Herdman J. Anderson, 83, of Philadelphia, formerly of Middletown, died Sunday, January 17.
He was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church.
He is survived by two daughters, Dolores Fricchione and Janice Hickernell; and one son, Jay Anderson.
Services and interment were held on Wednesday, January 20 at Middletown Cemetery.

Evelyn J. Alleman Seitz, 84, of Sand Hill Road, Hershey, formerly of Hummelstown and Fort Myers, FL, died Tuesday, January 19 in Hershey Medical Center.

Karl H. Rudy, 86, of Swatara Twp., formerly of Hummelstown, died Monday, January 18 in Harrisburg Hospital.

Mary Watts Sassaman, 94, of West High Street, Hummelstown, died Tuesday, January 19 at home.
Russel Kennedy
Russel B. Kennedy, 86, of Stackstown Road, formerly of Elizabethtown and Middletown, died Thursday, January 21 in ManorCare Health Services, Elizabethtown following a lengthy illness.
Born in Harrisburg, Dauphin County, he was the son of the late Herman S. and Ada Grace Bishop Kennedy.
He was a dairy farmer who owned and operated his own farm in Middletown for over 30 years, retiring in 1976; he was also a member of the Pennsylvania Farmers Association; and was of the Protestant faith.
He is survived by a daughter, Linda F., wife of Robert Hoffines of Marietta; two sons, Dale K. (husband of Thelma) Kennedy of Elizabethtown and Ray D. Kennedy of Middletown; two brothers, George Kennedy of Harrisburg and Melvin Kennedy of Hummelstown; and four grandchildren.
Services were held Monday in the Frank S. Miller Funeral Home, 130 North Market Street, Elizabethtown with the Rev. Robert M. Lescallette officiating. Interment was in Churchville Cemetery, Oberlin.
David Lindemuth
David W. Lindemuth Jr., 59, of West Lauer Lane, Camp Hill, died Wednesday, January 20 in Harrisburg Hospital.
He was a supervisor for the Postal Service; a volunteer with Second Chance Ministries, Hummelstown; and a member of Christian Life Assembly of God, Lower Allen Twp., F&AM Lodge 21 and Harrisburg Consistory.
He is survived by two daughters, Valerie J. Hartman of Camp Hill and Julie C. Georges of Santa Fe, NM; a son, David W. III of San Diego; two stepsons, Thomas and Brian Rosenberger, both of Carlisle; a sister, Mary Jane Snyder of Highspire; and four grandchildren.
Services were held Saturday in Knight Funeral Home, Highspire. Burial was in Highspire Cemetery.

Deborah Orbock
Deborah Orbock, 91, of Rhue Lane, Hershey, died Thursday, January 7 at IHS of Hershey.
She retired as a teacher from Steelton-Highspire School District; was a member of St. John's United Methodist Church, Grantville, and various community and church organizations.
She was the widow of Edward Orbock Sr.
She is survived by four sons, Edward J. of NM, David of MD, Jacob of NC and Richard of East Berlin; two daughters, Mona Griest of York and Evelyn Ann Cooke of Middletown; one sister, Anna Himmelberger of Mt. Joy; 26 grandchildren; and 40 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held Saturday, January 16 at St John's United Methodist Church, Grantville.

Margaret Reynolds
Dr. Margaret C. “Peggy” Reynolds, 51, of Turnpike Road, Conoy Township, Lancaster Co., died Saturday, January 23 in the University of Maryland Hospital, Baltimore, MD.
Born in Hershey, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Anna (Baum) Clark.
She was an elementary school teacher for the Middletown Area School District for 25 years; was a graduate of Middletown Area High School (1965), Elizabethtown College, cum laude (1970); received her master's and doctorate from Penn State in 1995.
She was a member of the Evangelical United Methodist Church, Middletown and enjoyed being a mother and educator.
She is survived by her husband, Lorin; two daughters, Erin of Elizabethtown and Megan, at home; and one sister, Patricia Grab of Winston Salem, NC.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday in her church with the Rev. James L. Williams officiating. Burial will be in Middletown Cemetery.
Viewing will be from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday in Coble-Reber Funeral Home, Middletown, and from 10-11 a.m. Thursday in her church.
