Blanche G. Reese Keslar, 88, of Hawkeye, Scottdale, East Huntingdon Township, who was born in Jones Mills, Pa., went to be with her Lord on Sunday, July 2, 2000, from her home.
She is survived by five children: Gaynell Keslar Hixson of Mount Pleasant, Donna Keslar Greenawalt and husband, Walter Greenawalt, of Mount Pleasant, Ardith Keslar Weightman of Belle Vernon, Gwendolyn Kesler Klepsky and husband, Dennis Klepsky, and Larry Keslar and wife, Debbie, all of Scottdale; 16 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. She was the last remaining member of her immediate family.
Family and friends will be received at the Robert B. Ferguson Funeral Home, 105 Spring St., Scottdale, Pa., today from 7 to 9 p.m., Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and Wednesday, July 5, until 11 a.m.
Joseph J. Konieczny
Joseph J. 'Joe' Konieczny, 81, of Liberty St., Mount Pleasant, Pa., died early Saturday morning, July 1, 2000, at his residence.
He is survived by his wife, Frances V. Sokola Konieczny with whom he would have celebrated their 52nd wedding anniversary on July 10; their children: Cynthia A. Konieczny Oriolo and her husband, Vincent Oriolo, of McKees Rocks, Pa., Eileen C. Konieczny OíConnor and her husband, Patrick, OíConnor, of New Kensington, Pa., and Ronald J. Konieczny and wife, Tara, of Woodland Park, Colo.; and grandchildren: Brian OíConnor, Matthew OíConnor, Nathan OíConnor, Michelle Oriolo and Matthew Oriolo. He was the last remaining member of his immediate family.
The family will receive friends in the Frank Kapr Funeral Home Inc., 417 West Pittsburgh St., Scottdale, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday until 9 a.m.
Carl Floyd Kotchman
Carl Floyd Kotchman, 30, of Bentleyville, Pa., died Saturday, July 1, 2000, at home.
He is survived by his mother, Martha Floyd Kotchman of Bentleyville; sisters: Bonita Kotchman Comer of Bentleyville, Michelle Kotchman Huseman of Lordstown, Ohio, and Cathy Kotchman Derrow of Cokeburg, Pa.; a brother, Larry Kotchman of Cokeburg; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Arrangements will be announced by the Greenlee Funeral Home, 619 Main St., Bentleyville.
Betty Childs Mackey
Betty L. Childs Mackey, 76, of Fairbank, Pa., died Sunday, July 2, 2000, at home.
She was born April 14, 1924, in Oliphant, Pa., daughter of Paul Childs and Nellie Mae Hayden Childs.
She was Apostolic by faith.
Two brothers, Harry Childs and Arthur Childs, a sister, Lucy Dillow, and her parents are deceased.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Rev. Wilbert Mackey; children: Ronald Mackey and his wife, Carolyn, of Alabama, Connie Pepper of Uniontown, Pa., Jerry Mackey and his wife, Charlotte, of Waynesburg, Pa., Nancy and her husband, Emil Panzo, of Belle Vernon, Pa., and Robert Mackey and his wife, Jacklyn, of Fairbank; 17 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; four sisters: Pauline Ferland of Smithfield, Pa., Delores McMurray and Mary Jane Greene both of Uniontown, Pa., and Georgetta Kozy of Masontown, Pa.; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends in the DOLFI FUNERAL HOME, Uniontown, Pa., this evening from 7 to 9 p.m., Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and Wednesday, July 5, from 12 Noon until 1 p.m. Services will be held at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Terry Upton officiating.
Interment will follow in Church Hill Cemetery, McClellandtown, Pa.

Jayne Peppel Meikle, 83, of Charleroi, Pa., died Friday, June 30, 2000.
She is survived by her husband, H. Scott Meikle; children: Scott Meikle and wife, Janice, of Allison, Park, Pa., Marilyn Meikle of North Cape May, N.J., and Linda Meikle Sprowls and her husband, Curtis Sprowls, of Washington County, Pa.; a sister, Marian Peppel Johnson of Belle Vernon, Pa.; and four grandchildren.

Herbert Francis 'Herbie' Mollard, 63, of Perryopolis R.D., who was born in Fairhope, Washington Township, Pa., died Saturday, July 1, 2000, in Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara A. Mollard; children: Frederick R. Mollard of Fayette City R.D., Maryann and husband, Juan Ruiz, of Linden, N.J.; grandchildren: Joseph Ruiz, Roxanne Ruiz, Justin Ruiz; sisters: Norman and husband, Frank Hussar, and Shirley and husband, George Fugo, all of Fairhope, Belle Vernon, Pa.; brothers: Richard G. Mollard and wife, Jean, of Green Valley, Ariz., Walter Earl Mollard of Monessen, Pa., and Fred Mollard and wife, Mary Ann, of Monessen.

