A Mass of Christian Burial for Joseph D. Kramer, 64, of 14 Oakwood Ave., Mechanicsburg, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, Williamstown.
He died Thursday, Dec. 11, 1997 in Pennsylvania Hospital, Philadelphia.
Born Sept. 9, 1933 in Williamstown, he was a son of the late Henry Leander and Helen McNellis Kramer.
Mr. Kramer was the assistant general manager of Manley Regan Chemicals, Middletown with 34 years experience, and a United States Navy veteran of the Korean War, where he served on the U.S. Navy Submarine Service on the USS Dogfish from 1952 to 1956.
He was a member of the Philadelphia Chemical Club; the American Legion Post No. 239, Williamstown; Allenberry Resort; the West Shore Country Club.
He was also an active member of the Stone Harbor, N.J. community for over 20 years where he organized the adult tennis program and was a member of the Stone Harbor Yacht Club.
Surviving are his wife, Kay Messner Kramer; a daughter, Denise K. Kramer of Mechanicsburg; a son, Joseph D. Krammer II of Sewell, N.J.; a brother, John of Mechanicsburg; three sisters, Marion Unger of Maple Glen, Rita Bordner of Lykens and Anne Romberger of Williamstown.
The Rev. Daniel J. Menniti will officiate Monday's services. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in Malpezzi Funeral Home, 8 Market Plaza Way, Mechanicsburg.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Frank S. Razga, 76, of 104 Leo Court, Lewisberry and formerly of New Cumberland, will be held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in St. Theresa's Catholic Church, 1300 Bridge St., New Cumberland.
He died Thursday, Dec. 11, 1997 in Holy Spirit Hospital, East Pennsboro Township.
Born April 28, 1921 in Johnstown, he was a son of the late Steve and Antonia Pastucha Razga.
Mr. Razga, a United States Air Force veteran of World War II, was a retired air traffic controller at Capital City Airport, Fairview Township.
He attended Johnstown High School and was a member of St. Theresa's Catholic Church and its Holy Name Society, New Cumberland; the VFW Post No. 7415 and the American Legion Post No. 143, both of New Cumberland; and Knights of Columbus Council No. 4068, Lower Allen Township.
Surviving are his wife, Jeanette E. Stewart Razga; a sister, Anne Panchisin of Delaware City, Del.; and a granddaughter. He was preceded in death by a son, Francis C. Razga.
The Rev. Msgr. Robert E. Lawrence will officiate Tuesday's services. Burial will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Hanover Township.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday in Parthemore Funeral Home, 1303 Bridge St., New Cumberland.

Leiland W. Speck, 78, of 1005 Forge Road, Carlisle, died Saturday, Dec. 13, 1997 in Carlisle Hospital.
Born Aug. 23, 1919 in Mill Creek, he was the son of the late Verdon M. and Martha Hawn Speck.
Mr. Speck, a United States Army veteran of World War II, was a graduate of Mt. Union High School and a retired truck driver for the former Strickland Transportation, New Kingstown.
He was a member of Carlisle Baptist Church and its Mens Adult Class; The US Army Ordinance Association; and the National Rifle Association.
Surviving are his wife of 37 years, Doris E. Lauver Speck; a son, Lester W. of Carlisle; four sisters, Marcella Rohland of Huntingdon, Dorothy Rauhauser of York, Bessie Neary of Chester and Hope Loo of Houston, Texas; and a grandson.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home, 219 N. Hanover St., Carlisle, with the Rev. Charles D. Zitzman officiating. Burial will be in Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens, W. Pennsboro Township.
Friends may call from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the service Tuesday in the funeral home.

