Born Oct. 8, 1929 in Mt. Holly Springs, she was a daughter of the late Frank E. and Stella A. Garner Jumper and the widow of Eugene C. Bream, who died in 1989. She resided most of her life in Carlisle.
She is survived by a daughter, Darlene A. Bream of Carlisle; five brothers, Walter J. Jumper and Ronald E. Jumper of Mt. Holly Springs, Lester E. Jumper of Shermans Dale, Paul F. Jumper and Marlin E. Jumper of Carlisle; three sisters, Violet M. Wiegand of Baltimore, Md., Dorothy I. Walck of Halifax and Janet D. Clark of Carlisle; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1:30 p.m. in Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle with the Rev. Howard A. Kerstetter officiating.
Burial will be in Westminster Memorial Gardens, North Middleton Township. Friends may call from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Mass of Christian Burial for Joan A. Dick, 54, of 919 Spring Circle, Monroe Township, will be celebrated 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Mechanicsburg.
She died Sunday, Oct. 5, 1997 at Holy Spirit Hospital, East Pennsboro Township.
Born Dec. 25, 1942 in Brooklyn, N.Y. to John and Ann Dimick Dick of Mechanicsburg, she was employed by F. W. Woolworth and Co., Camp Hill and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Mechanicsburg.
Surviving, besides her parents, are a sister, Dianne M. Wong of Staten Island, N.Y. and a nephew.
The Rev. Chester P. Snyder will officiate at Wednesday's mass. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.

Funeral services for Glenn D. Gettys, 95, of Messiah Village and formerly of Camp Hill, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, Camp Hill.
He died Sunday, Oct. 5, 1997 at the Village.
Born June 26, 1902 in Franklintown, he was the son of the late Harry R. and Lottie Mary Leathery Gettys.
He was retired from Monroe/Litton Industries, after which he worked actively with his son in the real estate development field. He was also employed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where at age 90 he retired as sergeant of arms for the state House of Representatives.
Active in Cumberland County politics, he served on Lower Allen Township's zoning hearing board. He was a member of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church and West Shore Lodge 681 F&AM, Camp Hill.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret A. Zeigler Gettys; a son, Fred A. of Camp Hill; a daughter, Evalene M. Eichelberger of Camp Hill; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Entombment will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Lower Allen Township. Friends may call from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Arrangements are through Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland.

Jacqueline M. "Jackie" Miller, 70, of 1665 Walnut Bottom Road, Newville, died Sunday, Oct. 5, 1997 in her home.
Born Sept. 14, 1927 in Carlisle, she was a daughter of the late Harry E. and Minnie M. Grove Wickard and the widow of Harry J. Miller, who died in 1989.
Mrs. Miller retired in 1990 from the Mechanicsburg Naval Supply Depot and was a former employee of the U.S. Army War College, Carlisle Barracks. She was a 1945 graduate of Carlisle High School.
She was a member of First United Church of Christ, Carlisle.
Surviving are three sons, Keith J. of Mohrsville, Robert D. of Fairfax, Va., and Greg R. of Palmyra; five brothers, Harry W., Frank O., Thomas E. and Gary E. Wickard, all of Carlisle and Ronald E. Wickard of Plainfield; six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle, with the Rev. Lynn R. Schultz officiating. Burial will be in Ashland Cemetery, Carlisle.
There will be no viewing; however, friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Born July 17, 1931 in Amberson, she is a daughter of Ray J. Eckenrode, Amberson and the late Ruth Timmons Eckenrode.
During her life she worked for the Marden Clothing Co., formerly of Shippensburg.
She was a member of Amberson United Methodist Church, Fort Morris Chapter of AARP and the Chambersburg Mall walkers.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband, Roger L. Boher; three sons, Robert L. of Shippensburg, Roger L. Jr. of Towanda and Richard R. of Nashville, Tenn.; a brother, John J. Eckenrode of Newville; a sister, Vesta M. Spidle of Shippensburg; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Burial will be in Parklawns Memorial Gardens, Greene Township. Friends may call at the funeral home today from 7 until 9 p.m.

Hannah Lawrence Hammaker, daughter of Steven A. and Sarah R. Hammaker of 545 Mountain Road, Dillsburg, was stillborn Friday, Oct. 3, 1997 at Holy Spirit Hospital, East Pennsboro Township.
She is survived by her paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Gregory Hammaker of Dillsburg; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Burlson Lawrence of St. Helen Island, S.C.; paternal great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Hammaker of Mechanicsburg and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Reed of Mt. Holly Springs; and a maternal great-grandmother, Mildred Varn, St. Helena Island, S.C.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in Dillsburg Cemetery with the Rev. Charles Martzall officiating.

A memorial mass for Mary Evelyn Orr, 87, of 112 Coldspring Road, Fayetteville, was held Oct. 3 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, Chambersburg with Monsignor Thomas R. Brenner officiating.
She died Monday, Sept. 29, 1997 at ManorCare Health Services, Chambersburg.
Born June 13, 1910, in Manotick, Ontario, Canada, she was a daughter of the late Dennis F. and Elizabeth Doyle Clarke and the widow of Douglas A. Orr, who died Dec. 31, 1996.
She graduated from Kars High School in Ontario. She also lived in Tequesta, Fla. and Southern Pines, N.C. before returning to Chambersburg in 1996.
Surviving are a daughter, Louise E. Orr of Charleston, S.C.; a son, James Douglas Orr of Fayetteville; three sisters, Kay Meehan of Rochester Hill, Mich., Olive Denton of Sarasota, Fla. and Elizabeth Johnson, Sandusky, Mich.; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother and three sisters.
Burial was private.
Mary S. Honaman, 91, of Landis Home, 1001 East Oregon Road, Lititz, died Monday, Oct. 6, 1997 at the home after a long illness.
Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Franklin E. and Bertha Rebman Shenk and the widow of the Rt. Rev. Earl M. Honaman, suffragan bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Central Pennsylvania, who died in 1982.
She was a graduate of Stevens High School and a member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church, both in Lancaster.
She is survived by a son, William F. of Tokyo, Japan; a sister, Helen S. Ambler, of Columbia; a brother, Franklin E. Shenk, of Lancaster; two grandsons; and one great-grandson.
A celebrative Eucharist in her memory will be at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 301 St. Thomas Road, Lancaster on Wednesday at 2 p.m. with the Rt. Rev. Michael Creighton and the Rt. Rev. Charlie F. McNutt officiating.
Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. There will be no viewing, however, the family will receive friends at the church following the service.
