Frank J. Momrock
Frank J. Momrock, 70, of 2473 Old Post Road, Coplay, died Tuesday in
Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was the husband of Irene
(Kidda) Momrock. They were married 45 years in July. He worked for Mack
Trucks Inc., Allentown,for 19 years before retiring in 1988. Before that
he worked for Fuller Co., Catasauqua plant, for 14 years.
Dorothy Frey
Dorothy Christine Frey, 79, of Tamanend, Tamaqua R.4, died
Wednesday in the Hazleton General Hospital, Hazleton. She was the wife of
Paul C. Frey. She was a garment worker for the McAdoo Garment Co. until
retiring.
Aaron A. Hosier
Aaron A. "Mike" Hosier, 82, of Andreas R.1 died Wednesday in his
home. He was a crane operator at Bethlehem Steel Corp. for 20 years
before retiring in1967.
Eckhart survivors
Among the survivors of Sarah "Mae" Eckhart, 91, formerly of 84
Broadway, Jim Thorpe, who died Wednesday in the Mahoning Valley
Convalescent Home, are a niece, Ellen, wife of Carl Selmasska of Easton,
and a nephew, Edwin Fisher Jr. of Mechanicsburg, whom she and her late
husband Vernon Eckhart raised.
Leonilla G. Balliet
Leonilla G. Balliet, 77, formerly of 148 South Second St., Lehighton,
died late Wednesday in the Mahoning Valley Nursing and Convalescent
Center. She was the widow of Harold Balliet, who died Nov. 29, 1989.
Louis R. Vito
Louis R. Vito, formerly of West 14th Street, Hazleton, died
Wednesday in the Hometown Nursing Center. He was the husband of the
late Caroline (Segn) Vito.
Irene Mariotti
Irene Mariotti, 79, of 356 W. Bertsch St., Lansford, died Wednesday
in Gnaden Huetten Hospital, Lehighton. She was the widow of Joseph
Mariotti. She worked for the former Lansford Manufacturing Garment
Factory.
Smith Survivors
Among the survivors of Mahlon N. Smith, 79, of 286-122 Lower Nis
Hollow Drive, Lehighton, who died Monday in Lehigh Valley Hospital,
Salisbury Township, are three sons, Irvin of Reading, and Ronald and
Mahlon G., both of Lehighton.

Melvin O. Reppert
Melvin O. Reppert, 76, of 59 Walnut St., Franklin Township,
Lehighton, died Thursday evening in his home. He was the husband of
Mildred C. (Wolfe) Reppert. They celebrated their 55th wedding
anniversary on July 26. He retired in 1981 with 42 years as a machinist at
the West Plant of New Jersey Zinc in Palmerton. He served on an aircraft
carrier with the U.S. Navy during World War II.
Tracy L. Huszar
Tracy L. Huszar, 26, of 376 Horseshoe Drive, Palmerton, died
Thursday in the home of her parents, Clark and Diane (George) Bollinger of
Towamensing Township. She was the wife of Mike Huszar. They were
married three years in February. She was a bookkeeper at Citizens Bank
and Trust Co., Palmerton, for several years.
Stephen Fabian Jr.
Stephen Fabian Jr., 58, of 1016 Porter St., Tuscarora, died Thursday
in his home. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Mamero Abrachinsky
Mamero Abrachinsky, 90, of 28 W. Penn St., Shenandoah, died
Wednesday at Mahoning Valley Nursing and Convalescent Center. He was
the husband of the late Josephine (Lucasiewicz) Abrachinsky, who died in
1991. He owned A&S Foods, Shenandoah. He also owned Clover Farms and
the Little Giant stores in Mahanoy City and had farmers' market
concessions in meat and luncheons in Kutztown, Hometown, Lehighton, and
Schuylkill Haven.
Llewellyn C. Jones
Llewellyn C. Jones, 82, of 15 S. Tenth St., Mahanoy City, died
Thursday at his home. He was the husband of the late Dorothy (Ziolko)
Jones. An Army veteran of World War II, he owned and operated the Jones
Tire Shop in Mahanoy City before retiring.
