Adeline J. Zimmerman, 90, of Huntingdon Street, Rutherford, died Friday, January 29 in Community General Osteopathic Hospital.
She was the widow of John W. Zimmerman.
She is survived by two daughters, Betty L. Zeiders and Janet L. Loudenslager, both of Rutherford; a brother, Kenneth G. Snavely of Londonderry Twp.; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a great-great granddaughter.
Services were held Tuesday in the Frank E. Matinchek & Daughter Funeral Home, Middletown. Burial was in Hillsdale Cemetery, Londonderry Twp.
Girard Hoover
Girard A. “Jerry” Hoover, 63, of Draymore Court, Hummelstown, formerly of Hershey, died Monday, February 1 in Hershey Medical Center.
Paul Jones Jr.
Paul W. Jones Jr., 81, of Eshelman Street, Highspire, and a resident at The Middletown Home, passed away Tuesday, May 4 in the Harrisburg Hospital.
Born in Highspire, he was the son of the late Paul W. Sr. and Mildred E. Harvey Jones.
He retired from ConRail where he was the yard foreman conductor at the Rutherford Yards; and was a former employee of the Harrisburg State Hospital. He was a 1935 graduate of the former Highspire High School, and was a U. S. Army Air Forces veteran, having served during World War II.
He is survived by one daughter, Joyce M., wife of Richard W. Krouse of Highspire; one son, William P. Jones of Harrisburg; three sisters, Frances Fortney of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Retta Schenck of Chambersburg and Eileen McGary of Medford, NJ; and one granddaughter, Niccole L. Jones of Harrisburg.
Funeral services were held Friday in the Trefz & Bowser Funeral Home, Inc., 114 West Main Street, Hummelstown, with The Rev. Ronald G. VanBlargan, pastor of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Hummelstown, officiating. Interment was in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Lower Paxton Township.

Conrad Nye
Conrad R. Nye, 81, of Mitchell Drive, Mechanicsburg, died Tuesday, May 4 in Holy Spirit Hospital, East Pennsboro Twp.
Born in Middletown, he was the son of the late Walter F. and Mae (Conrad) Nye.
He was a retired computer operator at Naval Inventory Control Point, Mechanicsburg; prior employment was at the former Olmsted Air Force Base, Lower Swatara Twp. He was a member of Middletown Anglers and Hunters Association, Londonderry Twp.; American Legion Post 594 and Loyal Order of Moose #410, both of Middletown; and Mechanicsburg VFW #6704; he was also a Navy veteran of World War II.
He is survived by his wife, Jacquelyn (Gress) Nye; two sons, Gary P. of Canfield, OH and Craig W. of Mechanicsburg; one daughter, Melody D. Nye of Hulmeville; one sister, Beatrice Rehkugler of Hershey; and two grandchildren.
Services were held Saturday in the Coble-Reber Funeral Home, Middletown with Pastor Richard Canfield officiating. Burial was in Middletown Cemetery.

Audrey Shriner
Audrey A. Shriner, 70, of Mattis Avenue, Middletown, formerly of Lancaster, died Saturday, May 8 in the Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill.
Born in Lancaster on November 24, 1928, she was the daughter of the late William and Marian Criswell Keen.
Mrs. Shriner was a homemaker and was of the Protestant faith.
She was the widow of Harry S. Shriner, who died on December 14, 1998.
She is survived by a son, Daniel Getz Sr. and wife Wendy of Middletown; two sisters, Elizabeth Shaeffer of Paradise and Josephine Deitrich of Lancaster; a brother, Jim Keen of Lancaster; a stepson, Terry Shriner and wife Marie of Middletown; two grandchildren, Sue Ann Getz and Daniel Getz Jr., both of Middletown; a great-granddaughter, Ashley Nicole Getz of Middletown; and two stepgrandchildren.
Graveside services were held Tuesday in Calvary Monument Cemetery, Paradise.
Arrangements were handled by the Frank E. Matinchek & Daughter Funeral Home, Middletown.
Harry Riley
Harry E. Riley, 71, of Elizabeth Street, Highspire, died Saturday, May 8 in the Community General Osteopathic Hospital, Lower Paxton Twp.
He was a retired warehouseman at the former Mechanicsburg Ship Parts & Control Center, Hampden Twp.; was an Army veteran of Korean & Vietnam wars.
He is survived by his wife, Beryl D. Davis Riley; a son, Master Sgt. David N. Riley of Anchorage, AK; two daughters, Sharon R. Riley of Lower Paxton Twp. and Linda K. Baker of West Fairview; and five grandchildren.
Graveside services with military honors will be held at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery at the convenience of the family, with The Rev. William Gettins officiating.

Richard Neidinger
Richard D. Neidinger, 67, of Vine Street, Middletown, died Sunday, May 9 in Hershey Medical Center.
He was retired as a machinist at the former New Cumberland Army Depot; was a member of Tri-County Boat Club, Londonderry Twp.
He is survived by his wife, Mildred G. Wealand Neidinger; a son, Daniel L. of Londonderry Twp.; a brother, Clyde K. of Lancaster; and two sisters, Ruth M. Houser and Isabelle Lehman, both of Middletown.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Frank E. Matinchek & Daughter Funeral Home, Middletown. Burial will be in the Middletown Cemetery.
Viewing will be from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday and from 10 a.m. to time of services Thursday in the funeral home.
