ELIZABETHVILLE - M. Marie Kissinger Snyder, 78, of 77 Mayfeild St., died Tuesday, May 20 at the Susquehanna Lutheran Village in Millersburg.
Born Sept 13, 1924 in Gratz, she was the daughter of the late Ernist and Mabel Wagner Kissinger.
She was a retired seamstress from the former Elizabethville shirt factory and a member of Salem United Church of Christ in Elizabethville.
She was the widow of Francis O. Snyder.
Surviving are a son, Francis L. "Sonny" Snyder of Rife; a brother, Harold "Boots" Kissinger of Berrysburg; four sisters, Mildred Artz of Colonial Park, Betty Spicher and Faye "Dolly" Werner, both of Elizabethville, and Phyllis Keefer of Millersburg; two granddaughters; and four great-
grandchildren.
Services were held May 24 at Hoover Funeral Home Inc. in Elizabethville. Burial was in Maple Grove Cemetery in Elizabethville.

Donald R. Lebo
TOWER CITY - Donald R. Lebo, 74, of 201 S. Yohe St., died Thursday, May 22 at his home.
Born April 7, 1929 in Clarks Valley, he was the son of the late Clarence and Ruth Hossler Lebo.
He was the retire co-owner of the former Lebo Saw Mill in Kalmia and was of the Protestant faith.
Surviving are his wife of 55 years, Carol "Guelle" Brown; two daughters, Yvonne M. Seiger and Linda J. Faust, both of Tower City; five brothers, Paul of Florida, Richard of Tower City, Harry of Bernville, Fred of New Cumberland and Dale of Grantville; three sisters, Dorothy Bender of Tower City, Betty Kemmerling of Pine Grove and Carol Walker of South Carolina; three grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Rose Marie.
Funeral services were private. Burial was in Greenwood Cemetery in Tower City RD.

HALIFAX - Mark E. Heddings Sr., 71, of 116 S. Forth St., died Friday, May 23 at home.
Memorial services will be held Thursday, May 29 at 11 a.m. at the Valley's United Church of Christ in Halifax. Visitation will be from 10 to 11:00 a.m., prior to the services.

Lee I. Henninger
ELIZABETHVILLE - Lee I. Henninger, 82, of 331 Locust Road, died Friday, May 23 at home.
Born in Lykens Twp., he was the son of the late Charles and Clara Troutman Henninger.
He was a retired carpenter and farmer and a member of St. Peter's United Church of Christ in Lykens RD, where he was a choir member for 67 years and Sunday school teacher for 60 years. He was a member of the Lykens Valley Charge of the Men's Brotherhood and the Lykens Valley Charge Bible study group. He was sexton of the the St. Peter's Church Cemetery and a member of the Upper Dauphin branch of the Gideon's International.
Surviving are his wife, Jean K. Straub Henninger; a daughter, Yvonne Henninger of Elizabethville; and two brothers, Pershing and Russell, both of Elizabethville RD. He was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret Leer.
Services were held May 28 from his church. Burial was in the church Cemetery.

Chet Douglas Hubler
LYKENS - Chet Douglas Richard Hubler, infant son of Shannon Zerby and Chester Hubler III, died Saturday, May 24 at Harrisburg Hospital.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by maternal grandparents, Charlene and Ronald Zerby Jr. of Lykens; paternal grandparents, Donna and Chester Hubler Jr. of Lykens; maternal great-grandparents, Arlene Ressler of Wiconisco and Charlotte and Ronald Zerby Sr. of Lykens; paternal great-grandparents, Helen Heintzleman of Tower City and Marian and Chester Hubler Sr. of Halifax RD; and maternal great-great-grandmother, Ruth Ressler of Lykens.
Funeral services were held May 28 from John R. Shultz Funeral Home in Lykens. Burial was in Calvary United Methodist Cemetery in Wiconisco.
Jean C. McGraw
TOWER CITY - Jean C. McGraw, 80, of 2210 E. Grand Ave., died Sunday, May 25 at her home.
Born Nov. 21, 1922 in Williamstown, she was the daughter of the late Mark and Bessie Shriener Routzhan.
She was of the Protestant faith.
She was the widow of John J. McGraw. Surviving are a daughter, Linda M. Kafora of Tower City; two sons, Karl J. Sierer of Lancaster and John E. McGraw of Baltimore Md.; four grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
Services will be private. Burial will be in the Methodist Cemetery in Williamstown.

Wanda M. Bailey
MILLERSBURG - Wanda M. Bailey, 46, of 1221 Meetinghouse Road, Ambler, formerly of Millersburg, died Wednesday, May 21 at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Presbyterian Hospital.
Born Jan. 18, 1957 in Harrisburg, she was the daughter of Grace Robb Forney and the late Dale Forney and was a 1975 graduate of Millersburg Area High School.
She was a member of the Christ Evangelical Congregational Church in Jarrettown, where her husband of 25 years, Rev. David T. Bailey, is currently serving as pastor. She and her husband moved throughout Pennsylvania serving Evangelical Congregational churches in Herndon, Lebanon, Hazleton and Palmerton.
She was a member of the Business and Professional Women's organization and the Herald Biblical Theatrical Group.
She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Martha Grace.
Surviving, in addition to her mother and husband, are two sons, Bryn of Sarasota, Fla., and Bryan of Allentown; a daughter, Brianne Bailey of Ambler; a brother, Dale Forney of Shippensburg; and a sister, Diana Nyman of Lock Haven.
Funeral services were held May 27 from Welsh Congregational Church. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Reigel's Bible Fellowship church Cemetery in Millersburg.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the benevolent fund of Christ Evangelical Congregational Church, 1221 Meetinghouse Road, Ambler 19002.
Carl J. Miller
HALIFAX - Carl J. Miller, 95, of 40 N. Sixth St., died Thursday, May 22 at home.
Born in Jackson Twp., he was the son of the late Eddie and Annie Hoke Miller.
He was retired from Willits Shoe factory in Halifax and was a member of Miller's Church and treasurer of the Cemetery. He also served as pas Sunday school superintendent.
Surviving are his wife of 69 years, Pauline F. Stoneroad Miller; a son, William L. of Ottumwa, Iowa; a daughter, Sandra Hoffman of Halifax; a half-sister, Esther Wright of Millersburg; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter. He was preceded in death by an infant daughter and a son, Gerald.
Funeral services will be held Monday June 2, at 11:00 a.m. from Hoover Funeral Homes, Inc. in Elizabethville. Viewing will be from 9 to 11:00 a.m., prior to the services. Burial will be in Miller's Church Cemetery in Halifax RD.
