Robert Glenn "Boo" Wadsworth, age 69 of Scottdale(Bullskin Township), did Friday, April 2, 2004 in Frick Hospital, Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania. He was born January 12, 1935 in Bullskin Township, a son of the late Stanton D. and Mildred Rhodes Wadsworth. Boo was a graduate of the former Ramsey High School in 1952. He was employed for 34 years by the former Wayne Feeds, later Allied Mills. He was a veteran of the U.S.Army Reserve. He was a charter member of the Bullskin Township Fair Board, a member of the Bullskin Township Historical Society and a member of Paradise United Methodist Church. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Dorothy Burkholder. He is survived by his wife, Sandra "Sandy" Bell Wadsworth, a daughter, Terri Pritts of Mount Pleasant, a son, Jeff Wadsworth and his fiancée Jennifer Swink of Scottdale, a grandson, Josh Pritts and a sister, Sally Coffman of Wooddale. Friends will be received in the Brooks Funeral Home, Inc. 406 E. Washington Street, Mount Pleasant from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and from 1 to 9 p.m. Sunday. Funeral services will be held Monday at 11:00 A.M. in the funeral home with Rev. Doug Burns officiating. Interment will follow in Green Ridge Memorial Park, Pennsville. The Bullskin Township Lions Club will conduct a memorial service at 7:30 P.M. Sunday in the funeral home.

Ronald E. Lilliock, 67, of Ruffsdale ( South Huntingdon Twp.) died Friday July 30, 2004 at his home. He was born February 27, 1937 in Everson a son of the late Edward and Annabelle Chambers Lilliock. Ron was a graduate of the former East Huntingdon Twp. High School. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in France as a corporal. Prior to his military service he was employed at Smith Glass in Mount Pleasant. During his lifetime he held various occupations; he worked for 11 years at a Woolen Mill in Massachusetts and then three years each at Johnson Building in Windber and at the former Modulus Corp. He then worked as supervisor of Housekeeping at the Westmoreland Manor and then was employed for 10 years at Volkswagen of America in New Stanton. He also worked his entire lifetime as a farmer and he loved the outdoors, especially hunting and Ron loved to read as a hobby. He was a former member of the Mount Pleasant VFW, the East Huntingdon Twp. Firemen, the Polish Falcons and the Slovak Club, both of Mount Pleasant. He is survived by two sons, Adam Lilliock and his wife Darla of Ruffsdale and Andy Lilliock of Ruffsdale and one daughter, Renee Bussard of Ruffsdale; five grandchildren, Adam, Andrew, Michael, Crystal and Stephanie and four great grandchildren, Paige, Adam, Parker and Chrislyn; his mother-in-law, Elizabeth "Betty" Brodak of Mount Pleasant; four brothers, James Lilliock and his wife Emily of Benton, Missouri, William Lilliock and his wife Carol of Tempe, Ariz., Donald Lilliock and his wife Dorothy of Massachusetts and Raymond Lilliock and his wife Connie of South Greensburg; four sisters, June Hoover of Elizabeth, Pa., Shirley Dwyer and her husband Joseph of California, Nancy Backus of Smithton and Linda Hogan and her husband Tom of Massachusetts and numerous nieces and nephews. There will be no public viewing or services for Mr. Lilliock. Arrangements are under the direction of the Brooks Funeral Home, Inc., 406 E. Washington St., Mount Pleasant.

