Services were held for Peggy Diane Wisniewski, 55, of Levan Street, St. Lawrence, who died September 28 in St. Joseph Medical Center.
Her husband, Daniel P. Wisniewski, died in 2001.
Born in Reading, she was a daughter of William T. and Virginia P. (Platt) Lilley, Reading.
She was employed for 16 years as a secretary by Rhoda, Stoudt & Bradley, Reading, and was last employed for five years in the department of medicine by Reading Hospital.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by a son, Michael T. Rahn, Sharon, Mercer County.
Other survivors include a brother and four grandchildren.
The arrangements were handled by the Henninger Funeral Home Inc., Reading.
MARGARET M. YOCOM
Services were held for Margaret M. (Miller) Yocom, 60, of Briarwood Drive, Amity Township, who died October 1 in Reading Hospital and Medical Center, West Reading.
She was the wife of Thomas S. Yocom.
Born in Pottstown, she was a homemaker.
Yocom was a member of the St. Gabriel’s Episcopal Church in Douglassville.
She was a member of the Pike Township Sportman’s Association.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Dave L. Yocum of Womelsdorf; two daughters, Tammy Marie Matthews of Douglassville and Kathy Lynn Greene of Birdsboro.
Also a sister and six grandchildren.

MARGARET M. DAISEY
Private services and burial were held for Margaret M. Daisey, 83, of Hopewell Road, Caernarvon Township, formerly of North Cape May, N.J., who died September 30 in St. Joseph Medical Center.
She was predeceased by her husband, Carlton Daisey.
Born in Philadelphia, she was employed for 15 years by Acme Markets, retiring in 1980.
She was a member of St. Benedict’s Roman Catholic Church, Robeson Township.
Surviving are a son, James B., Elverson RD 3; and a granddaughter.
The arrangements were handled by the Labs Funeral Home Inc., Honey Brook.
BRENDA L. SCHOCK-GOTTSHALL
A memorial service was held for Brenda L. (Stinnard) Schoch-Gottshall, 53, wife of Gregory S. Gottshall, of Lincoln Drive, Exeter, who died October 1 in her home.
Born in Pottstown, she was a daughter of Edward J. Stinnard Sr., husband of Diane Stinnard, of
Boyertown, and Ellen A. (Butterweck) Stinnard of Gilbertsville.
She was a 1967 graduate of Boyertown High School and served on the reunion committee.
She worked at National Penn Bank in Boyertown for 19 years, and most recently for Sovereign Bank in Wyomissing for three years.
Surviving in addition to her husband and parents are two sons, Ryan P. Schock and Gordon E. Schock, both of Boyertown; two stepsons, Christopher M. Gottshall of Pikeville and Andrew C. Gottshall, Pine Forge.
Also two sisters; a brother; and a step-grandson.

MILDRED M. SELLERS
Services and burial were private for Mildred M. Sellers, 84, formerly of Longmeadow, Mass., who died October 3 in Reading Hospital.
She had resided for the last two years in the Berkshire Commons, Exeter Township.
Her husband, John G. Sellers, died in 1994.
Born in Clay, Ky., she had been employed for 20 years as a registered nurse by the Jewish Nursing Home of Western Massachusetts, Longmeadow, retiring as head nurse.
She was a member of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, Longmeadow.
Sellers was a graduate of Dickson High School, Dickson, Ky., and the Methodist Hospital School of Nursing Memphis, Tenn.
She is survived by two sons, Dr. John M., Reading, and Philip C., Savannah, Ga.
Other survivors include a brother; three grandchildren, three step-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren.
The arrangements were handled by the Lutz Funeral Home Inc., Mount Penn.
EDWIN S. BECHTEL
Services were held for Edwin S. Bechtel, 86, formerly of Kutztown, and a resident for three years of the Henry Health Care Center of the Lutheran Home at Topton.
Bechtel died October 3 and his wife, Edna M. (Smith) Bechtel, died in 1968.
Born in Douglassville, Bechtel had been employed for 17 years by the borough of Kutztown. He later worked for Kelchner Cleaners, Kutztown, retiring in 1998.
He was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, Kutztown.
Bechtel is survived by a daughter, Mildred S. (Bechtel) Diehl, Topton, and a son, Richard S., Kutztown.
Other survivors include a brother, six grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
Burial was in Fairview Cemetery , Kutztown.

AARON J. HIMMELREICH
A memorial service will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. for Aaron J. Himmelreich, 22, of Golf Course Road, Robeson Township, who died October 2 in Reading Hospital.
Born in Weirton, W. Va., he was a son of James C. and Karen L. (Rutter) Himmelreich, Birdsboro.
He was employed as a groundskeeper by the Devereux Foundation, West Chester.
Himmelreich was a 1999 graduate of High Point Baptist Academy, Geigertown.
He was a member of High Point Baptist Chapel, Geigertown.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Rebecca L. and Lydia E. Himmelreich, and a brother, Luke A., all of Birdsboro.
Other survivors include his paternal grandparents, George C. and Nancy R. (Brown) Himmelreich, and his maternal grandmother, Janet B. (Bostdorf) Rutter, all of Millersburg, Dauphin County.
Services will be at 10 a.m. in High Point Baptist Chapel.
Burial will be private in Strasburg Mennonite Cemetery , Lancaster County.

GLADYS J. CHRISTMAN
Services were private for Gladys J. Christman, 84, of Old Schuylkill Road, East Coventry Township, who died December 8 in Pottstown Medical Center.
She was predeceased by her husband, William Christman.
Born in Birdsboro, she was employed for 11 years as a cook by the Pottstown Medical Center, retiring in 1985.
Surviving are a son, Jeffrey, New Holland; and two daughters, Jeanette (Christman) Fennelly, Pottstown, and Billie Ann (Christman) Hetherton, Lorida, Fla.
Other survivors include a brother, Harry R. Buchanan, a sister, Betty (Buchanan) Cuccaro, both of Birdsboro.
There are also six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

ELOISE WOOD
Services were held for Eloise Wood, 68, formerly of Troy, Mich., who died in the residence of a daughter, Kimberly L. (Wood) Knowlton, Shelbourne Road, Exeter Township, with whom she resided.
Born in Pikeville, Ky., she was employed for 10 years as a machinist by Precision Tumbling, Detroit, retiring in 1996.
She was a member of the Grace Apostolic Church, Rochester Hills, Mich., and Lighthouse Christian Church, Reading.
In addition to her daughter, she is also survived by a son, Lester R. Jr., in California.
Other survivors include two brothers; three sisters and two grandchildren.
Burial was in the White Chapel Memorial Cemetery , Troy.
The Bean Funeral Homes Inc., Exeter Township was in charge of local arrangements.
HEBER D. MCGOWAN SR.
Services were held for Heber D. McGowan Sr., 94, husband of Esther P. Kulp McGowan, of Union, who died December 9 in his home.
Born in Union, he owned and operated a feed grinding and trucking business from 1932 to 1968.
McGowan was a dairy farmer in Union from 1950 to 1978, when he retired.
He was a member of the Geigertown St. Paul’s United Methodist Church.
McGowan was a life member of the Geigertown Fire Company and a member of the American Automobile Association for 50 years. He served on the board of directors for the Berks County Soil Conservation Committee for 20 years.
In addition to his wife of 71 years, he is survived by two sons, Heber J. McGowan Jr., Birdsboro and Ronald W. McGowan, Geigertown; one daughter, Linda M. (McGowan) Knauer, Geigertown.
Also a sister, Betty (McGowan) Witman, Elverson; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and three step-great-great-grandchildren.
