Kathryn M. Shrauder, 63, of Pine Street, Middletown, died Wednesday, July 7 in Hershey Medical Center.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Willis R. Shrauder Sr.; two sons, Willis R. Shrauder Jr. of Middletown and Michael E. Shrauder of New Cumberland; two daughters, Lori O'Donnell of Lusby, MD and Pamela J. Dozier of Jackson, MS; five brothers, William Zimmerman, Middletown, Samuel Zimmerman of Highspire, Jack Zimmerman of Royalton, Larry Zimmerman of Hershey and Robert Zimmerman of Virginia Beach, VA; a sister, Susan Reigle of Royalton; and seven grandchildren.
Services were held Saturday in the Frank E. Matinchek & Daughter Funeral Home, Middletown with Rev. Jonathan Tillman officiating. Burial was in Middletown Cemetery.
Rodney Nauss
Rodney K. Nauss, 34, of Falmouth Road, Falmouth, died Thursday, July 8 at his cabin on Shelley's Island.
He was employed by Wilton Armetale, Mount Joy; was a member of the North America Fishing Club and the National Rifle Association; and enjoyed fishing and boating.
He is survived by his parents, Kenneth R. and Alice E. Obenstine Nauss, with whom he lived; and two brothers, Roger K. of Mount Joy and Randy K. of Elizabethtown; and two nieces, Amber and Kasey Nauss.
Services were held Tuesday in the Frank E. Matinchek & Daughter Funeral Home, Middletown with Rev. Thomas H. Sanagorski officiating. Burial was in Hillsdale Cemetery in Londonderry Twp.
John Linnane
John M. Linnane, 82, of North Pine Street, Middletown, died Thursday, July 8 in Harrisburg Hospital.
He retired as a splice bar foreman from Bethlehem Steel Corp., Steelton; was a member of Seven Sorrows of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, Middletown; Steelton Moose Lodge 382; and was an avid New York Yankees baseball and Notre Dam football fan.
He was the widower of Arlene M. Bahner Linnane.
He is survived by four sons, Michael J. of Marysville, Thomas E. of Etters, Patrick J. of Carlisle and John L. of Harrisburg; two daughters, Virginia L. Schreck of Middletown and Margaret Linnane of Lewisberry; a stepson, George H. Mosey of Harrisburg; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Monday in his church with Rev. Louis P. Ogden as celebrant. Burial was in Churchville Cemetery, Oberlin.
Memorial donations may be made to the parish development fund of his church, 280 Race Street, Middletown, PA 17057.

Foster Gerhart Jr.
Foster A. Gerhart Jr., 71, of Oak Hill Drive, Middletown, died Saturday, July 10 in Hershey Medical Center.
He was a retired employee of the Navy Ships Parts Control Center, Mechanicsburg; a World War II Army veteran; a former member of Middletown Borough Planning Commission; and a member of of Seven Sorrows of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church and American Legion Post 594, both of Middletown.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia F. Chambers Gerhart; two daughters, Constance L. Fisher of Middletown and Shannon R. O'Shea of Harrisburg; his mother, Hazel P. Weidner Gerhart of Middletown; four grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Seven Sorrows of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, Middletown with Rev. Louis P. Ogden as celebrant. Burial will be in Middletown Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the building fund of his parish, 280 N. Race Street, Middletown, PA 17057 or to the charity of the donor's choice.
Arrangements are being handled by the Wiedeman Funeral Home, 357 South Second Street, Steelton.
Charles Cain
Charles L. Cain, 54, of Mill Street, Middletown, died Sunday, July 11 at his home.
He was a former employee of Farr's Family Tire Service, Middletown; attended Wesley United Methodist Church, Middletown; was past commander of Middletown V.F. W. Post 1620; and a member of American Legion Post 594 and Rescue Hose Co., both of Middletown.
He is survived by his brother, Ray E. Cain of Middletown; two sisters, Charlotte I. Weyant of Middletown and Betty L. Turpin of Oklahoma City, OK; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Thursday at the Frank E. Matinchek & Daughter Funeral Home, Middletown, with The Rev. Pamela H. Ford officiating. Burial will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
Viewing will be from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Casey J. Koons, 17, of Short Drive, Grantville, died Tuesday, December 11, as a result of a traffic accident in Derry Township, Dauphin County. He stayed home ill that morning and was driving to school when the accident occurred.