Ronald Eugene "Boots" Williams I, 64, of Mill Run died Wednesday July 21, 2004 in Highlands Hospital, Connellsville. He was born June 23, 1940 at his home in Mill Run a son of the late John W. and Mary Edna Fullem Williams. He married Marlene Raye Hall Williams from Mill Run, who survives him at home. He was an employee of the CSX Railroad and a member of the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employees. "Boots" enjoyed raising honeybees, fishing, hunting and spending time with his family. In addition to his wife he is survived by his son, Ronald Eugene Williams II and his wife Linda Sue Lehman Williams and his two grandchildren, Mason Lynn Williams and Monica Renee Williams, all of Indian Head. Also surviving are three brothers, Earnest E. "Bud" Williams and his wife Catherine, Gerald "Cub" Williams and Arch G. Williams and his wife Sandy, all of Mill Run. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by three sisters, Judith Williams of Mill Run,Doloris Basinger of Normalville and Elizabeth Cole of Leisenring. Friends will be received from 7-9 P.M. Roy was employed by Anchor Glass for 38 years. He was a graduate of Connellsville High School and was a member of the Faith Bible Church and the Men’s Brotherhood. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Betty J. Burkett Layman; three children, Sherry Chandler and her husband Donald of Athens, Pa., Gilbert Layman and his wife Theresa of Mount Pleasant and Betty Lynn Layman at home; two grandchildren, Jessica and Eric Shal; four sisters, Peg Hull and her husband John, Elizabeth "Pung" Hull and her husband Rick and Betty Fulton, all of Normalville and Sherry Shreves and her husband Bill of Connellsville. Roy Wm. Bartlett, Sr., 70, of Stahlstown, died Sunday, May 19, 2002, in his home. He was born July 24, 1931, in Grapeville, a son of the late Aaron John Bartlett (who died in 1981) and Beatrice Helen (Boetner) Bartlett (who died in 1995). Mr. Bartlett was employed at the Toms River Chemical Co, in New Jersey for 15 years, and was a former archery instructor in New Jersey. He joined the U.S. Army in 1950 at age 17 and served four years in Germany and Europe. He was a member of the Donegal American Legion and was an avid sportsman. In addition to his parents, he was prededed in death by two sisters, LaVern Bartlett and Beatrice Bierbower; and two brothers, John Burrell Bartlett and Edwin Bartlett. He is survived by his wife, Patricia (Patmore) Bartlett; three children, Genieve Boles and her husband, Tom, of Jacksonville, FL, Charmaine Costain, and her husband, Jerry, of Ligonier, and Roy W. Bartlett II and his wife, of Scranton; five grandchildren, Roy W. Bartlett III of Melcroft, Douglas R. Ruth M. Livingston, 91, of Connellsville, died Tuesday, July 6, 2004, at her residence. She was born March 5, 1913, in Trotter, a daughter of the late Frank and Augusta Tikey Smidtke. Mrs. Livingston was a graduate of the former Dunbar Township High School, Class of 1931. Prior to her marriage, she was employed at the former Union Supply Co. in Trotter. She was a longtime member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church of Connellsville, where she was a member of the Lois Circle and WELCA and where she served as a former Sunday school teacher for over 50 years and served as assistant superintendent of the primary department. Ruth was recognized for her years of faithful service by receiving a plaque from the church for her dedication. She also was active in the Meals on Wheels program for many years. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Franklyn P. Livingston, in 1999; two sisters, Violet Kerns and Leona Ellis; and three brothers, William F., Donald V. and Joseph K. Smidtke. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family and is survived by her caregivers: niece, Marlene Eicher and her husband, Jack, of Connellsville, and a sister-in-law, Veronica Smidtke, of South Connellsville; along with other numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and -nephews. Friends will be received from 2 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the BROOKS FUNERAL HOME INC., 111 E. Green St., Connellsville, where a prayer service will be held Friday at 10 a.m., followed by funeral services at 10:30 a.m. in Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Connellsville, with the Rev. She was born November 9, 1924 in New Kensington a daughter of the late L.Z. Cleveland and Laura Beaver Arb. For the last several months Mrs. Glunt resided with her niece and nephew, Bonnie and Tom Brown in Dunbar Twp. She was attending the Church of Christ in Uniontown. