Born Oct. 6, 1922 in York Springs, he was a son of the late Curtis and Nellie Mae Huff Eisenhart.
Mr. Eisenhart was a former employee of the Mechanicsburg Naval Depot, retiring in 1979. He was a World War II veteran, having served with the U.S. Army Air Force.
He was a life member of the Aspers Fire Company and served as scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop No. 75 for many years.
He also was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Aspers; Ira E. Lady American Legion Post No. 262 of Biglerville; National Association of Retired Federal Employees; Biglerville Historical and Preservation Society; York Springs Senior Citizens.
Surviving are his wife of 51 years, Esther R. Arnsberger Eisenhart; two sons, Gregory L. of Butler and Daniel E. of Newville; and three granddaughters.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in Dugan Funeral Home, 111 S. Main St., Bendersville with the Rev. Daniel V. Biles III officiating. Burial will be in Wenksville Cemetery.
Friends may call from 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Alice Esther Flanagan, 81, 0f Mechanicsburg died Monday, Aug. 25, 1997 at Holy Spirit Hospital, East Pennsboro Township.
Born July 31, 1916 in Erie, she was a daughter of the late William T. and Josephine A. Hiney Flanagan.
She was retired from the former New Cumberland Army Depot, New Cumberland, where she was chief of the examination branch.
She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Mechanicsburg; the Leisure Club; National Association of Retired Federal Employees, No. 1465; and the Women's Club of Mechanicsburg.
Surviving are a sister, Mary G. Ward of Mechanicsburg and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Dorothy Waters, Rita R. Slusser and Sylvia Cassaro.
Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. in her church with the Rev. Chester P. Snyder officiating. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Upper Allen Township.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Malpezzi Funeral Home, 8 Market Place Way, Mechanicsburg. A recitation of the rosary will be at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Services for George William Rice Jr., 49, of 924 Forbes Road, Carlisle, will be held Wednesday at 7 p.m. in Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle.
He died Sunday, Aug. 24, 1997 in Carlisle Hospital.
Born Jan. 22, 1948 in Carlisle to George W. Sr. and Mary Gaines Rice of Carlisle, he was a 1967 graduate of Carlisle High School and a Vietnam veteran.
He was employed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry in Harrisburg. He attended Trinity Church of God in Harrisburg.
Surviving, besides his parents, are his wife, Rhona Hunter Rice; a son, Anthony D. at home; a daughter, Stephanie R. at home; a brother, Grayson of Salem, N.C.; four sisters, Sharon Rice, of Velljo, Calif., Dolly Kern, Vickie Marshall and Toni Rice, all of Carlisle; two nephews and a niece.
The Rev. Peter S. Edwards will officiate at Wednesday's service. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
Friends may call from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. There will be no viewing or visitation.

Graveside services for Caroline E. Wright, 80, of 25 Cove Road, Duncannon and formerly of New Bloomfield, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in New Bloomfield Cemetery.
She died Sunday, Aug. 24, 1997 in the Kinkora Pythian Home, Duncannon.
Born Dec. 23, 1916 in Newark, N.J., she was the widow of C. Edward Wright. Mrs. Wright was a retired employee of the New Bloomfield Dress Co.
Surviving are a son. Paul B. of Mechanicsburg and two grandchildren.
There will be no viewing or visitation. The Rev. Brad Moore will officiate at Wednesday's service.

Services for Ray L. Byers, 43, formerly of Plainfield, were held at 2 p.m. today in Gibson-Hollinger Funeral Home, 501 N. Baltimore Avenue, Mt. Holly Springs.
He died Saturday, Aug. 23, 1997 in Butler.
Born Sept. 19, 1953 in Carlisle, he was a son of the late Dale Sr. and Lois Stache Byers.
Mr. Byers was a 1971 graduate of Big Spring High School and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
Surviving are a daughter, Kimberly A. Neumayer of Duncannon; a son, Jason M. of Mechanicsburg; a sister, Robin L. Myers of Mt. Holly Springs; three brothers, Dale R. of Harrisburg, Jerry L. and Rick D. of Mt. Holly Springs; step-mother, Minnie M. Glessner of Carlisle; three stepsisters, Donna Burkepile of Carlisle, Sharon Nelson of Mechanicsburg and Karen Kennedy of Franklintown; two stepbrothers, George Eickhoff of Franklintown and Mark Eickhoff of Mechanicsburg; and one grandson.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Ann Byers.
Salvation Army Master Ray Kosciolek officiated at Wednesday's services. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.

Mr. Etter was a plumber at Carlisle Barracks, retiring in 1975.

Pauline Fleagle, 74, of Mechanicsburg, died Tuesday, Aug. 26, 1997 in Holy Spirit Hospital, East Pennsboro Township.
Born Feb. 15, 1923 in Johnstown, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Susan Budash.
Surviving are her husband, Kenneth P. Fleagle; three daughters, Carolyn P. Bair of Carlisle, Phyllis S. Miller and Gwen A. of Mechanicsburg; two sisters; and six grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in Myers Funeral Home, 27 E. Main St., Mechanicsburg, with the Rev. Donald J. Seiple officiating. Burial will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Lower Allen Township.
