the MENSA Society. She had resided in New Brighton for the last seven years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Maynard William Swanson, whom she married August 28, 1948. Surviving are a son, Charles Milton Swanson; a brother and sister-in-law, William P. and Margaret H. Walters, and a niece, Judy Walters, all of Tucson, Ariz.; a sister and brother-in-law, Jane Walters Costigan and Robert W. Richard "'Rick" L. Timney, 59, of Knollwood Drive, Industry, went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, Feb. 7, 1999, at his residence. Born Dec. 27, 1939, in Baden, a son of the late John A. Jr. and Elizabeth Schlumpf Timney, he was employed as a sales person for T.V. Giel Garage Doors Inc., Gibsonia. A veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during the Vietnam Conflict, he was a graduate of the University of California of which he was a member of Sigma Tau Gamma. Rick received his master's degree from Penn State, and was a former teacher for the West Allegheny School District. He had been formerly employed in the coke oven department of LTV Steel, Aliquippa, and was a member of St. Blaise Parish Family. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Nancy Speck and Margaret Marie Timney, and three brothers, Jack, Robert and Thomas Timney. He is survived by his beloved wife, Kathleen Kelley Timney, at home; four children and their spouses, SFC James J. Timney, Fort McClellan, Ala.; Robert J. and Patty Timney, Ohioville; Betty and Chris Thoma, Midland, and John and Juanita Timney, Pittsburgh; seven grandchildren, Ricky, Debbie, Kelly, Tricia, and Patrick Timney, and John Thompson and Christian Thoma; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Robert E.