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband, Carl E. "Tucker" Glunt in 1998; her daughter, Bitty Legar and her husband Carl; her brothers, Dave,Roy,Nevin,Lester,Tim,Sam,Don,Larry and Carl and her sisters, Elsie, Betty, Margaret and Bunny. She is survived by two granddaughters, Laura M. Susan Rene Enany, 57, of Charlottesville, VA, passed away Friday, July 30, 2004, at Winter Haven Home in Charlottesville, Va. She was born July 27, 1947, in Connellsville, a daughter of J. David and Maryrene Foley Enany, of Connellsville. She was educated in the Connellsville school system. She is a graduate of Brenau University with a B.S. in Education, and continued her education attaining a master's degree from The University of Virginia. She was a teacher in the Charlottesville area schools, a legal proofreader for the Mickey Publishing Co., and was a church nursery teacher for 32 years. In addition to her parents, she is survived by two sisters, Catherine "Jinx" Babybak and husband, Michael, of Macon, Ga., and Claire Leichliter and husband, John M., of Roswell, Ga.; two brothers, John D. Enany, of Greensburg, and Dr. Albert K. Enany and wife, Jody, of Connellsville; and the following nieces and nephews, Christopher Enany, Justin Enany, Errin Enany, Emily Berner, Kristi MacDonald, Amy Leichliter and Maggie Dille. Sylvester B. Parrish, 87, of Connellsville (Trotter), passed away Friday, July 9, 2004, at Highlands Hospital, Connellsville. He was born Dec. 9, 1916, in Danville, Va., a son of the late Clifton and Rebecca Huskerman Parrish. He graduated from the former Dunbar Township High School and earned a bachelor of arts degree in accounting from Waynesburg College. He was a veteran of World War II serving with the U.S. Army Air Corps and the famous Tuskegee Airmen as a gunnery trainer at Tuskegee, Ala. He was a member of American Legion Post 762 in Trotter. In his earlier years he was a purchasing agent for Uniontown Hospital. He retired from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a senior field tax auditor, a career that spanned over 30 years. He was the first black state tax auditor in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He also had a private accounting and tax firm and served many clients in the area. He was a member of Payne A.M.E. Church, where he was a former trustee. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his first wife of 32 years, Frances Barrett Parrish on August 9, 1973, and a brother, James C. Parrish in 1980. He is survived by his wife, Jannette A. Cyrus Parrish; a daughter, Helen Ivy of Laurel, Md.; a brother, Hayward C. Parrish and wife, Carol, of Perris, Ca.; a sister, Augustine Davis and husband, Collester, of Connellsville; a sister-in-law, Mary C. Parrish of Havre De Grace, Md., and numerous nieces and nephews including Michael Johnson of Connellsville. Friends will be received at the BROOKS FUNERAL HOME INC., 111 E. Green St., Connellsville, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday where services will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Accouanetta Osborne and the Rev. Henry Robinson co-officiating. Committal and interment will follow in Green Ridge Memorial Park, Pennsville, where military rites will be conducted at graveside by American Legion Post 762, V.F.W. Teddy Mastowski, 89 of Mill Run, died Monday, May 13, 2002 in the Frick Hospital, Mt.Pleasant.
He was born Sept. 11,1912 in Dunbar the son of the late Joseph and Frances Roszak Mastowski.
Teddy was a resident of Mill Run since 1976. He was a retired Farmer. He also was a former Coal Miner with Eastern Gas & Fuel and the Bridgeport Mine and also formerly worked for the Chrysler Corp as a machinist in Detroit Michigan. He was a member of the United Mine Workers of America. Teddy was a member of St Raymond of the Mountains Roman Catholic Church in Donegal.
He is survived by 2 sons Edward Mastowski and his wife Gloria of Mill Run and Paul Mastowski and his wife Pamela of Farmington, 3 daughters Dolores Kocis and her husband John of South Connellsville, Elizabeth Maczko and her husband Joe of Grindstone, and Marlene Kotcher and her husband Jay of St. Clair Shores Michigan, 10 grandchildren Lisa,Joseph,Gina,Thomas,Christine,Timothy,Denise,Deneen,Edward, and John, 17 great grandchildren, a brother Clarence Mastowski and his wife Evelyn of Normalville, 2 sisters Bernice Mastowski of Leesburg FL., and Louise Mastowski of White, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his wife Mary Catherine Dzielski Mastowski on Oct. 29,2000, 2 brothers Walter and Frank Mastowski, and 4 sisters Mary Mastowski, Helen and Josephine Dzielski, and Verna Kasiewicz.
Family and friends will be received in the Clyde Brooks Funeral Home Inc. route 711 Melcroft Wed. from 2-9 PM. A Funeral Mass will be held Thursday at 10:0 AM in St. Raymond of the Mountains R.C. She was born July 26,1917, in Dunbar a daughter of the late Albert and LouQuilla Hiles Brooks.
Thelma was a resident of Dunbar for most of her life. She was a member of the Church of God. Thelma was a loving Homemaker, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, and Great Great Grandmother to her family.