Catherine Boeckx Samaritana
Catherine Boeckx Samaritana, 89, of California, Pa., died Friday, June 30, 2000.
She was born February 5, 1911, in California, Pa., daughter of J. C. Boeckx and Mary Collet Boeckx.
She was a member of United Christian Church where she served as Secretary of the Womenís Missionary Society.
Her husband, Richard Samaritana, died September 7, 1991. Also deceased are a sister, Rose Fiedler, a brother, Joseph Boeckx, and her parents.
Surviving are her sister and brother-in-law, Helen and Bill Wright, of California, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends were received Sunday from Noon to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and will be received in the MARISCOTTI FUNERAL HOME INC., 323 Fourth Street, California, Pa., today, Monday, July 3, until 11 a.m., the hour of Service with the Rev. J. W. Hormell officiating.
Interment follows in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.
Ralph M. Thomas
Ralph M. Thomas, 73, of Brownsville, Pa., formerly of Smithtown, Long Island, New York, who was born in Quincy, Mass., died Sunday, July 2, 2000, in Uniontown, Pa.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Lea Clifford Thomas; children; Anne Thomas Crites and husband, Rusty Crites, of Buckhannon, W.Va., and David Thomas of Linden, N.J.; granddaughters: Tammy Crites, Lisa Crites and Jackie Crites all at home; sister, Virginia Thomas Cohn and husband, Herb Cohn, of Huntington, Long Island, N.Y.; and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends in the Confer Funeral Home, 515 Front St., Brownsville, Pa., on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday, July 6, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m.

Lucy L. Zanardini
Lucy Lazzari Zanardini, 90, of California, Pa., who was born in Brescia, Italy, died Sunday, July 2, 2000.
She is survived by her son and his wife, Carl and Gloria Zanardini of California, Pa., with whom she made her home; grandsons: Carl Zanardini and David Zanardini both of Stockdale, Pa.; granddaughter, Michelle Zanardini Magruda of Elco, Pa.; and one great-grandson.
Friends will be received at the Mariscotti Funeral Home Inc., 323 Fourth St., California, Pa., on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday hours will be announced.
Charles A. Ansell
Charles A. Ansell, 88, of Uniontown, Pa., died Thursday, July 6, 2000, at his home surrounded by his family.
He was born June 20, 1912, in Connellsville, Pa., son of George Ansell and Minnie Works Ansell.
Mr. Ansell attended Uniontown Free Methodist Church, was a member of Fayette Lodge No. 228 F. & A.M. and also Circle Club, and played dartball for Central Christian Church.
He served with the United States Army, and was retired from the gas and oil business after 30 years.
One brother, Raymond Ansell, two sisters, Mabel Koehler and Hazel Ansell, and his parents preceded him in death.
Surviving is his loving wife of 59 years, Betty Rapson Ansell; two sons: Kenneth Ansell and C. Ray Ansell both of Uniontown; four grandchildren: Lisa, Christopher, Raymond, and Barbara Ansell; a brother, James Ansell of Reynoldsburg, Ohio; and two sisters: Edna Ansell of Uniontown and Helen Craig of Baltimore, Maryland.
Friends will be received in the ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME INC., 80 Morgantown Street, Uniontown, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, July 11, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Services will be held at 11 a.m. with the Rev. James B. Jobes and the Rev. Roger Yeager officiating.
Interment will follow in Sylvan Heights Cemetery.
Visitation was also held Sunday from Noon to 2 and 7 to 9 p.m. The Circle Club held services at 1:30 p.m. and Fayette Lodge No. 228 conducted services at 7:30 p.m.

Kenneth Beatty, 51, of Denbo, Pa., died Sunday, July 9, 2000, in UPMC-Presbyterian, Pittsburgh.
Arrangements are in the care of the Confer Funeral Home, 515 Front St., Brownsville, Pa., and will be announced.
Harry W. Cole
Harry W. Cole, 82, of West Middlesex, Pa., passed away Saturday, July 8, 2000, in Countryside Convalescent Home, Mercer, Pa.
He was born June 5, 1918, in Mount Braddock, Pa., son of Samuel J. Cole and Catherine M. Andrey Cole. He was a member of West Middlesex Presbyterian Church. He worked as a coal miner for 19 years and then as a spot- welder for General Motors at Lordstown, Ohio.
Preceded in death by three sisters, Alice Stories, Rose Cook and Louise Smith, two brothers, Charles Cole and Samuel Cole, and his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Willa Mae 'Bille' Umbel Cole; two daughters: Joyce Lawson of West Tehuacana, Texas, and Mrs. Harold R. (Judith) Grimm of Campbell, Ohio; five grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; four great-step-grandchildren; three great-great-step-grandchildren; five sisters: Elizabeth Holland of Mount Braddock, Pa., Kay Hickman of Grindstone, Pa., Mrs. Jesse (Elise) Hagger of Brownsville, Pa., Roberta Franks of Cleveland, Ohio, and Mrs. Robert (Edna) Stimmell of Mercer, Pa.
