Richard G. Kline
Richard G. Kline, 57, of New Cumberland died Wednesday 9/26/01 in his residence.
He was Vice President of sales for Goerlich's, Inc. He was a 1961 graduate of Bishop Kenrick High School, Norristown and head coach of the 1964 and 1965 Fellowship House Conshy Basketball Classic championship teams. He was past president of both the St. Theresa Athletic Association and the Teener Baseball Association in New Cumberland. He was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church, New Cumberland; Ancient Order of Hibernians in America, Inc., Notre Dame Division, Bridgeport, PA; Knights of Columbus Council #772, Norristown; Trinity High School Athletic Association; Riverview Golf Club, DDRE, New Cumberland; Chesapeake Automotive Wholesalers Association; and VFW Post #7415, New Cumberland.
He was born 2/11/44 in Norristown to the late Robert F. & Frances (Fitzpatrick) Kline, Sr.
He is survived by his wife Florence (Mack) Kline; 3 sons, Robert P. (and Lynne) of New Cumberland, Richard G. of Baltimore, MD and John Patrick (and Roselyn) of Pittsburgh; a brother Gary F. of Plymouth Meeting; 2 sisters, Dolores Linsinbigler of East Norriton and Patricia Devinney of Norristown; 3 grandchildren, Kailey, Patrick and John Kline all of New Cumberland; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother Robert F., Jr.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 am Monday in his church with the Rev. Msgr. Robert E. Lawrence, his pastor, the Rev. Louis Ogden and others concelebrating. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Upper Allen Twp.
Viewing will be 6-8 pm Sunday and 10-10:30 am Monday in Parthemore Funeral Home & Cremation Services, New Cumberland. Recitation of the Rosary will be 8pm Sunday in the funeral home.

Charles W. Larson
Charles W. Larson, 92, of Messiah Village, Upper Allen Twp., and formerly of Colonial Park and Hershey, died Saturday at the Village.
He was a retired Registered Architect from the former Lawrie and Green, Harrisburg and had also worked for Arthur D. Crane Co. of Sparta, NJ. He was a member of Progress Immanuel Presbyterian Church. He enjoyed Music, Dancing, Drawing, Woodworking, Gardening, and Swedish Culture.
He was born January 29, 1909 in Renovo to the late Charles L. and Selma (Colberg) Larson .In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Lillian DeChant and was the widower of Ellen K. McInroy Larson.
He is survived by his daughter, Linda Ellen Larson of Mechanicsburg and Santa Fe, NM; son, John Charles Larson of Berkley, CA; three brothers, Merrill Larson of Mill Hall, Bernard Larson of Austin, TX; Robert Larson of Renovo; two sisters, Helen Cummings of Emporium and Eileen Norton of North Babylon, NY; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11am Wednesday at his church. Interment will be at 10:30am Friday at Dillsburg Cemetery.
Viewing will be from 10am until time of service Wednesday at the church.

Alfred W. Lewis
Alfred Walter Lewis, 93, of New Cumberland, and formerly of York, died Thursday, January 10, 2002 at Woodland Center, Fairview Twp., Lewisberry.
He was a WWII Navy Veteran. He was a retired Consultant and Safety Engineer from Noonan Construction of York. He was also an Ornamental Plasterer for Novinger and Wagner Co.; Plaster Foreman for McNulty Bros. where he worked on the Pentagon in Washington, DC when he was inducted in the Navy. He later became the business agent for local 94, OPCMIA, Harrisburg. He was a member of Central Pennsylvania Chapter, American Society of Safety Engineers American Legion Post No. 998, Lawnton, and Community United Methodist Church, New Cumberland.
He was born December 30, 1908 in London, England to the late Alfred John and Winifred Jane (Crimmins) Lewis. In addition to his parents, his wife, Irene J. Schaszberger Lewis and son, Alfred W. Lewis, predeceased him.
His daughter, Joan L. Hastings of New Cumberland; a sister, Mary Yost of York; his daughter-in-law, Roberta R. Lewis; nieces and nephews; six grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and three-great-great-grandaughters survive him.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30am Saturday at his church. Burial will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Lower Allen Twp.

