She was a member of St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Middletown.
She was the widow of Maurice Baker.
She is survived by a sister, Mary Scott of Elizabethtown.
Services were held Friday in the Frank E. Matinchek & Daughter Funeral Home, Middletown with The Rev. Dr. J. Richard Eckert officiating. Burial was in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Lower Paxton Twp.
Mary Fernback
Mary Librandi Fernback, 83, of Lower Swatara Twp., died Tuesday, May 18 at the home of her daughter, Karen A. Denman of Loudon, TN.
She was retired from the former Rough Wear Clothing Co. and was a member of Seven Sorrows of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, both of Middletown.
She was the widow of John F. Fernback Sr.
She is survived by two daughters, Karen A. Denman of Loudon, TN and Phyllis G. Ziats of Londonderry Twp.; a son, John F. Fernback Jr. of Lower Swatara Twp.; two sisters, Ella Tsolas of Middletown and Evelyn Clayton of Anderson, CA; an aunt, Ella Cunningham of Middletown; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Services were held Friday in the Frank E. Matinchek & Daughter Funeral Home, Middletown with the Rev. Louis P. Ogden as celebrant. Burial was in Middletown Cemetery.

Willam Hanshaw Sr.
William Albert Hanshaw Sr., 96, of Stone Mill Road, Hummelstown, passed away Tuesday, May 18 in the Harrisburg Hospital.
Born in Penbrook, he was the son of the late Amos and Anna Gingrich Hanshaw.
He was retired from the Power House department of the Hershey Chocolate Company; was a member of the Woodmen of the World Lodge 364; the Chocolate Workers Union Local 464; and the National Rifle Association.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Rose Brighton Hanshaw, on August 24, 1971.
He is survived by six daughters, Henrietta, wife of Clyde Bechtel, Doris Phillips and Mildred Hanshaw, all of Hummelstown, Anna Hoffman of Middletown, Shirley, wife of Guy Smith of Schuylkill Haven and Pearl, wife of George Westenberger of Midwest City, OK; five sons, John Hanshaw of Littlestown, Earl Hanshaw of Dillsburg, Richard Hanshaw Sr. of Mechanicsburg, James Hanshaw of Elizabethtown and Gary Hanshaw of Palmyra; 18 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by three daughters, Betty Lou Hanshaw, Esther Jones and Dorothy Hanshaw, and three sons, William Hanshaw Jr., Arthur Hanshaw and George Hanshaw.
Funeral services were Friday, May 21 in the Trefz & Bowser Funeral Home, Inc., 114 West Main Street, Hummelstown, with The Rev. Richard R. Hanshaw Jr., his grandson and pastor of East Hanover Church of God, East Hanover Township, officiating. Interment was in Hummelstown Cemetery.

Agnes V. Fox, 85, of IHS of Hershey at the Woodlands, formerly of Londonderry Twp., died Tuesday, May 18 in IHS.
Born in Arlington, WV, she was the daughter of the late Marcus A. Fox and Viola Childs Fox Sr.
She was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church, Middletown.
She was the widow of Marcus A. Fox Sr.
She is survived by a son, Claude B. II of Middletown; six daughters, Margaret Houser and Alice Goodwin, both of Londonderry Twp., Marcia Meko of Steelton, Gertrude Bomgardner of Palmyra, Mary Turnbo of Hummelstown and Helen Weaver of Highspire; 22 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were held Friday in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Lower Paxton Twp. with The Rev. Pamela H. Ford officiating.
Coble-Reber Funeral Home, Middletown, handled arrangements.

Karen Sue Giovannini, 45, of Georgetown Road, Lower Swatara Twp., died Wednesday, May 19 at home.
Born in East Liverpool, OH, she was the daughter of George Kelly of East Liverpool and Margaret Kelly of Steelton.
She was a customer service representative for Liberty Check Printers, Lower Swatara Twp.; a graduate of East Liverpool (Ohio) High School; an American Red Cross volunteer; and attended Glad Tidings Assembly of God, Lower Swatara Twp.
She is survived by her husband, Michael V. Giovannini; a son, Steven W. Hancock of Middletown; a daughter, Rachel D. Neiswender of Fishing Creek; her parents, George Kelly of East Liverpool and Margaret Kelly of Steelton; a sister, Joni Drayer of Steelton; a brother, Greg Kelly of Middletown; and a grandson, Michael.
Services were held Saturday in Coble-Reber Funeral Home, Middletown with The Rev. Howard L. Garman officiating, and Monday in Dawson Funeral Home, East Liverpool. OH. Burial was in Riverview Cemetery, East Liverpool.
