Mrs. McClellan was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, George McClellan; a brother, Charles Cain, and her grandmother, Ethel Hart. Surviving are four daughters, Julia Rae Cain, Baltimore, Md.; Michelle McClellan, Jessica McClellan, and Jalyssa Cain, all of Aliquippa; two sons, Brian McClellan, and Harold N. Cain, both of Aliquippa; four brothers and two sisters-in-law, John Cain, Detroit, Mich., Calvin Cain, Baltimore, Md.; Benjamin and Joycelyn Cain, Flint, Mich., and Jo Ann and William Jeter, Laurel, Md.; two sisters, Diane Clarit, and Belinda Cain, both in Laurel, Md.; an aunt and uncle, Aldine and Elliott Jeter, Aliquippa; a cousin, Yvette Walker El Amin, Detroit, Mich.; 10 nieces, 10 nephews, 12 great-nieces, 16 great-nephews, and one great-great-nephew; special friends, Perrette Cooper, Hartford, Conn.; S. Edward Thompson, Aliquippa; Mamie Kimbrough, Aliquippa, and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Friends will be received today from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Bethel Baptist Church, Aliquippa, where a service will be held Monday at 11 a.m. by her nephew, the Rev. Lamont Cain. Virginia M. Shane, 85, formerly of Rochester Township, passed away Thursday, Feb. 11, 1999, in Aliquippa Hospital. Born June 2, 1913, in Rochester, a daughter of the late William and Martha Pearl Martin Hartman, she was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Rochester. A 1931 graduate of Rochester High School, she had attended Geneva College and graduated from Carnegie Tech, Pittsburgh. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick H. Shane, in 1981, and a sister, Jeanne Duffin. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Jeanne C. and Edwin S. Metzger III, Rochester Township; a son and daughter-in-law, Richard M. and Judy A. Shane, Knoxville, Tenn.; six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and a sister-in-law, Marjorie Shane, Rochester Township. There will be private family visitation this evening from 7 to 9 p.m. in the WILLIAM MURPHY FUNERAL HOME INC. 349 Adams St., Rochester. Services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. in the First Presbyterian Church, Beaver. Officiating will be the Rev. Joseph A. Hill. Entombment will follow in Sylvania Hills Mausoleum. Dorothy Mae Stephenson, a lifelong resident of Coraopolis, died Friday, Feb. 12, 1999, in St. Clair Memorial Hospital. Born July 26, 1923, in Sewickley, Pa., to Hilda (Schuster) and the late Delbert Waite, she was a member of the Frist Baptist Church; the Multiple Sclerosis Society, in both Moon Township and Coraopolis, PA Chapter; and retired in 1985 from Pittsburgh De Moinies Steel Co. after 10 years in the accounting department. Survived by her mother, Hilda (Schuster) Waite, Coraopolis; daughter Elaine and her husband, Thomas Lowes, Philadelphia, and her son, Terry A. and his wife, Kathleen Stephenson, Crescent Township. Sister of Audrea Mallick, in California; Samuel (Bud) Waite, Coraopolis, and Delbert (Jack) Waite, in Florida. Grandmother of Thomas and Elizabeth Lowes and Norah-Naomi and Caleb Stephenson. Nellie Toy, 85, of New Brighton, died Friday, Feb. 12, 1999, in the Beaver Valley Nursing Center, South Beaver Township. Born Dec. 18, 1913, in Pittsburgh, she was a daughter of the late Anthony and Helen Zaftro. She was a homemaker and had lived in New Brighton for the past 40 years after moving from Kittanning, Pa. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford V. Toy Sr., on Nov. 16, 1995; a grandson, Donald L. Roofner, and a great-granddaughter, Chloe Toy. Madalene C. Boggess, 70, of Rochester, died Sunday, Feb. 14, 1999, in The Medical Center, Beaver. Born July 18, 1928, in Ohio, a daughter of the late Harley and Georgia Smith Weekley, she was a retired employee of Phoenix Glass Company, Monaca. Surviving are her husband, Windell Boggess, Rochester; a daughter and son-in-law, Deborah and David Frank, Uniontown, Ohio; four grandchildren, Leslie Frank, Joya Frank, Lindy Frank, and David C. William E. Davidson Sr., 83, of West Mayfield, died Sunday, Feb. 14, 1999, in his