Irene Harbart
Irene Harbart, 56, of Newberry Township, PA, died Monday, January 7, 2002 in Harrisburg Hospital, Harrisburg, PA.
She was born March 20, 1945 in Johnstown, PA to the late Theodore and Helen (Gembinski) Vozniak.
She is survived by her husband William F. Harbart; a son, William T. Harbart, Newberry Twp.; two daughters, Christine I. Griffith, Centerville, and Patricia I. Campbell, Lemoyne; a brother, Carl Vozniak, Meadowlands, PA; two grandsons, Jason M. Griffith and Jacob C. Griffith.
Funeral services will be held 10am Thursday in Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, New Cumberland, with the Rev. Carl F. Peterson officiating. Burial will be in Emanuel Cemetery, Fairview Twp.
Viewing will be 6-8pm Wednesday in the funeral home.
Phyllis G. Helmick
Phyllis G. Helmick, 76, of Camp Hill, and formerly of New Cumberland, died Wednesday, October 31, 2001, at Harrisburg Hospital, Harrisburg, PA.
She was the former owner of PG Ceramics, and Something Special By Phyllis Specialty Baked Goods, both of New Cumberland; freelanced in specialty sewing and alterations; retired from the PA-Delaware District Assemblies of God, Mechanicsburg; a member of Christian Life Assembly of God, Camp Hill; its choir; she sewed costumes and performed in its Christmas Wonderland productions; a member of the New Cumberland Woman's Club; Dauphin Co. Medical Society Women's Auxiliary; a former Girl Scout troop leader; avid mystery reader, cook, writer of poetry, and loved her family dearly.
She was the widow of Ernest D. Helmick, M.D. She is survived by a son, Ernest D., Jr., of York Haven; three daughters, Amy I., Ensminger, Camp Hill, Gail L. Sweeten, New Cumberland, and Ann D. Lefevre, Etters; a sister, Eloise M. Martin, San Diego, CA; 10 grand children; 2 sons-in-law; a daughter-in-law; and 2 nephews.
Funeral services will be held 11am Monday in her church with the Rev. Jamie Kjos, her pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Lower Allen Twp.
Viewing will be 10-11am Monday at the church.

Arthur Clarke Hettinger, Sr.
Arthur Clarke Hettinger, Sr., 65, of Camp Hill and formerly of New Cumberland died Sunday January 27, 2002 in Holy Spirit Hospital, East Pennsboro Twp.
He was a Research & Development Engineer for Tyco, Harrisburg and previously for the former Berg Electronics, Fairview Twp. He was a Korean War Navy veteran. He was a graduate of Wilkes University, Wilkes Barre earning his B.S. in Chemistry and Pennsylvania State University where he earned his Masters in Mechanics. He was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church, VFW Post 7415 both of New Cumberland; the American Legion; New Cumberland Fire Department; New Cumberland Special Police; West Shore Lodge #681, Camp Hill; Harrisburg Consistory; Zembo Shrine and its Highlanders Unit, Harrisburg; M.E.N.S.A.; and a Senior Member of the Society of Plastics Engineers.
He was born 10/4/36 in Plymouth, PA to the late Willard & Elizabeth (Baginski) Hettinger.
He is survived by his wife Patricia Ann (Janusziewicz) Hettinger; 4 sons, Michael Clarke Hettinger of Warrington, PA, Arthur Clarke Hettinger, Jr. of New Cumberland, PA, Christopher Clarke Hettinger of Camp Hill and Jonathan Clarke Hettinger of Lewisberry; 10 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 am Thursday 1/31/2002 in his church with the Rev. Msgr. Robert E. Lawrence, his pastor celebrating Mass. Inurnment with military honors will be 10:30 am Friday 2/1/2002 in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Upper Allen Twp.
Viewing will be from 6-8 pm Wednesday with a Scripture service at 6:30pm and 9-9:30 am Thursday in the Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland.

Mary Beck Hoey
Mary Beck Hoey, 95, formerly of Boas Street, Harrisburg, died Sunday, December 2, 2001, at Homeland Center, Harrisburg.
She was a retired supervisor of the Commonwealth of PA, department of Welfare; a 1925 graduate of Hyperion School of Music, Philadelphia; a piano teacher in Harrisburg since 1952; former music director at various churches in the Harrisburg area; a member and former organist at St. Michael's Lutheran Church, Harrisburg; a member of American Business Women's Association, Camelot Chapter, Harrisburg; P.A.R.S.E.
She was born August 5, 1906, in Philadelphia to the late James W. and Magdalene R. (Beck) Hoey.
Several nieces and nephews survive her.
Funeral services will be held 10:30am Thursday at her church with the Rev. Russell H. Mueller, her pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Paxtang Cemetery, Harrisburg.
Viewing will be 9:30 Thursday until time of service at the church.

Dorothy M. Irvin, 80, of Camp Hill died Wednesday 10/3/2001in her residence.
She was a member of Christ Presbyterian Church, Allendale, Camp Hill where she was a Deacon and Elder. She was also a member of the Mary Schaner Senior Center, East Pennsboro Twp. She was a graduate of William Penn High School, Harrisburg.
She was born 11/9/20 in Harrisburg to the late Charles L. & Ethel (Hiatt) Holsberger.
She was the widow of George W. Irvin, Sr. and is survived by a daughter Donna J. Deitz of New Cumberland; 3 sons, George W., Jr. of Camp Hill, Charles L. of Mechanicsburg and William C. of Enola; a brother Robert J. Holsberger of Harrisburg; 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Services will be held 10 am Monday in Parthemore Funeral Home & Cremation Services, New Cumberland. Burial will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Lower Allen Twp. Carlyn L. Jones, 67, of Fairview Twp. died Friday 10/5/01 in Harrisburg Hospital.
She was born 6/29/34 in York to the late Carl & Lois (Fink) Crone.
She was the widow of Norris W. Jones and is survived by her 3 sons, Jerry L. Bowman of New Freedom, Gary E. Bowman of Dauphin and Mark L. Bowman of Harrisburg; her 2 daughters, Bobbi Jo VanLierde of New Bloomfield and Carol L. Boyd of Enola; her brother Carl L. Crone of New Cumberland and 10 grandchildren.
Services will be held 10:30 am Tuesday 10/9/01 in Parthemore Funeral Home & Cremation Services, New Cumberland. Burial will be in Mt. Rose Cemetery, York.

Donald E. Kaufmann, 79, of Allendale, Lower Allen Twp. died Wednesday February 6, 2002 in his residence.
He was a retired sales engineer for W.E. Shipley Machinery Co., Media, PA; a graduate of Wilson High School, Reading; entered the U.S. Air Force serving in WWII and Korea as a pilot and flight instructor; and attended Pennsylvania State University, Berks Campus. He was a member of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, Highland Park, Lower Allen Twp.; B.P.O.Elks West Shore Lodge #2257, Camp Hill; Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #382, Steelton; American Legion Post #998, Lawnton; Hershey Italian Lodge; and Mechanicsburg Commissioned Officers Mess.
He was born 11/26/22 in Reading, PA to the late Herbert G. & Cora I. (Chappell) Kaufmann.
He was the widower of Mary E. (Brophy) Kaufmann and is survived by a daughter Sally A. Newton of Greensboro, NC; 2 sons, Randall D. and Rick D., both of Camp Hill; 7 grandchildren and a great grandson.
Services will be held 11 am Saturday 2/9/2002 in his church with the Rev. Linda Hostetter, his pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Lower Allen Twp.
Visitation will be one hour prior to services, Saturday in the church.
