June P. Hoffman, 65, of East Park Street, Elizabethtown, and formerly of Middletown, died Thursday, February 11 at home.
She had owned the former Hoffie's Restaurant, Lower Swatara Twp.; attended Valley Baptist Church, Middletown; and was a member of the Have Ball Will Bowl, Rolling Stones and Jewel Classic bowling leagues at ABC East Lanes, Lower Swatara Twp.
She is survived by two sons, Jay A. of Middletown and Darrell J., with whom she lived; a daughter, Roxann R. Wright of Marysville; three brothers, James Snyder of Dauphin, John Snyder of Middletown and Morris Snyder of Oklahoma; a sister, Fay Stauffer of Hummelstown; and five grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a daughter, Donna L. Ash and a sister, Ruth Weaver.
Services were held Tuesday in the Frank E. Matinchek & Daughter Funeral Home, Middletown. Burial was in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Lower Paxton Twp.
Cecil Brandt
Cecil C. Brandt, 71, of West Cedar Street, Palmyra, formerly of Middletown, died Monday, February 8 at home.
He was a former employee of Stambaugh Air Freight at Harrisburg International Airport; a member of First Church of God and Odd Fellows Lodge 307, both of Middletown; and an associate member of Bowmansdale Odd Fellows Lodge 1179.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn M. Morgan Brandt; a brother, Donald of Mechanicsburg; a stepdaughter, Christina Brumfield of Las Vegas; three sisters, Betty Gentzler and Janet Yost, both of Mechanicsburg, and Peggy Gentzler of Dillsburg; and two stepgrandsons.
Services were held Thursday in his church. Burial was in Middletown Cemetery.
Viewing was held Thursday in the church, where Odd Fellows services were held.

Russell E. Laman, 64, of Dauphin Manor, formerly of Middletown, died Thursday, February 11 in the manor.
Joseph Weimer
Joseph A. Weimer Jr., 63, of Lower Swatara Twp., died Saturday, February 13 in the Community General Osteopathic Hospital in Lower Paxton Twp.
Edwin Kreiser
Edwin E. Kreiser, 64, of West High Street, Elizabethtown, died Sunday, February 6 at Hospital of University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, following a lengthy illness.
Born in Lebanon County on December 1, 1934, he was the son of the late Elias W. and Ella Mae Putt Kreiser. He was the husband of Shirley M. Itzoe Kreiser and they celebrated their 45th anniversary on November 6, 1998.
He was the supervisor of the Elizabethtown Borough street department and retired June 1, 1998, after 30 years of service. He also enjoyed hunting and the outdoors.
Surviving besides his wife are two daughters, Cindy Croft of Burbank, CA and Sue, wife of Chris E. Dishart of Mount Joy; two sons, John E., husband of Kathy Kreiser of Reinholds, PA and Jerry E., husband of Gloria Kreiser of Elizabethtown; one sister, Marian Weitzel of Manheim; six grandchildren; one stepgrandson; and one stepgreat-grandson.
He was predeceased by four brothers, Charles, Donald, Richard & Robert Kreiser.
Funeral services were held Thursday at the Buch Funeral Home, 21 Market Square, Manheim with the Rev. Joseph D. Blascovich officiating. Interment was in Mount Tunnel Cemetery, Elizabethtown, PA.

Donald Osborne Jr.
Donald L. Osborne Jr., 18, of Harrisburg, died Monday, February 8 as the result of a traffic accident.
He was a student with Capital Area Intermediate Unit and had attended Middletown Area High School. He was a member of the 1997 and 1998 state basketball champions, representing Area M. He also enjoyed bowling and had a 300 game this past year, and was planning to go to states for Area M for skiing. He was involved in the youth group at his church.
He is survived by his mother, Norma J. Osborne of Harrisburg, and his maternal grandfather, Raymond B. Naugle of Newburg.
Services were held Saturday in Springhouse Foursquare Gospel Church, Rutherford.

George Fuoti
George Fuoti, 90, of East Emaus Street, Middletown, died Tuesday, April 6 in Harrisburg Hospital.
He was retired from Middletown Area School District and Middletown Infants Socks Co.; was a member of St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Moose Lodge 410, Seven Sorrows Golden Agers and Senior Citizens Group, all of Middletown, and Highspire Senior Citizens.
He was the widower of Helen G. Bower Fuoti.
He is survived by two sons, George L. and LeRoy D., both of Middletown; a daughter, Marguerite J. Hower of Lebanon; two brothers, James of Reading and Frank of Wernersville; a sister, Rose Torcivia of Reading; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Services were held Saturday in his church. Burial was in Middletown Cemetery.
