Donald M. Weaver, 51, of Dauphin Manor, Swatara Township, and formerly of Mount Gretna, passed away Monday, July 17, in the Community General Osteopathic Hospital, Lower Paxton Township.
Born in Newville on March 5, 1949, he was the son of Eleanor E. Snoke Weaver Wilson of Elliottsburg and the late Marlin B. Weaver.
He was a former mechanic for New Penn Motor Express, Mechanicsburg; a 1967 graduate of Central Dauphin Trade School; a U.S. Army veteran having served in the Vietnam War; attended Peniel Christian Fellowship International, Harrisburg; a member of the Thousand Trails Camping Club; enjoyed boating and was an avid hunter and fisherman.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Robin Kreider Weaver of Middletown; one son, Duane M. Weaver of Middletown; one daughter, Dawn M., wife of Gary S. Garland of Newville; his stepfather, Roy Wilson of Elliottsburg; one brother and his wife, Edwin N. and Martha A. Peeling Weaver of Elizabethtown; one sister, Irene E. Romozi of Grantville; three grandsons, Thomas S. Garland and William C. Garland, both of Newville, and Jonathan M. Weaver of Middletown; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Dale E. Weaver, on March 5, 1977.
Funeral services were held Friday in the Trefz & Bowser Funeral Home, Inc., Hummelstown, with Pastor James E. Collier, pastor of Peniel Christian Fellowship International, officiating. Interment with military honors was held in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, East Hanover Township.
Marjorie Waite
Marjorie F. Gibboney Waite, 68, Greg Drive, Chambers Hill, PA, died Wednesday, July 19, at home.
She was a retired administrative assistant for the state Department of General Services; graduated from Mt. Aloysius High School and Mt. Aloysius Junior College, Cresson, PA. She attended Garden Chapel, Lower Swatara.
She is survived by her husband, Gerald L. Waite; four daughters, Patricia H. Albert, Lee Anne Myers and Susan Crowell, all of Harrisburg, and Lori L. Kugle of Middletown; a sister, Jane C. Gibboney of Harrisburg; a brother, William N. Gibboney of Tyrone; 13 grandchildren, Joshua and Gregory Albert of Lower Swatara Township, Kyle and Chad Rearick, Sean, Kody, Dillon and Chase Crowell, Randy, Jr., and Michael Myers, all of Harrisburg and Jordon, Ryan and Hannah Kugle of Middletown; and several nieces and nephews.
Services were held Saturday at Frank E. Matinchek and Daughter Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Middletown, with the Rev. Jay Cull officiating.
Burial was at the convenience of the family at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Lower Paxton Twp.

Peggy Hahn
Peggy L. Snyder Hahn, 70, of State Street, Middletown, died Saturday, July 22, at home.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph R. Hahn, Sr.; a son, Joseph R., Jr., of Middletown; a daughter, Patricia A. Welsh of Middletown; two sisters, Kathryn Herneisey and Betty Nagle, both of Middletown; four grandchildren, Joseph Bower, Julie Fallbush, Melissa Ridilla and Fred Welsh; a great-grandson, Jeremiah Bower.
Services were held Tuesday at Frank E. Matinchek and Daughter Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Middletown, with the Rev. Jonathan E. Tillman officiating.

Michael Glass
Michael M. Glass, 55, of Newville Road, Elizabethtown, died, Tuesday, July 18, in St. Joseph's Hospital, Lancaster.
He was a tool and die maker for K & L Machine Shop, Leola. He enjoyed horse racing.
He is survived by two sons, Rodney A. and Michael T. Glass, both of Elizabethtown; two daughters, Gina M. Fetter of Elizabethtown and Deana J. Holloway of Hershey; his mother, Alice Heisey of Elizabethtown; three brothers, Ferdinand Glass of Elizabethtown, Andre Glass of Jonestown, Jon Glass of Morgantown; six sisters, Shirley Geadritis and Fernanda Snater, both of Lancaster, Sandra Glass of Mt. Joy, Mary Cain of Hershey, Angela Banzhof of Elizabethtown and Jill Nye of Hummelstown; and 11 grandchildren.
Services were held Friday at Frank E. Matinchek and Daughter Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Middletown, with the Rev. Pamela H. Ford officiating.
Burial was at the convenience of the family.
Frances Russ
Frances L. Reigle Russ, 71, of South Union Street, Middletown, died Sunday, July 23, at home.
She was the former owner of the Blue Room Tavern, Middletown.
She was the widow of Philip F. Russ, Jr. She is survived by a son, Daron R. Russ of Middletown; a daughter, Debra R. Carnes of Steelton; two sisters, Evelyn Hahn and Fay Dick both of Londonderry Township; and six grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday in St. Mary's Cemetery, Middletown, with the Rev. Louis P. Ogden and the Rev. David W. Trostle officiating.
There will be no viewing.

Faye Patrick
Faye M. Burger Patrick, 68, of Frey Village Nursing Center, Middletown, and formerly of Middletown and Royalton, died Friday, July 21, at the center.
She was a retired seamstress at the former Rough Wear Clothing Co., Middletown.
She was a member of Royalton Emmanuel United Methodist Church; Women of Moose, Chapter 553; and Rescue Hose Co. Auxiliary, both of Middletown.
She was the widow of Marlin Patrick. She is survived by two brothers, Donald Burger of Hummelstown and Jacob Burger of Royalton; two sisters, Margaret Kreider and Beverly Laudermilch, both of Middletown.
Services were held at 11:00 a.m. Monday at Frank E. Matinchek and Daughter Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Middletown, with the Rev. David W. Trostle and Rev. Harold Hahnlen officiating.
Burial was in Hanoverdale Church of the Brethern Cemetery.

Kathleen McDuffie
Kathleen Myers McDuffie, 54, of St. Petersburg, FL, formerly of Middletown, PA, died Saturday, July 22, at Largo Medical Center, Largo, FL.
She was employed at Robins Seafood House in St. Petersburg, FL.
She was a Protestant.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy McDuffie. She is survived by two sons, Tommy McDuffie of Macon, GA, and Billy McDuffie, Jr., of Byron, GA; one daughter, Venda Phillips; two brothers, Melvin C. Myers, Jr., Campbelltown, PA, and Terry L. Myers, Sr., Kathleen, GA; two sisters, Linda M. Betts, DeFuniak Springs, FL, and Debra A. Bails, Claysville, PA; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Thursday at McCullough Funeral Home, Warner Robins, GA.
Emily Dymond
Emily Marie Demph Dymond, 74, of Mic-Nan Drive, Little Hollywood Trailer Court, Middletown, died Thursday, July 13, in Hershey Medical Center.
She was a retired Highspire police officer and served as an officer at Kingston Township Police.
She was a member of Swatara Church of God, Rt. 441 and Keckler Road, Harrisburg.
She is survived by her husband, Marvin O. Dymond; three sons, Robert S. Dymond and Kenneth D. Dymond, both of Lower Swatara Twp., and M. Paul Dymond of Boiling Springs; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services were held Tuesday, July 18, in Snowden Funeral Home, Shaverton. Burial was in Memorial Shrine Park, Wyoming, PA.
