Bailey Infant
Anthony M. Bailey, 8-month-old son of Stephen J. and Colette M.
(Cormier) Bailey of Lehighton died Sunday in his home.
Mrs. John P. Mikulecky
Mrs. Dolores J. Mikulecky, 64, of 1947 Linden Lane, Whitehall
Township, died Monday in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown. She was the
wife of John P. Mikulecky. They observed their 35th wedding anniversary
in June. She was a clerk for Prudential Insurance Co. in its Allentown
office for 20 years before retiring in 1992.
Mrs. Margaret M. Christ
Mrs. Margaret M. Christ, 77, of 9089 Steinsville Road, Kempton, died
Sunday in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest, following a three-car crash
in Tilden Township, Berks County. She was the widow of Mark A. Christ.
She was a machine operator for the former Lynnville Sportswear Co.
before retiring in 1984. Previously she had worked in the same capacity
for former mills including Hamburg and Burkey knitting mills, both in
Hamburg, and Deisher Knitting Mill, Kutztown.
Henry W. Fenstermacher
Henry W. Fenstermacher, 78, of Allentown died Saturday in Lehigh
Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest. He was the husband of Faye D. (Smitham)
Fenstermacher. They observed their 49th wedding anniversary last month.
A graduate of Allentown Business School, he was an accountant for Lehigh
Portland Cement Co., Allentown, for 43 years before retiring in 1981.
Fenstermacher was a Navy veteran of World War II.
Mrs. Edwin M. Christman
Mrs. Shirley L. Christman, 65, of Slatington, died Sunday in Lehigh
Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest. She was the wife of Edwin M. Christman of
Nanticoke. They observed their 48th wedding anniversary in June. She was
a sewing machine operator for the former Holiday Fashions, Slatedale, for
20 years before retiring in 1986.
Michael J. Bubel
Michael J. Bubel, 67, of 200 Washington St., Brockton, died Monday
evening at Grandview Nursing Home, Danville, where he was a guest for
one year. He was the husband of Bernice (Piatt) Bubel. They were married
22 years. He was a self-employed coal miner. A World War II veteran, he
served with the United States Navy.
Mrs. Mary Konecny
Mrs. Mary Knnecny, 80, of 217 W. Kline Ave., Lansford, died Sunday in
Miners Memorial Medical Center, Coaldale. She was the widow of Paul
Konecny who died in 1989. She was last employed at the former Rosenau
Brothers garment factory, Lansford, where she worked for many years.
Majorie E. Yaich
Marjorie E. Yaich, 77, of 999 Frew Run Road, Frewsburg, N.Y., and
formerly fo Tobyhanna, died Monday in her home. She was the widow of
Benson G. Yaich, who died Aug. 31. She was employed as a secretary-
bookkeeper for Stoddard's Department Store in Chester and later for
Crystal-X-Westlake Plastics in Lima, Pa. She retired in 1973.

George Stoffa
George Stoffa, 65, of 1915 W. Carmen St., Chicago, Ill., died Oct. 8 in the
Veterans Administration Hospital, Chicago. He was the husband of Emily
(Vinson) Stoffa. He served with the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict
and was a prisoner of war, being released in 1953.
Mrs. Mary E. Kline
Mrs. Mary E. Kline, 79, of 504 Pine St., Jim Thorpe, was dead on
arrival Tuesday morning at Gnaden Huetten Memorial Hospital, Lehighton.
She was the widow of William A. Kline, who died on June 18, 1990. She
was a retired sewing machine operator having last worked for Barson and
Co., Lehighton. Mrs. Kline served with the 110th Army Air Force Unit
(Women's Army Corps) during World War II, attaining the rank of corporal.
James Gombert
James Gombert, 52, of 220 N. New Hampshire Ave., Apt. 1209,
Atlantic City, formerly of Allentown, died Sunday morning in Atlantic City
Medical Center. He was last employed as a security guard for Wells Fargo
Co. of Atlantic City. While living in Allentown he worked as a bartender.
Mrs. Helen Sando
Mrs. Helen Sando, 564 W. Third St., Hazleton, died Monday in Hazleton
General Hospital. She was the widow of John Sando.
Mrs. Pearl P. Tuckett
Mrs. Pearl P. (Schaeffer) Tuckett, formerly of 223 Penn St., Tamaqua,
died Wednesday morning in Hometown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center,
Hometown. She was the widow of William J. Tuckett Sr., who died
September 1988.
Walter A. Wittic
Walter A. Wittic, 73, of 625 Hillside Ave., Bethlehem, died Tuesday
in St. Luke's Hospital, Bethlehem. He was the husband of Anna E. (Yuhas)
Wittic. They observed their 43rd anniversary in February. He was an
expeditor in the beam yards of the Bethlehem Steel Corporation for 32
years before retiring in 1985. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
Victor S. Clouse Jr.
Victor S. Clouse Jr., 81, of Marshalls Creek, formerly of 616 E. Main
St., Macungie, died Tuesday in Pocono Medical Center, East Stroudsburg. He
was the husband of the late Viola M. (Herbster) Clouse. He was a foreman
in the specter lab at Bethlehem Steel Corporation before retiring in 1971
after 32 years of service.
Mrs. Rosemarie A. Baker
Mrs. Rosemarie A. Baker, 64, of Coplay R.2 died Tuesday in Lehigh
Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest. She was the widow of Robert O. Baker Jr. She
worked in the housekeeping department of the Parkland School District
and previously was a machine operator for Cross Country Clothes,
Northampton, for many years.
