Bette D. (Kemmerly) Little, formerly of Lemoyne, York and Ellenton, FL, died Thursday, April 3, 2008, at Holy Spirit Hospital, East Pennsboro Twp.
She was a retired executive assistant for the Secretary – Treasurer of the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission and formerly served as receptionist to former Pennsylvania Governor Raymond P. Shafer. She was a 1938 graduate of William Penn High School, York; a former 4th Precinct Republican Committee Woman, Lemoyne; a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Lemoyne; Alpha Iota International Business Sorority; Civic Club of Lemoyne; New Cumberland Woman's Club; A.B.W.A. During retirement years in Ellenton, FL, she was an active volunteer with local hospitals and the cultural venues, Meals on Wheels, Hospice and other civic and community organizations. She was born in Oak Creek, CO, the daughter of the late William P. and Violet M. (Swan) Kemmerly. She was the widow of George W. Little.
Surviving are two sons, George W. of Mechanicsburg and William T. of Etters; a daughter, Jacqueline K. Coyle of Camp Hill; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 11 am Friday in Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., New Cumberland with the Rev. Evan Houck, her pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Manchester Lutheran Cemetery, Manchester. Viewing will be held one hour prior to the services in the funeral home.

Marlin J. Wintermyer

Marlin J. Wintermyer, 78, of Etters, died Friday, April 4, 2008 at Harrisburg Hospital.
He was a charter member of PATSA and a member of Paddletown St. Paul’s United Methodist Church of Etters. He was the owner and operator for fifty years of Wintermyer Paint and Body Shop and Wintermyer Auto Salvage in Etters.
He was born November 24, 1929 to Charles L. and Ida Fisher Wintermyer. He is survived by his wife of 45 years Rose Morton Wintermyer; four sons, Lonzo Burnside and wife Vicky of Danville, Darvin Burnside and wife Mary Kay of New Cumberland, Gerald Wintermyer and wife Andrea of Etters and Clair Wintermyer and wife Mystery of York Haven; three daughters, Sharon Rutherford and Debra Wintermyer both of Camp Hill and Deann Reap and her fiancé Michael Smotherman of Etters; a brother, M. Glenn Wintermyer and wife Carol of Enola; eighteen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Eva Romaine Kauffman Wintermyer, a son, Richard Wintermyer Sr., five brothers and four sisters.
Viewings will be from 6-8pm Monday at Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, New Cumberland and from 9:30-10:15am Tuesday at his church. Funeral services will be held at 10:30am. The Rev Joyce Treas, his Pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Emanuel Cemetery, Fairview Twp.

Grace S. "Casey" Farrell

Grace S. “Casey” Farrell, 60, of Lemoyne died unexpectedly Wednesday, April 9, 2008 at Harrisburg Hospital.
She was a Communications Specialist for the Pennsylvania Department of the Auditor General. She also worked as a Graphic Artist for nineteen years at the Administration Building of West Shore School District. Casey was best known for her smile which was her first instinct. Everybody who knew her loved her and she lit up any room she would enter. She was devoted to her family and doted on her grandchildren Michael, Will and Lucie Rose. In addition to her grandchildren she enjoyed art, reading, exercise, the beach, and was a huge Bruce Springsteen fan. She was born June 15, 1947 in Somerset to the late John and Rose (Nunnari) Dirienzo.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph W. Farrell; daughter, Julie B. Farrell of Harrisburg and her fiancé Matthew Dougherty of Allentown; son, Marc J. and his wife Greta and children Michael, William, and Lucie Rose Farrell of Camp Hill; two sisters, Joanne Gillen of Media and Clorinda Graham of West Chester; and a brother, John Dirienzo of Somerset.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30am Saturday at St. Theresa Parish, New Cumberland. Burial will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Lower Allen Twp. Viewings will be from 6-8pm Friday and 9:30-10am Saturday at Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland.

