She died Tuesday, Nov. 18, 1997 in Perry Village Nursing Home, New Bloomfield.
Born March 16, 1908 to the late David and Katherine Gibbons Beaston, she was the widow of David M. Mumper who died Sept. 12, 1977.
A former custodian at the Blain Post Office, she was a member of New Germantown United Methodist Church but was attending Three Springs Church of the Brethren. She was a member of the ladies auxiliary of the Blain Fire Company and of the Perry Historians.
Surviving are a son, Robert D. "Jim" Mumper of Blain RR 1, and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Winifred F. Walker.
The Rev. John S. Kipp will officiate at Saturday's services. Burial will be in Blain Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday and 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday.

Dale L. Myers, 63, of 427 Torway Road, Gardners, died Wednesday, Nov. 19, 1997 in Carlisle Hospital.
Born May 30, 1934 in Idaville, he was a son of the late Adrian L. and Catherine A. Griffith Myers.
Mr. Myers was an employee of the former Kimberly Clark, Sweitzers, and M.H. Dielectronics of Mt. Holly Springs, retiring in 1995.
He attended Idaville United Brethren in Christ Church and was a member of the National Rifle Association, Borderline Gun Collectors Association Inc., Ohio Gun Collectors and Philadelphia Athletics Historical Society.
Surviving are his wife of 43 years, Jean E. Mauss Myers; three daughters, Sheila A. Weigle of York Springs, Sharon K. Jumper of Gardners and Terri L. Myers of Idaville; two sisters, Loraine Myers of Idaville and Geraldine Cooley of Aspers; and five grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Dugan Funeral Home, 111 S. Main St., Bendersville, with the Rev. Dirk A. Small officiating. Burial will be in Idaville Cemetery.
Friends may call from 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

She died Wednesday, Nov. 19, 1997 at her home.
Born May 25, 1914 in Carlisle, she was the daughter of the late Parker and Carrie Negley Kamerer.
A 1932 graduate of Newville High School, she was retired from C.H. Masland and Sons, Carlisle, with 33 years of service.
She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Newville, where she was a pianist, organist, and Sunday school teacher for 50 years. She was a member of the Carlisle chapter 3378 of AARP and the Newville Historical Society.
Surviving is her husband of 39 years, Paul J. Bear Sr; a son, Paul J. Jr. of Boiling Springs; a daughter, Patricia Ann Bear of Mechanicsburg; four sisters, Ruth A. Heberlig, Pauline K. Mains and Betty M. Smith of Newville and Ethel L. Wickard of Carlisle; and five grandchildren.
The Rev. Sterlen S. Sheaffer will officiate at Saturday's services. Burial will be in Upper Frankford Brick Church Cemetery, Upper Frankford Township.

Memorial services for Eugene Bowman, 83, of New Cumberland, will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday in Lewisberry Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.
He died Wednesday, Nov. 12, 1997 in Fairview Retirement Community, Fairview Township.
He was retired as a commercial photographer for Mel Hurst Photography, Witmer, and was a member of Lewisberry Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Becker Bowman; two daughters, Phyllis Howard of Lancaster and Patricia Bowman of Fairview Township; two sisters, Blanche Polychronis of Dover, N.H. and Anna Mae McCoy of Milton Grove; five brothers, Melvin of Mt. Airy, Martin of Florida, Leroy of Lancaster, Dallas of Shamokin and Paul of East Earl; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Burial will be at the convenience of the family. There will be no viewing or visitation.

She died Wednesday, Nov. 19, 1997 in Harrisburg Hospital.
Born Oct. 21, 1905 in Fairview Township to the late Seward and Emma Zinn Hutton, she was a retired clerk for the Pennsylvania Compensation Mine Rating Bureau in Harrisburg for over 44 years.
Miss Hutton was a lifelong member of Trinity United Methodist Church, American Legion Post 143 Ladies Auxiliary, West Shore Senior Citizens and New Cumberland Civic Club, all in New Cumberland, and Messiah Village Auxiliary, Mechanicsburg.
She is survived by six nieces and six nephews.
Pastor Carl Peterson will officiate at Saturday's services. Private burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Fairview Township. There will be no viewing or visitation.

Kathryn E. Millhouse, 80, of Newville, died Thursday, Nov. 20, 1997 in Swaim Health Center, Newville.
Born May 25, 1917 in Newville, she was the daughter of the late Holmes B. and Mary C. Wagner Koser and the widow of Charles W. Millhouse.
She was a member of First United Presbyterian Church.
Mrs. Millhouse is survived by two daughters, Susan J. Stamy of Newville and Jean E. Barrick of Newville; a son, Arthur H. of Hamburg, Germany; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
There will be a graveside service Monday at 11 a.m. in Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens, Carlisle with the Rev. Robert L. Rhoades officiating.

Born Jan. 15, 1921 in Mt. Holly Springs, he was the son of the late Earl G. Rank, Sr. and Mary Sheaffer Rank and the widower of Wanda Orr Rank.
He served with the U.S. Navy during World War II.
He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church; Martinsburg Lodge 120, Loyal Order of Moose; Newton D. Baker Post 896, VFW; Gerrardstown Men's Club; Norwalk Antique Car Club; and the W.Va. Retired School Employees.
He was a retired truck driver previously employed with C.H. Musselman Co. and Time D.C.
He is survived by two sons, Kenneth E. of Carlisle and Anthony L. of Gerrardstown; a daughter, Rebecca Mentzer of Mt. Holly Springs; two stepsons, Terry N. Voorhees and Dennis M. Voorhees, both of Gerrardstown; a stepdaughter, Judy Yost of Bunker Hill, W.Va.; three sisters, Emeline Thompson of Palm Harbor, Fla., Imogene Barbour of Fayettesville and Shirley Fenton of Carlisle; and three grandchildren.
Besides his wife, he was preceded in death by a brother, Earl G. Rank Jr.

Spangler of Charlottesville, Va.; a brother, Donald Lehman of Carlisle; four sisters, Evelyn Baker of Carlisle, Romaine Dietrich of Elliotsburg, Miriam Ryder of Chambersburg and Caroline Raudabaugh of Boiling Springs; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Donald D. Spangler.
