GRATZ - Rodney Charles Hartwig, 73, of Spruce St., died Sunday, May 25 at his home.
Born July 18, 1929 in Flint, Mich., he was the son of the late Donald and Shirley Betleyton Hardwig.
He was a retired U. S. Air Force flight controller and a member of Simeon United Lutheran Church in Gratz and Susquehanna Lodge No. 364 F&AM of Millersburg.
Surviving are his wife, Barbara March Hardwig; three daughters, Debra Baker of Tampa, Fla., Sharon Hartman of Dauphin and Terry Snyder of Gratz; a sister, Lea Jean Weber of Santa Rosa, Calif.; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grand-
children.
Memorial services will be held Friday, May 30 at 11 a.m. from his church. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m., prior to the services. Burial will be in the Gratz Union Cemetery.

Raymond C. Donley
LYKENS - Raymond C. Donley, 89, formerly of Lykens, died Thursday, May 22 at Susquehanna Lutheran Village in Millersburg.
He was a teacher and principal at both Lykens and Upper Dauphin Area School Districts and was a member of St. Christopher Evangelical Lutheran Church and Ashlar Lodge No. 570 F&AM, both of Lykens, and the Pennsyvania Education Association. He also worked as director of Miner's Bank of Lykens/Mid Penn.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, "Honey." Surviving are a daughter, Linda Sheesley of Elkton, Md.; a son, Stephen of Leesburg, Fla.; a twin brother, Ronald; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Memorial services were held May 27 from his church.

Harry G. W. D. Wetzel
ELIZABETHVILLE - Harry G.W.D. Wetzel, 88, of 29 Grayson View Court in Selinsgrove, formerly of Elizabethville, died Thursday, May 22 at Sunbury Community Hospital.
Born Aug. 8, 1914 in Chicago, Ill., he was the son of the late Dr. Tobias H. and Eva A. Dorran Wetzel.
He was a retired machinist at TRW in Harrisburg and a member of Salem Lutheran Church in Elizabethville; Ashler Lodge No. 570 F&AM in Lykens; charter member of Upper Dauphin Lion's Club in Elizabethville; Tall Cedars of Lebanon; Zembo Temple Shrine; Upper Dauphin Shrine Club and IOOF Lodge of Dornsife.
He was the widower of Eva A. Shade Wetzel. Surviving are a son, William L. of Selinsgrove; two grandsons; and two great-grandsons.
Funeral services were held May 27 from his church. Burial was in Riverview Memorial Gardens in Halifax.

Paul E. Swartzlander
SACRAMENTO - Paul Emanuel Swartzlander, 95, of 2171 Kenbrook Rd. in Lebanon, formerly of Sacramento, died Friday, May 23 at Spangcrest Manor in Lebanon.
Born March 13, 1908 in Sacramento, he was the son of the late Jacob and Sallie Kimmel Swartzlander.
He was a retired coal miner and also a retired construction worker from the former Murray Shield Construction of Harrisburg. He was a member of VFW Post No. 3432 in Pine Grove; Ravine Fire Company and Rock Fish and Game Club.
He was the widower of Naomi Bixler Swartzlander.
Surviving are four sons, Norman L. of Warner Robins, Ga., Lester E. of Myrtle Beach, S.C., Larry J. of Ocoee, Fla., and Paul T. of Bethel; three daughters, Gloria J. Zimmerman of Lebanon, Janice R. Mars of Pine Grove and Patricia A. Mindy of Tremont; two sisters, Edna Hornberger of Schuylkill Haven and Florence Moyer of Milton; 20 grandchildren and 18 great-
grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Shirley V. Swartzlander; a sister, Erma Schade; and three brothers, Ralph, Wayne and Ray.
Funeral services were held May 27 from Buffington-Reed Funeral Home in Valley View.
Burial was in St. Andrew's Cemetery in Valley View.
Joan Durbin Bonham
WILLIAMSTOWN - Joan Durbin Bonham of Sea Cliff, N.Y., formerly of Williamstown, died Monday, May 26 in New York.
She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Elsie Chenoweth Durbin and was the widow of Williams Bonham.
Surviving are her children, Jeanne Hoskins, James Nolan, William Bonham and Elizabeth Moussazadeth; two grandchildren; and two great-
grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, May 31 from the Methodist Cemetery in Williamstown.

Henry W. Klinger
WICONISCO - Henry W. Klinger, 85, died Monday, July 14 at Harrisburg Hospital.
Born Oct. 20, 1917 in Lykens, he was the son of the late Phillip and Elizabeth Chubb Klinger.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a member of First Baptist Church and American Legion Post No. 124, both of Lykens; and Lykens Minstrel Association.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Mabel Klinger. Surviving are his wife, Helen A. Klinger; a son, Henry R. Klinger of Wiconisco; a daughter, Sandra J. Conant of Warminster; two step-
daughters, Grace Miller and Constance Matter, both of Elizabethville; four sisters, Elizabeth Raho of Tower City, Margaret Ressler of Wiconisco, Evelyn Hunter of Lykens and Mildred Griffin of Centerpoint, Ind.; 11 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
Memorial services were held July 19 from his church. Burial was in Calvary United Methodist Cemetery.

Robert N. Troutman
LYKENS - Robert N. Troutman, 76, of Mechanicsburg, formerly of Lykens, died Sunday, July 13 at Holy Spirit Hospital.
He was a 1944 graduate of Millersburg High School and a U.S. Navy veteran, having served in World War II and the Korean Conflict.
He was owner and operator of Lykens Park Restaurant and also operated the Lykens Park Ballroom with this wife of 54 years, Audrey Higgins Troutman. He had worked at the Department of Corrections as a culinary arts instructor and was most recently employed as a part time associate at Sears in Camp Hill.
He was a past school board director at Upper Dauphin Area High School and a member of the former Lykens Rotary Club; Liberty Hose Company No. 2 in Lykens; Lykens Ambulance Association and Dauphin County Volunteer Fireman's Association.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are his step-
mother, Loyetta; two sons, Robin R. Troutman of Harrisburg and Thomas M. Troutman of Elizabethtown; a brother, William Troutman of Millersburg; two half brothers, Dale Calnon of Lykens and Truman Troutman of Millersburg; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Newton and Anna Houtz Troutman; a brother, Richard; and a sister, Betty Troutman Peters.
Memorial services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville.

Olin J. Sheetz
HALIFAX - Olin J. Sheetz, 90, of 873 Enders Road, died Wednesday, July 16 at Friendly Nursing Home in Pitman.
Born July 25, 1912 in Jackson Twp., he was the son of the late Edward and Ruth Enders Sheetz.
He was a retired crane operator for Bethlehem Steel in Steelton and a retired farmer. He was a member of the former Enders United Methodist Church in Halifax and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
Surviving are his wife, Harriet E. Lentz Sheetz; a son, James E. Sheetz of Halifax; two daughters, Judy A. Sedesse of Halifax and Carol K. Warfel of Herndon; a sister, Irma Shearer of Lancaster; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and three step great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Harlan and Ivan; a sister, Zema; three step-brothers, Charles, Ralph and Harvey; and two half sisters, Rhena and Orpha.
Services were held July 19 from Hoover Funeral Homes, Inc. in Elizabethville. Burial was in Fairview "Ender's" Cemetery in Halifax.