Donald H. Lewis
Donald H. Lewis, 95, of Bethany Village Retirement Community, Lower Allen Twp., and formerly of Lemoyne, died Thursday, December 6, 2001 at the skilled nursing section of the community.
He was a retired Assistant Station Manager from the former Pennsylvania Rail Road. He was a member of Community United Methodist Church, New Cumberland since 1942; West Shore Lodge No. 681, F & AM; Harrisburg Consistory, A.A.S.R.; Zembo Shrine; Luncheon Club; Capital Area Scottish Rite Club; Railroad Retiree Club of PA; Keystone Model Railroad Historical Society; and Retired Men's Club of New Cumberland; He especially enjoyed model railroading.
He was born April 13, 1906 in Lewistown to the late Oscar George and Grace Mae (Martin) Lewis.
The widower of Susie Rebecca Miller Lewis; he is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Jean Louis and Kenneth M. Kann of Camp Hill.
Funeral Services will be held at 11am Tuesday at Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., New Cumberland. Burial will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Lower Allen Twp.
Viewing will be from 10am Tuesday until time of service at the funeral home.

Manasi V. Manasiev
Manasi V. Manasiev, 88, of Harrisburg, died Monday, January 28, 2002 at West Shore Health and Rehabilitation Center, East Pennsboro Twp.
He was retired as Deputy Minister of Agriculture from the country of Bulgaria.
He was born June 2, 1913 in Iambul, Bulgaria to the late Vratan and Ekaterina Manasiev.
He was the widower of Stiliana Krusteva Manasiva. A daughter, Ekaterina M. Rotz of Camp Hill; a sister, Maria Teneva of Gabarevo, Bulgaria; a grandson, Mark Brochey and great-grandson, Logan Brochey, survive him.

E. Romaine Markelwitz
E. Romaine Markelwitz, 92, of Claremont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Carlisle, and formerly of Harrisburg, died Saturday, January 12, 2002 at Carlisle Regional Hospital.
She was a retired executive secretary from the former Gannet, Eastman, and Fleming, Harrisburg. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Lemoyne and former member of the former Olivet Presbyterian Church, Harrisburg. She was a graduate of the former Central High School, Harrisburg and Central Pennsylvania Business School. She loved to Crochet, especially articles for her grandchildren.
She was born August 18, 1909 in Goldsboro to the late William H. and Anna (Arbaugh) Bingaman. She was the widow of Harold E. Markelwitz and Roger R. Gross.
Three sons survive her, Donald E. Markelwitz of Dillsburg, John E. Markelwitz of Harrisburg, and Roger L. Gross also of Harrisburg; a brother, William Bingaman of New Holland; ten grandchildren; and twenty great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11am Wednesday at her church with the Rev. Byron K. Krapf officiating. . Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Lower Paxton Twp.

Delma F. Miller, 83, formerly of Hitchetta, OK and Kearny, AZ died Thursday 11/01/01 in Harrisburg Hospital, Harrisburg, PA.
She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church of Kearny, Kearny, AZ and enjoyed quilting.
She was born 6/10/18 in Hitchetta, OK to the late James M. and Celia F. (Richwine) Hood.
She was the widow of Hialard A. Miller and is survived by a daughter Debra K. Garcia of Etters, Newberry Twp., PA; a son Hialard D. Miller of Goodyear, AZ; 5 sisters, Bessie Jane Watson of CA, Edna Wilmoth Jones of Hitchetta, OK, Catherine L. Williams of Sapulpa, OK, Iona Fay Williams and Ioma May Williams, both of Elfrida, AZ; and 4 grandchildren.
Services will be held 11 am Tuesday 11/05/01 in Shurden Funeral Home, Henryetta, OK. Burial will be in Lackey Cemetery, Hitchetta, OK.
Viewing will be one hour prior to services Tuesday in the Shurden Funeral Home.