Services for Harvey G. Brown, 86, of West Manchester Township, York County, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Fourth United Methodist Methodist Church, 1067 E. Market St., York.
He died Friday, Dec. 12, 1997 in York Hospital.
Born Sept. 29, 1911 in Fawn Township, he was the son of the late Barclay R. and Jennie Trout Brown and the widower of Kathryn Morrison Brown and S. Merna Morris Brown.
Mr. Brown was retired from Harley Davidson and was a member of the Fourth United Methodist Church and Sunday School where he played the drums in the Sunday School orchestra for many years.
He was a 1929 graduate of the former Fawn Township High School where he was a member of the York County Championship Basketball Team. He also graduated from the former Thompson Business School.
Surviving are four daughters, Mildred E. Brodbeck of Hellam, Pa., Beverly J. Neff of Mt. Holly Springs, Bonnie L. Strayer of York and Brenda E. Zepp of Edgewater, Fla.; 17 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Bruce L. Brown.
The Rev. Ronald S. French will officiate Tuesday's services. Burial will be in Mount Rose Cemetery.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of the service Tuesday in the church.
Etzweiler Funeral Home, York, is in charge of the arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to his church, 20 N. Lehman St., York, PA 17403.

Services for Ruthetta E. Bucher Lentz, 66, of Dillsburg, will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday in Cocklin Funeral Home, 30 N. Chestnut St., Dillsburg.
She died Thursday, Dec. 12, 1997 in her home.
Born Sept. 21, 1931 in York County, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Bessie Bucher and the widow of Bruce W. Lentz.
Surviving are four sons, Rodney L., Jeffrey A., Keith E. and Timothy J., all of Dillsburg; a daughter, Tammy J. Swope of Dillsburg; and nine grandchildren.
The Rev. Robert E. Smith and the Rev. Mark Ramsey will officiate Sunday's services. Private burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Monaghan Township, York County.
Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.

Services for Roberta W. Millington, 83, of 2 Westfields Drive, Mechanicsburg, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in Myers-Harner Funeral Home, Camp Hill.
She died Thursday, Dec. 11, 1997 in Messiah Village, Upper Allen Township.
Mrs. Millington was a registered nurse and a former member of Baughman Memorial United Methodist Church, New Cumberland; Carlisle Country Club; and a former member of Dauphin County Medical Auxiliary.
Surviving are her husband, J. Thomas Millington Sr.; a son, J. Thomas Jr. of Somis, Calif.; a daughter, Beth M. Clark of North Andover, Mass.; two sisters, Pauline Parisi of Desert Hot Springs, Calif. and Jean Jones of Forty Fort; and two grandsons.
Burial will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Lower Allen Township.
Friends may call from 7 to 8 p.m. Monday in the funeral home.

Nancy A. (Baker) Kutz, 63, of Carlisle and Ft. Myers, Fla., and formerly of New Cumberland, died Saturday, Dec. 13, 1997, in her home after a long battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease).
She was born Aug. 29, 1934 in Harrisburg.
Mrs. Kutz was retired executive assistant to the chairman and chief executive officer of CUC International, Stamford, Conn., and a graduate of the former New Cumberland High School.
She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in New Cumberland and Cypress Lake United Methodist Church in Ft. Myers.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald L. Kutz; two daughters, Karen M. Berquist of Moodus, Conn., and Aimee D. Kutz of Stamford, Conn.; her father and step mother Clark S. and Ethel M. Baker of Lewisberry; a sister, Marilyn L. Vanderzee of Mechanicsburg; a half brother Patrick Baker of Elk Grove, Calif.; two half sisters Marcia Fitzpatrick of Citrus Heights, Calif. and Linda Handley of St. Charles, Mo.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Martha (Noel) Baker Hickenbottom.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in Trinity United Methodist Church, New Cumberland, with the Rev. Carl F. Peterson, her pastor officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Fairview Township. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Memorial contributions may be made to the ALS Association, 21021 Ventura Blvd., Suite 321, Woodland Hills, Calif., 91364-2206.

Services for Ira R. Miller, 90, of 885 Ridge Road, Dillsburg, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Cocklin Funeral Home, 30 N. Chestnut St., Dillsburg.
He died Friday, Dec. 12, 1997 in Holy Spirit Hospital.
Born July 28, 1907 in York County, he was the son of the late George and Alda Cump Miller.
Mr. Miller was a retired farmer and a member of the Barrens United Lutheran Church, Dillsburg.
He was a former church council member and also was a member of the York County Farmers Association.
Surviving are his wife, Helen M. Myers Miller; a son, Robert D. of Dillsburg; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
The Rev. M. Benson Paull will officiate Tuesday's services. Burial will be in Barrens Salem Union Cemetery, Dillsburg.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in the funeral home.
