Malcolm L. Payne
Malcolm L. Payne, 79, of Camp Hill died Monday, September 3, 2001 at Seidle Hospital, Mechanicsburg.
A WWII Navy Veteran he served on the USS Boston. He was a retired Locomotive Engineer for the former Penn Central and PRR Railroads. He was a member of Railroad Retirees, Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers, Division 74; Disabled American Veterans, American Legion Post 1001, Harrisburg; Harrisburg Area Rocks and Minerals; Royal Arcanum; Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Enola; St. Lawrence Society of Harrisburg; and a former member of St. Theresa Catholic Church, New Cumberland. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, dogs, cars, travel, and trains.
He was born February 2, 1922 in Harrisburg to the late Frederick H. and Lura Mildred (Eaton) Payne.
The widow of Anne J. Knoll Payne, he is survived by three sons, David M. of Enola, Daniel L. of Duncannon, and Michael J. of New Cumberland; two daughters, Joanne J. Maxwell of Camp Hill and Diane J. Graham of Mechanicsburg; thirteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10am Thursday at his church. Burial with military honors will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Swatara Twp.
Viewing will be from 6-8pm Wednesday at Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., New Cumberland www.parthemore.com with scripture services at 7:30pm.

Kitty R. Peters
Kitty R. Peters, 57, of Harrisburg died Tuesday July 10, 2001 in East Pennsboro Twp. She was a retired Dental Lab Technician for Harris & Neal Dental Lab, Harrisburg and a member of Green St. Church of God, Calder St, Harrisburg.
She was born 7/15/43 in Harrisburg, PA to the late Harold E. & Leola E. (Demmy) Beers.
She was the widow of George Najdek and Edward Peters. She is survived by 2 sons, Rodger W. Beers of Enola and George M. "Buddy" Nadjek of Steelton; a sister Dianne Beers Homerich of Mechanicsburg; 2 brothers, Harold E. Beers, Jr. of Harrisburg and Kenneth W. Beers of Mechanicsburg; a friend Jack Warfield of Harrisburg; 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Services will be held 2pm Thursday 7/12/2001 in Parthemore Funeral Home & Cremation Services, New Cumberland. Entombment will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Lower Allen Twp.
Viewing will be from noon until 2 pm Thursday in the funeral home.

Pearl E. Peters
Pearl E. Peters, 70, of Lower Paxton Township, died Tuesday, July 31, 2001, at Community General Osteopathic Hospital, Lower Paxton Township.
She was a retired baker with Giant Foods, 29th Street, Harrisburg; a member of Ladies Auxiliary of the V.F.W., post # 1213, Rutherford Heights; Moose Lodge No 107, Marysville.
She was born 7-9-1931 in Harrisburg to William Kennedy, deceased, and Ida L. Kautz Kennedy, Harrisburg.
She was the widow of Edmund L. Peters. In addition to her mother, she is survived by a son, George C. Peters, Sr., Middletown; three grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2pm Friday at Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, New Cumberland with the Rev. Eugene A. Liddick, Charlton United Methodist Church, Lower Paxton Twp., officiating. Burial will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Park, Lower Paxton Twp.
Visitation will 1-2pm Friday in the funeral home.

Pauline F. Price
Pauline F. Price, 83, formerly of West Hanover Twp., Harrisburg died Sunday 8/26/2001 in Frey Village, Middletown.
She was a retired registered nurse for I.O. Silver, MD, Steelton. She was a member of The United Church of God, Harrisburg; the Harrisburg Coin Club; Pioneer Wooden Money Club; and the Polyclinic Nurses Alumnae Association.
She was born 10/28/17 in Harrisburg to the late Harvey D. & Ida (Rowe) DeMay, Sr.
She is survived by a sister Edna S. Ochs of Camp Hill; 2 brothers, Harvey D. DeMay of Old Saybrook, Connecticut and Donald C. DeMay of Harrisburg.
Services will be held 10:30am Wednesday in Parthemore Funeral Home & Cremation Services, New Cumberland. Burial will be in Union Deposit Cemetery,
Viewing will be one hour prior to services Wednesday in the funeral home.
Chester J. Radnor
Chester J. Radnor, 74, of Harrisburg, and formerly of Camp Hill and Plymouth, PA, died Monday at Manor Care, Camp Hill.
A WWII Navy Veteran, he was a retired Telecommunications Administrator for the State of Pennsylvania. He also retired from Bell Telephone and was a member of the Bell Pioneers. He was a member of North Street Gang, Plymouth. He was a 1945 Graduate of Plymouth High School, where he played varsity football. He attended University of St. Louis, Missouri and graduated from University of Pittsburgh where he played football for the Panthers. In addition to being an avid Pitt Panthers fan, he had a special place in his heart for Joe DiMaggio and the Yankees, Dean Martin, and Frank Sinatra.
He was born March 7, 1927 in Plymouth to the late Joseph and Rose Radnor.
The widower of June Hughes Radnor, he is survived by two sons, Chester J. Radnor, II of Elizabethville, Dale Radnor of Harrisburg; a brother, Donald of Mountaintop; and three grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2pm Monday in the Mausoleum of Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Lower Paxton Twp.
Visitation will be from 1 to 1:30pm Monday at Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., New Cumberland.

Mark S. Resetar
Mark S. Resetar, 43, of Etters died Friday, June 15, 2001 in Harrisburg Hospital.
He was an Account Manager for Motorola, Inc. in Wilkes-Barre, Reading, and most recently, Harrisburg and was a graduate of Delaware Valley College, Doylestown, PA.
He was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church, New Cumberland and active in coaching and a former board member of Red Land Little League Baseball Association. He was born July 15, 1957 in Camp LeJeune, NC to Florence A. (Jakon) and the late Peter J. Resetar.
In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife Sharon J. (McHale) Resetar; 2 sons, Eric and Colin, both at home; 2 daughters, Jennifer & Megan, both at home; a sister Kim Sutliff of Kingston, PA; 2 brothers, John J. of Kingston and Jay of West Wyoming, PA; and several nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 pm Tuesday in his church with the Rev. Msgr. Robert E. Lawrence, his pastor officiating. Burial will be Saturday 6/23/2001 in Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery, Hughes St., Swoyersville, PA.
There will be no viewing or visitation.

Ruth Mae Robertson
Ruth Mae Robertson, 83, formerly of New Cumberland died Monday in Messiah Village, Upper Allen Twp., Mechanicsburg.
She was a former member of Community United Methodist Church, New Cumberland and Riverview Golf Club, Fairview Twp., New Cumberland and was proud to be a stay at home mom.
She was born 3/18/18 in DuBois, PA to the late William & Letitia (Fye) Ross.
She was the widow of David A. Robertson and is survived by a daughter Judy A. Dillen of Mechanicsburg; 4 sisters, Evelyn Peterson of DuBois, Donna Stine of DuBois, Dorothy Shreffler of Camp Hill and Louise Greenawalt of Millersburg; 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son David H. Roberts.
Graveside services will be held 1pm Friday 9/14/2001 in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Desire, PA.
There will be no viewing or visitation.
