Charles E. Neals, 80, of Middletown died Sunday, March 28 at home.
Clair Coons
Clair M. "Pete" Coons, 69, of Caravan Court, Middletown, formerly of Lewistown, died Monday, March 29 in Hershey Medical Center.
He was retired from Hershey Foods Corp.; was a Navy veteran of the Korean and Vietnam wars; and a member of Glad Tidings Assembly of God, Lower Swatara Twp.
He is survived by his wife, Miriam E. Goss Coons; two sons, Mark C. of Middletown and Myrl R. of Harrisburg; a daughter, Joyce D. Bevan of Myerstown; a sister, Miriam of Reedsville; and four grandchildren.
Memorial services were held Saturday in his church. Burial will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery at the convenience of the family.

Ray Fisher
Ray E. Fisher, 78, of Snavely Road, Middletown, passed away Tuesday, March 30 in Harrisburg Hospital.
Born in Hummelstown, he was the son of the late Daniel A. and Catherine A. Cassel Fisher.
He was a retired farmer; and a member of the Hummelstown United Church of Christ; and the Farmer's Association.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Martha E. Wingert Fisher; two sons, Edward R. Fisher of Hummelstown and Robert L. Fisher of Middletown; two daughters, Barb Nusz of Middletown and Catherine Fisher of Highspire; one brother, James Fisher of Hummelstown, 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday in the Hummelstown United Church of Christ with The Rev. Mark J. Johnson, his pastor, officiating. Interment was in Hummelstown Cemetery.

Jeanne Bower-Dupes
Jeanne P. Bower-Dupes, 60, of Roundtop Road, Londonderry Twp., died Thursday, April 1 at her residence.
Born in Harrisburg, she was the daughter of Dorothy Potteiger Albright and the late Harry P. Potteiger.
She was the manager of the Middletown Interfaith Apts., Middletown; was a member and former deacon of the First Church of God, Middletown; past Worthy Matron- Order of the Eastern Star, Middletown Chapter #332; White Shrine, Harrisburg; member of the Institute Real Estate Management, Credited Real Estate Managers, Life Member of the American Motorcycle Association and Past State Director of the Pennsylvania Motor Maids.
She was the widow of Henderson G. Bower.
She is survived by her husband, John F. Dupes; one daughter, Bonnie Wetten, Londonderry Twp.; three sons, Charles Gummo, Londonderry Twp., Thomas Gummo, Seattle, WA and Donald Gummo, Harrisburg; her mother and stepfather, Dorothy & Anthony Albright, Lower Swatara Twp.; one brother, Larry Potteiger, Harrisburg; two stepdaughters, Tina Dupes-Heistand, East Petersburg and Sharon Johnson, Mechanicsburg; and four grandchildren, Nikki Gummo, Daniel Gummo, David Gummo and Bradley Wetten.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in her church with The Rev. William H. Reist officiating. Burial was in Hillsdale Cemetery, Londonderry Twp. Eastern Star services were held Monday in the Coble-Reber Funeral Home, Middletown.

Shirley Jefferies
Shirley R. Jefferies, 59, of Hamlin Street, Middletown, died Saturday, April 3 in Harrisburg Hospital.
She was baptized at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Harrisburg; was a member of I.B.P.O.E. of W., Dauphin Temple Lodge 227, Middletown; and she was an avid dart player.
She is survived by her husband, LeRoy I. Jefferies Jr.; four loving and devoted children: sons, Steven D. Jefferies of Mentor, OH, Anthony T. Jefferies of Harrisburg and Keith D. Jefferies of Middletown, daughter, Wanda R. Jefferies of Middletown; her parents, Chester E. Sr. and Dorothy R. Jenkens Stoney of Harrisburg; a brother, Chester E. Stoney Jr.; three sisters, Beverly A. Porter, Gertrude I. Wilkerson and Vickie M. Everett, all of Harrisburg; 10 grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Frank E. Matinchek & Daughter Funeral Home, Middletown with The Rev. Franklin B. Schley and Rev. Martin Romaine Sr. officiating. Burial will be in the East Middletown Cemetery, Londonderry Twp.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of services Wednesday at the funeral home.
Agnes Regan
Agnes M. Wiedeman Regan, 92, of Frey Village Retirement Center, Middletown, formerly of Mill Street, Middletown, died Saturday, April 3 in Frey Village.
Born June 10, 1906, in Harrisburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph G. and Katherine Egenrieder Wiedeman.
She was retired from Hershey Creamery Co., Harrisburg, and a member of Seven Sorrows of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, Middletown and its Parish Council of Catholic Women.
She was the widow of Michael F. Regan.
She is survived by a nephew, William J. Coulter, Bethlehem, PA and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, April 8 at 11 a.m. in her church with Rev. Louis P. Ogden as celebrant. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Swatara Twp.
Viewing will be held on Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. in Wiedeman Funeral Home, 357 S. Second Street, Steelton, PA.
Memorial contributions may be made to the building fund of her parish, 280 N. Race Street, Middletown, PA 17057.
