Born Aug. 9, 1918 in Reading Township, Adams County, she was a daughter of the late Harry J. and Grace M. Slaybaugh Klinedinst.
Mrs. Klinedinst was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Hampton, where she served as a pianist for the church and Sunday school and was a former Sunday school teacher.
She graduated from York Springs High School in 1935.
Surviving are her husband, Wilson E. Starner; three sisters, Ellen Price of Chambersburg, Mary Spertzel of Idaville and Janet Spangler of York Springs.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Lena Kime; and three brothers, Glenn Klinedinst, Claude Klinedinst and Russell Klinedinst.
The Rev. John Fehringer will officiate Wednesday's services. Burial will be in the church Cemetery.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in Feiser Funeral Home, Inc., 302 Lincoln Way West, New Oxford, and at from 1 p.m. until the time of the service Wednesday in the church.

She died Saturday, Dec. 27, 1997 in Harrisburg Hospital.
Born Oct. 30, 1912 in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late John and Nora Touhy Coyle.
She was retired from Steel Heidle, Philadelphia and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Mechanicsburg.
Surviving are a sister, Margaret Kenney of Plymouth Meeting, and a niece.
The Rev. Chester P. Snyder will be celebrant at Tuesday's funeral mass. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery, West Hanover Township.

Born Aug. 23, 1924 in Paterson, N.J., a son of the late Emiel and Hohannah Both Overmere, he was retired from the former Mechanicsburg Naval Supply Depot and was a former employee of Summitt Technology, Mechanicsburg.
He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Mechanicsburg, a lifetime member of VFW 6704, a 50-year member of American Legion Post 109, a charter member of B.D. Travel Club in Camp Hill, and a U.S. Navy veteran of the 6th Spec. Battalion.
Surviving are his wife, Audrey R. Devine Overmere, and a daughter, Susan L. Van Rossum of Cape May Court House, N.J.

Warren R. Persak, 77, of 5401 Oxford Drive, Lower Allen Township, died Sunday, Dec. 28, 1997 in Harrisburg Hospital.
Born Aug. 19, 1925 in Passaic, N.J., a son of the late Michael and Anne Yankowski Persak, he was retired from Eastern Tri-Pack in Bloomfield, N.J.
He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Mechanicsburg; 4th Degree, Knights of Columbus, Our Lady of Queenship Council 4068; a former member of St. Michael's Catholic Church, Surf Side Beach, S.C.; and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
Surviving are his wife, Louise A. Burns Persak; a son, Warren J. Persak of Mechanicsburg; a daughter, Janice L. Neske of Mahwah, N.J.; a brother, John Persak of Rutherford, N.J.; a sister, Gloria Mallia of San Diego, Calif.; and four grandchildren.

Born Sept. 23, 1907 in Mechanicsburg, he was a son of the late W. David and Mary E. Gutshall Paulus and the widower of Pearl Simmons Paulus.
A retired farmer, he was a member of Trindle Spring Lutheran Church, Mechanicsburg.
He is survived by two sons, John E. Jr. of Carlisle and Creedin S. of Mechanicsburg; two daughters, Viola Matthews of Elliotsburg and Doris Gochenaur of Mechanicsburg; two brothers, Roy and Ralph of Mechanicsburg; three sisters, Pearl Heiges and Mae Morrow of Mechanicsburg and Mary Deitch of Carlisle; 11 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Clarence and Vurl Paulus.

She died Saturday, Dec. 27, 1997 in Manor Care Health Services, Carlisle.
Born June 17, 1918 in Roxbury, she was a daughter of the late Warren M. and Bessie Bechtal Barkley and the widow of Paul E. Whitzel, who died in 1990. She resided most of her life in the Carlisle area.
She is a retired employee of Sylvania Shoe Co., Mt. Holly Springs, and a member of AARP.
Mrs. Whitzel is survived by four sons, Paul E., Robert E. and Raymond L., all of Carlisle, and Barry L. of Shermans Dale; five daughters, Mary E. Failor, Joyce E. Worley, Carolyn Lee Kozlowski and Alice M. Witted, all of Carlisle, and Barbara A. Lynch of Shippensburg; 15 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by a daughter, Dorothy E. Whitzel, who died in 1945.

She died Sunday, Dec. 28, 1997 in Chambersburg Hospital.
Born March 7, 1911 in Mercersburg, she was a daughter of the late George and Harriet Blair Tosten and the widow of Paul J. Baer, who died Jan. 17, 1970.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed growing flowers.
Survivors are two daughters, Betty Jane Stevens and Maryellen Baer of Chambersburg; four sons, Floyd E. "Pete," Donald L. Sr., Glen P. and Ronald R. "Yogi," all of Chambersburg; 12 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Ruth Caroline Baer, five brothers and seven sisters.
The Rev. Paul B. Baker will officiate at services. Burial will be in Upper Strasburg Lutheran Cemetery, Upper Strasburg.

Funeral services for Romilda Rae McClung Baty, 83, will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Okeene Church of Christ, Okeen, Okla.
She died Thursday, Dec. 25, 1997 in Okeene Municipal Hospital.
Born July 6, 1914 in Okeene, she was a daughter of the late Charles Walter and Elizabeth Tautfest McClung and the widow of Owen Baty.
She graduated from Central Normal Teaching College in Edmond, Okla., then she and her husband moved to Baltimore, Md. in 1940; she returned to Okeene in 1964. She was a member of the Okeene Church of Christ.
She is survived by a niece, Jennifer LeFlore of Oklahoma City; two nephews, Howard Blevins of Alexandria, La. and Stephen Blevins of Northglenn, Colo.; and five cousins.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by a sister.