Charles E. Donnelly, Jr., 51, of Fairview Twp., New Cumberland, entered the Kingdom of God on Tuesday, April 8, 2008, at Holy Spirit Hospital, East Pennsboro Twp.
He was a construction superintendent for Lobar Associates, Dillsburg; an active member of St. Theresa Catholic Church, New Cumberland; a member of Goldsboro Fire Company and Club; American Legion Post 143, New Cumberland and Post 974, Fairview Twp.; Deutscher Quartet Club; Steelton Italian Club; V.F.W. Post 7415, New Cumberland; St. Mary’s Catholic Club; St. Aloysius Club. Charlie was an avid Harley-Davidson rider and he truly enjoyed every second he could have on his Harley. His daughter, Jess, was his constant passenger until she got her very own Harley and then she rode beside him. He was known as a hard worker and lived life to the fullest. He loved his family, and routinely stopped in to see family members during his routine travels. Charlie was a loyal friend. He had a great sense of humor, and was always known to make others laugh. His fiancée, Susan Kijek, added much enjoyment to his life. She provided him with companionship, and got him to vacation in places that he would have never traveled to without her. Through her, he learned that there was more to life than just work. Charlie will be greatly missed by family, friends and all who knew and loved him.
Born February 27, 1957, in Harrisburg, he was the son of Charles E. Donnelly, Sr. of Dauphin and D. J. Tamanosky – Flickinger of New Cumberland. He was preceded in death by a sister, Debra J. Donnelly. In addition to his parents, surviving are a fiancée, Susan M. Kijek of New Cumberland, Charles E. Donnelly III. of Ft. Drum, NY; a daughter, Jessica A. Donnelly of New Cumberland; his grandson, Xander Scott Donnelly; two brothers, William L. Donnelly of Dover Air Force Base, Dover, DE, and Richard J. Tamanosky II of New Cumberland; two sisters, Amy-Jo M. Tamanosky of Nashville, TN, and Barbara J. Johnson of Dauphin; his step father, Kenneth Flickinger of New Cumberland; his step mother, Frances J. Johnson of Dauphin and former step father, Richard Tamanosky of Camp Hill; Aunt Pat and Uncle Harold Lepley of New Cumberland.
Visitation will be held 3 – 5 pm Sunday in Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, New Cumberland. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM Monday in St. Theresa Catholic Church, 1300 Bridge St., New Cumberland, with the Rev. James E. Lease as celebrant. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Fairview Twp.

Donald Edgar Finnefrock, 76, of Lower Allen Twp., Camp Hill died Thursday April 10, 2008 in Harrisburg Hospital.
He was a retired foreman in the furniture factory of the State Correctional Institution at Camp Hill; a Korean War Army veteran; and enjoyed camping, carpentry, and NASCAR.
Donald was born September 2, 1931 in Lancaster to the late Edgar and Elsie (Zug) Finnefrock. Additionally, he was preceded in death by a son Donald J. Finnefrock. He is survived by his wife Joan M. (Goebel) Finnefrock; 4 daughters, Donna J. Harrison and friend Tim Miller of Mechanicsburg, Kathy A. Weltmer and husband Mick of Middletown, Chris M. Cox and husband Dave of Dillsburg, and Diane K. Sohomuch and husband Matt of New Cumberland; a sister June F. Bailey of Columbia; and 5 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday April 15, 2008 at 10:30 am in Parthemore Funeral Home & Cremation Services, New Cumberland. Burial will be in Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery, East Petersburg. Viewing will be one hour prior to services Tuesday in the funeral home.

Arlene M. (Kinley) Squire

Arlene M. Kinley Squire, 80, of Fairview Twp., New Cumberland, died Thursday, April 10, 2008 at Harrisburg Hospital.
She co-owned and operated, with her husband Pressley, the former Squire’s at Third St. and Hummel Ave. in Lemoyne. She was a member of American Legion Post 143 Ladies Auxiliary, New Cumberland and Lower Allen VFW Post 7530 Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed the monthly breakfast with her class mates from the Lemoyne High School Class of 1946; flowers and gardening were a passion to her; but raising her four daughters and being with and loving her granddaughter, Ellee, meant the most to her. Arlene was a devoted mother and grandmother; she will be greatly missed, as she was loved, by her daughters and granddaughter.
Arlene was the widow of Rex Pressley Everett Squire. She is survived by four daughters, Kathleen Squire Sandnes and her husband Paul of New Cumberland, Vicki Coleen Squire of Camp Hill, Jennifer Arlene Gill and her husband Jon of Etters, and Amy Rexann Fritz and her daughter Ellee Morgan Fritz of New Cumberland; two sisters, Jean Kinley of Colorado Springs, CO, and Grace Tripp of Denver, CO; a sister-in-law, Bettie Snell of New Cumberland; brother-in-law, Oscar Squire and his wife Shirley of Mechanicsburg; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2pm Wednesday at Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1303 Bridge Street, New Cumberland. Interment will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Lower Allen Twp. Visitation with family and friends will be from 1pm until time of services Wednesday at the funeral home.

Donald J. Amig

Donald J. Amig, 80, formerly of Allendale, Camp Hill, died Saturday, April 12, 2008, at Country Meadows, Hampden Twp.
He retired from the West Shore School District as an Algebra teacher at Cedar Cliff High School, Camp Hill; a graduate of Penn State University; an Army Veteran; and a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Highland Park, Camp Hill.
Mr. Amig was born March 27, 1928, in Lewistown, and was the son of the late John C., Jr. and Daisy (Clare) Amig. He was preceded in death by a brother, John C. Amig III.
Surviving are his wife, Zola (Robinson) Amig; a son, Kurt B. Amig of Enola; three daughters, Lee McGann of State College, Shawn Salvia of Boalsburg, and Jo Amig of New Cumberland; a brother, Alden Amig of New Cumberland; five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Wed. at the Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, New Cumberland, with the Rev. Joel D. Petruschke, his pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Lower Allen Twp. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services in the funeral home on Wednesday.