Thelma is survived by 3 sons Edwin G. Hall Jr. and his wife Anna Mae of Mill Run, James M. Hall of Acme, and Mark A. Hall of New Castle, 3 daughters Mary Lou Cooke of Dunbar, Marlene R. Williams and her husband Ronald of Mill Run, and Elizabeth A. Matrunics and her husband Paul of Dunbar, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren, and a brother Albert Brooks of Dunbar.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband Edwin G. Hall Sr. in 1983, 2 sons John E. Hall in 1953 and Eugene Hall in 1997, 2 brothers Arthur and Raymond Brooks, and 4 sisters Viola Hughes, Clara Wingrove, Gladys Basinger, and Wisteria Beal.

She was born August 17, 1926 in Connellsville a daughter of the late William M. and Edith Englert Wagner. Theona was a loving mother and grandmother to her family. She was a homemaker and was a former member of the Presbyterian Church USA, Connellsville. She is survived by her daughter, Tonya J. Thomas B. Sage, 48, of Connellsville died Tuesday July 20, 2004 in Highlands Hospital, Connellsville. He was born January 2, 1956 in Connellsville a son of Jacqueline King Sage of Connellsville and the late Thomas Sage. He was a graduate of Connellsville High School and he attended the Assembly of God Church in Brownsville. In addition to his father he was predeceased by a brother, Ronald Sage. In addition to his mother he is survived by three brothers, Donald Sage and his wife Cathy of Scottdale, Steve Sage and his wife Yvonne of Smock and Richard Sage of Connellsville; three sisters, Donna Fulmer and her husband Floyd of Mount Pleasant, Patty Sage of Laurelville and Deanna Clark and her husband Jim of Connellsville; a close friend, Randy Sutor of Connellsville; and aunt, Jean Harkins of Connellsville and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received form 2-4,7-9 P.M. Thursday in the Brooks Funeral Home, Inc., 111 E. Green St., Connellsville where services will be held Friday at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Jim Line officiating. Interment will follow in Green Ridge Memorial Park, Pennsville.

Thomas J. Cesario, 71, of Greensburg R.D. #2 ( Mount Pleasant Twp.) died Friday July 16, 2004 in Monongalia General Hospital, Morgantown W.Va. He was born December 25, 1932 in Mount Pleasant a son of the late Dominico and Elizabeth Eberhart Cesario. Tom was employed for many years at PPG and he was also a self employed gunsmith and was the owner of Caesars Gun Shop. Tom dedicated his life to his family and to the youth of the Mount Pleasant area. He was a member and past president of the Mount Pleasant Recreation Authority, founder of the Mount Pleasant Independent Athletic Association. He coached both boys and girls basketball for many years, coaching at the YMCA, Mount Pleasant Junior High School and he coached the Visitation R.C. Church teams in the CYO League for over 30 years. He also coached girls softball for many years in the area. He was a member of the Visitation Roman Catholic Church, Mount Pleasant and was a member of the church bowling team and he was an active member of the Untied Way, serving as a volunteer.. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during the Korean Conflict, member of the American Legion Post 446 of Mount Pleasant, the Slovak Club and the Kosciuszko Club, both of Mount Pleasant. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his wife, Dolores G. Baluh Cesario in 1996; one daughter, Ann Cesario; two grandchildren, Sarah Margaret and Elizabeth Ann Cesario and several brothers and sisters. He is survived by five children, Thomas S. Cesario and his wife Cheryl of Connellsville, Mary Beth Cesario Southern of Virginia Beach, Va., Gregory D. Cesario and his wife Lorrie of Greensburg, Margaret Ann Cesario of Morgantown, W.Va. and Timothy J. Cesario and his wife Kim of London, Ky.; four grandchildren; Jennifer Odroneic and her husband Mark, Thomas Michael Cesario, Ashley Marie Cesario and Joshua Michael Cesario. He is also survived by a daughter-in-law, Vicki Cesario, mother of Jennifer Odroneic and Thomas Cesario and a dear friend, Paulette. Friends will be received on Tuesday from 2-4, 6-9 P.M. in the Brooks Funeral Home, Inc., 406 E. Washington St., Mount Pleasant where a Blessing Service will be held Wednesday at 9:30 A.M. followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 A.M. in the Visitation R.C. Church, Mount Pleasant with Rev. Michael Matusak as celebrant. Interment will follow in the Visitation Parish Cemetery. Military Rites will be conducted at the graveside by the American Legion Honor Guard. A Parish Wake Service will be held at 3:00 P.M. Tuesday in the funeral home.