residence. Born Oct. 12, 1915, in Beaver Falls, a son of the late Roy J. and Yarda Sternquist Davidson, he was a member of St. Philomena Roman Catholic Church. He had attended Youngstown University, where he played football, and was a member of the Beaver Falls Owls Club and the Beaver Falls Turners. He retired from Babcock and Wilcox Tubular Products Company in 1981. Surviving are his wife, Catherine M. Trn Davidson; two sons and two daughters-in-law, William E. Davidson Jr. and his wife, Peggy, Pittsburgh, and Thomas J. Davidson and his wife, Suzanne, Follansbee, W.Va.; four grandsons, William E. Davidson III and Matthew Davidson, Pittsburgh, and T.J. Dorothy "Dot" Gossard, 64, of Mansfield, Ohio, died Friday, Feb. 12, 1999, in the Med Central Hospital, Mansfield. Born June 23, 1934, in Rochester, a daughter of Annabelle Flickner Gossard, Monaca, and the late Howard B. Gossard, she was a retired employee with Hartman Electric, Mansfield. In addition to her mother, she is survived by two brothers and sisters-in-law, Glenn and Carol Gossard, Ingram, Pa., and James and Joellen Gossard, Koppel; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Helen and Robert McNear, Monaca; Marge Zediker, and Lucille and Al Sauer, all of Mansfield; a sister-in-law, Rose Navatril, Rochester, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Howard A. Gossard, and a nephew, Joseph Gossard. William C.E. Graeser Jr., 83, of Monaca, passed away Saturday afternoon, Feb. 13, 1999. Born Sept. 10, 1915, in Monessen, Pa., a son of the late William C.E. Sr. and Mary Margaret (Hare) Graeser, he was a lifelong resident of Monaca. Bill was a man who loved life and who actively participated in the community. He was a member of the Beaver County Retired Men's Club; the Monaca United Methodist Church; the Monaca-Center Lodge 791 F&AM; the Beaver Valley Council 84 of Beaver Falls; the Royal Arch Chapter 167 of Rochester; the Beaver Valley Commandery (Knights Templar) 84 of Beaver Falls; Anciet Accepted Scottish Rite Valley of New Castle; the Syria Shrine AAONMS of Pittsburgh; the Beaver County Caravan 18; a member of the Monaca VFD 1, the Beaver County Firemen's Relief Association, Western Pennsylvania Firemen Association, the Pennsylvania Firemen's Association, a life member of the Monaca American Legion Post 580, the Monaca Cornet Bandroom, Monaca Saxon Club, the Rochester B.P.O. Elks 283, the Beaver Valley Sportsman Club of Monaca, and the former Monaca Moose Lodge. He retired in 1976 from the former J&L Steel Corp., Aliquippa Works, as an electricial bench hand in the maintenance department following 40 years of employment, and was the proprietor of Bill's Radiator Shop, Monaca. He is survived by four sons and daughters-in-law, William C. III and Barbara Graeser, Jefferson Hills; David Earl and Joan Graeser, Center Township; Patrick Bruce and Carol Graeser, Chippewa Township, and Commander Kenneth Scott and Barbara Graeser, serving in the U.S. Navy, stationed in California, Md.; eight grandchildren, Brian William Graeser, Brent Graeser, Chad Graeser, Jan Thomas Graeser, Kim Graeser, Natalie Joy Graeser, Leslie Ann Graeser and Laura Bess Graeser; two brothers, Clarence (Red) Graeser and Philip Graeser, both of Monaca, and a sister, Mary Louise Sherry, Beaver; several nieces and nephews. Clarence R. Klingensmith, 77, of Chippewa Township, formerly of Jeannette, Pa., died Thursday, Feb. 11, 1999, in The Medical Center, Beaver. Born March 8, 1921, in Jeannette, Pa., he was a son of the late William P. and Edith Heasley Klingensmith. A U.S. Army veteran of World War II, he was employed as an area manager of the Westinghouse Electric Corp., Beaver Division, retiring after 42 years of service. He was a member of the Chippewa United Methodist Church, Beaver County Caravan 18, Parian Lodge 662 F&AM, Masonic Temple Association, Syria Temple, A.A.O.N.M.S., Westinghouse Fellowship Association and the Westinghouse Electric Corp. Foreman's Association, East Pittsburgh. Surviving are two daughters and three sons-in-law, Virginia L. and Michael P. Smakosz, Judy A. and John E. Beighey, and Lanny A.
