Born March 3, 1915 in Westfield, N.J. she was the daughter of the late Walter and Martha Sparkman Bushby and the widow of Lee L. Boggs.
She was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, where she taught Sunday school and sang in the choir, and Perry Chapter 459 Order of the Eastern Star.
Mrs. Boggs is survived by three sons, Wayne L. of Stevens, Ronald B. of New Bloomfield and Donald G. of Carlisle; a brother, John Bushby of Flanders, N.J.; and six grandchildren.
Services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in Boyer Funeral Home, 101 W. Main St., New Bloomfield, with the Rev. Alan K. Foor officiating.
Interment will be in Bloomfield Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. in the funeral home.

Funeral services for Roy K. Hess, 92, of 2751 Biglerville Road, Gettysburg, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Dugan Funeral Home, 111 S. Main St., Bendersville.
He died Saturday, Dec. 6, 1997, at his home.
Born Dec. 18, 1904 in Butler Township, Adams County, he was the son of the late David and Annie Raffensperger Hess and the widower of the former Hazel M. Byers, who died in 1963.
Mr. Hess was employed at the former Boyer's Crate Factory, Biglerville. He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Biglerville and the Eagles and Elks clubs of Gettysburg.
He is survived by two sons, Leroy Jr. of Gettysburg and Richard G. of York Springs; 16 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
The Rev. Frederick A. Foltz will officiate at Tuesday's services. Interment will be in Greenmount Cemetery, Arendtsville.
Friends may call at the funeral home today from 7 to 9 p.m.
Funeral services for Dylan M. Leidy, 2, of 407 Hummel Ave., Lemoyne, will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle.
He died Friday, Dec. 5, 1997 at his home.
Born Feb. 24, 1995 in Harrisburg to Timothy S. Leidy and Roseann Cornman of Lemoyne, he also is survived by his maternal grandmother, Carol Cornman of Carlisle, and his maternal great-grandfather, Earl H. Cornman of Carlisle.
Burial will be in Westminster Memorial Gardens, North Middleton Township.
The family will receive visitors on Wednesday from 1 to 2 p.m. at the funeral home. There will be no viewing.
M. Eugenia Noll, 93, of Carlisle died Sunday, Dec. 7, 1997 in the Todd Nursing Home, 1000 W. South St., Carlisle.
Born Sept. 19, 1904, she resided most of her life in Carlisle.
Mrs. Noll was formerly employed by the Pennsylvania Agricultural Department. She was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church in Carlisle.
She is survived by a son, James E. Noll of Escondido, Calif.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 4 p.m. in Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle.
Burial will be in Mountain Ash Cemetery in Laporte. There will be no viewing or visitation.

Born July 13, 1896 in Hungary, she was a retired seamstress of designer gowns and dresses for Cannon Dresses in New York City.
The widow of Leo Pankratz, she is survived by a son, Richard Pankratz of Fredericksburg, Va., and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sons; a daughter, Emma Schmidiger; and one grandson.

No funeral services are planned for Robert D. Reisinger, 67, of Loysville RR 1, who died Friday, Dec. 5, 1997 at home.
Born Jan. 31, 1930 in Loysville RR 1 to the late Lewis A. and Cleo Orth Reisinger, he was retired as a self-employed mason.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and also served in the Korean Conflict with the U.S. Army. He was a member of VFW Post 7463, New Bloomfield.
Surviving are his wife, Pauline G. Kirk Reisinger; two daughters, Linda Petolicchio of Warminster and Sherry Schappell of Newberrytown; one son, Brion Reisinger of Landisburg; two brothers, Louis Reisinger of Newark, Del. and Gale Reisinger of Liverpool; a sister, Irene Lehman of Attica, Ohio; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are being handled by Nickel Funeral Home, Loysville.
Services for Earl W. Zeigler, 89, of Thornwald Home, Carlisle, formerly of North College Street, Carlisle, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home, 219 N. Hanover St., Carlisle.
He died Saturday, Dec. 6, 1997, in the home.
Born Feb. 6, 1908 in Carlisle, he was a son of the late Harvey and Rachel Albright Zeigler and the widower of Pearl Thoman Zeigler.
He was the owner and operator of the former Zeigler's Garage of Carlisle and had previously been service manager for the former Ray L. Eyster Pontiac dealership of Carlisle.
He was a member of St. Matthew's United Church of Christ of Carlisle Springs; a charter member of Carlisle Fish and Game Association; a life member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 1299 of Carlisle; and a life member of Black Spring Gun Club of Huntington County.
Surviving are his son, Donald E. of Carlisle; a brother, Robert of Carlisle; two granddaughters; and two great-grandchildren.
The Rev. Darrel R. Justh will officiate at Tuesday's service. Burial will be in Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens, West Pennsboro Township.
There will be no viewing or visitation.

Born April 5, 1927 in McConnellsburg, he was a son of the late Harry and Catherine Thomas Burke.
Retired from Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, he was a member of Mt. Pisgah AME Zion Church, Shippensburg, and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
He is survived by his wife, Jennie C. Sheaffer Burke; two sons, Gerald W. "Jake" and Billy Joe, both of Shippensburg; three daughters, Anna M. Corbin of Harrisburg, Lynn W. Stackfield and Diana R. Thompson, both of Chambersburg; 13 grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
The Rev. Kennard Wallace will officiate at Friday's services. Friends may call at the funeral home Friday from 1 to 2 p.m.
Burial will be in Parklawns Memorial Gardens, Greene Township. Graveside military services will be conducted by the Shippensburg VFW and American Legion posts.
Beth E. Cunningham, 37, of 224 Mulberry Ave., Carlisle, died Monday, Dec. 29, 1997 at Carlisle Hospital.
Born Oct. 7, 1960 in Johnstown, she was a daughter of daughter of Frances Urban Fry of Arlington, Va. and the late Earnest Fry.
A 1979 graduate of Johnstown High School in Johnstown, she served in the U.S. Army from 1979 to 1982. She is a member of the Protestant Faith.
Besides her mother, she is survived by a son, David Cunningham Jr. at home; two daughters, Latoya and Jessica Cunningham, both at home; a brother, Douglas Fry of Enola; three sisters, Janet Flecken of Butler, Carol Wipich of Falls Church, Va. and Barbara Fry of Denver, Colo.; and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no services. Burial will be on Wednesday in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, East Hanover Township.