Vivian Irene Mitchell, 72 of Leisenring, died Tuesday, April 8, 2003 in Mt.Macrina Manor,Uniontown.
She was born Oct. 24, 1930, in Carmichaels, a daughter of the late George R. and Carrie Hensel Cole.
Vivian was a resident of Leisenring for most of her life. She was a graduate of the former Dunbar Twp. High School with the class of 1948. She was a very active member of the Leisenring Presbyterian Church, where she was an ordained Elder and held various church offices. Vivian was a loving wife,mother,grandmother, sister, and aunt to her family.
She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years Merrill K. Mitchell, 2 daughters Malinda Mitchell and Roberta Smith and her husband Robert all of Leisenring, 2 granddaughters Jennifer and Katherine Smith, both of Leisenring, a sister Catherine Brown and her husband Harvey of Riverdale MD., and a niece Viona Brown of Riverdale MD.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a brother Clarence Cole.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service to be held Sat. April 12,2003 at 1:00 PM, in the Leisenring Presbyterian Church, with Rev. Rick Watson officiating. Interment was in Green Ridge Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers the family suggest that contributions be made to the Leisenring Presbyterian Church, Leisenring, PA. 15455, in memory of Vivian Irene Mitchell.Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Brooks Funeral Home Inc., 111 E. Walter L. Dunkerley, 91, of Mount Pleasant, formerly of Pittsburgh, died Saturday July 10, 2004 in Frick Hospital, Mount Pleasant. He was born September 27, 1912 in Blacktown, Pa. a son of the late Walter P. and Esther Dando Dunkerley. Mr. Dunkerley was a former music teacher in the North Allegheny School District and also played as a church organist. He is survived by a nephew, Edward Dunkerley of Clarion, Pa. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by several brothers and sisters. There will be no public viewing or visitation. Inurnment will be in Green Ridge Memorial Park Mausoleum. Arrangements are under the direction of the Brooks Funeral Home, Inc., 406 E. Washington St., Mount Pleasant.

William Edward Mitchell, Senior Master Sgt. U.S. Air Force, Ret., 83 of Plant City FL., formerly of Connellsville, died Sun. July 18, 2004 in the Health Center of Plant City,FL.
He was born June 20,1921 in Mt.Pleasant a son of the late Frank and Grace Freeman Mitchell.
He had been a resident of FL.for the last 19 years. He was a retired Veteran of the U.S. Air Force. After his retirement from the military he worked as a coal miner and then as a Test Mechanic for the Elliott Co.
He is survived by a son Roger Edward Mitchell of Plant City FL. and a daughter Anita G. Bills of Erie, 10 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren, 2 half brothers Zane Mitchell of Waynesburg and Charles Mitchell of Carmichaels, and 3 half sisters Sarah Boord of Uniontown, Ruth Enci and Roxana Miller both of Carmichaels.
In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his wife Evelyn G. Grimm Mitchell in 1999 and a son Dwight Lee Mitchell.
Family and friends will be received in the Brooks Funeral Home Inc. 111 E. Green St. Connellsville Fri. from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A funeral service will be held Sat. at 11:00 AM, in the funeral home, with Rev.Dr.Marvin C. Watson officiating. A committal service and interment will follow in Green Ridge Memorial Park, Pennsville. Military rites will be conducted at the Cemetery by the Carmichaels American Legion.

He is survived by five children, Bonnie and her Husband Ed Williams and William Pletcher, Jr. all of Cleveland, Ohio, Patricia Pletcher of Columbus, Ohio, Clark Pletcher and Edward Pletcher both of Cleveland, Ohio, three grandchildren, two sisters, Donna Tomasko and her husband Dave of Connellsville, Pennsylvania and Karen Lorenzo and her husband Bob of Mentor, Ohio and one brother, Richard Pletcher of West Leisenring, Pennsylvania. Friends will be received in the Brooks Funeral Home, Inc. 111 E. Green street, Connellsville from 4-9-Monday, Funeral Services will be held in the Funeral Home on Tuesday May 21 at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Donna Stenger officiating. Interment will follow in Green Ridge Memorial Park, Pennsville.
