Russell A. Romesburg, 84, of Connellsville, Pa., died Monday, Aug. 14, 2000, at home.
Prior to retirement, Russell was employed by the B&O Railroad for 35 years as an engineer.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Elizabeth (Jaynes) Romesburg of Connellsville; a daughter, Mrs. Carolyn Brooks and husband, Ronald of Connellsville; two grandsons; one great-grandson; and a sister, Verna Honsaker and husband, Max of Myersdale, Pa.
Friends will be received on Thursday from noon to 4 and 5 to 9 p.m., in the Paul G. Fink Funeral Home Inc., 418 North Pittsburgh St. Connellsville, where a Funeral Service will be held on Friday at a time to be announced.
David E. Rutherford
Naval Aircrewman Aviation Machinist Mate 2nd Class David E. Rutherford, U.S. Navy, assigned to Helicopter Squadron HM-15, Corpus Christi, Texas, died on Friday, Aug. 11, 2000, at the age of 27, following the crash of a MH53E Mine Counter Measures Sea Dragon Helicopter.
He was born July 6, 1973, in Orange, Va., the son of Debbie Malinsky of Masontown, Pa.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a sister, Jennifer Rutherford, at home; his grandmother, Jean Malinsky of Masontown; the following aunts and uncles, Joe Malinsky of Wilmington, N.C., Jerry Malinsky and wife, Marsha of Masontown, and Ron Malinsky and wife, Lisa of Alice Springs, Australia; and cousins, Natasha, Sara, Meghan, Jerry, Joey and Danny Malinsky.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Joseph Malinsky.
David was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help St. Mary Roman Catholic Church of Leckrone, Pa.
He was a graduate of Tri-Valley High School with the class of 1991.
Friends will be received in the HAKY FUNERAL HOMES INC., 515 North Main St., Masontown, Pa., on Friday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m., an don Saturday, Aug. 19, 2000, until 9:30 a.m., when a prayer service will be held, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m., in Our Lady of Perpetual Help St. Mary R.C. Church, with the Rev. Fr. Andrew M. Kawecki as celebrant.
Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Leckrone, Pa., where military honors will be accorded by the Navy and Marine Corp Reserve Center, Moundsville, W.Va.

Catherine Sileo, 75, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away Tuesday evening, Aug. 15, 2000, in Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh.

Paul R. Winwood
Paul Ries Winwood, 76, of White Oak, Pa., died Sunday, Aug. 13, 2000, at home.
He was a custodian at St. John of the Cross Lutheran Church in Dravosburg.
Surviving are his wife, Nora Scheirer Winwood; children, Paul R. Winwood Jr., and Bonnie Martin of Elizabeth, and Patrick Winwood of Finleyville; sisters, Margaret Sherwood of Los Angeles, Calif., and Verna Winwood of Brownsville; stepchildren, April Scheirer of Elizabeth, Raymond, Thomas and Timothy Scheirer of McKeesport, Michael and Shawn Scheirer of White Oak, Stephen Scheirer of Port Vue, and Shannon Scheirer of North Versailles Township; 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Friends were received in the Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home, Inc., McKeesport, Pa., on Tuesday, Aug. 15, 2000, from 9 a.m. until the hour of service there at noon.

Margaret Grace Peck Carr, 60, of Fayette City, Pa., died Monday, March 26, 2001, in Mon Valley Hospital.
Surviving are her children: Howard Carr and wife, Cheryl of Republic, Harold (Tony) Carr of Fairbank, Harrison (Harry) Carr and wife, Margaret A. of Fayette City, Melissa Teets and husband, Vic of Republic, Mary Ann Carr of Isabelle, and Margaret G. Carr of Searights; a sister, Charlene Forsythe of Newell; 18 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Arthur Dupont, 87, of Thompson No. 2, Pa., died Sunday, March 25, 2001, at 3:07 p.m., at home.
She is survived by her very good friend, Richard "Chick" Frye; one sister, Minnie Anderson of Cleveland, Ohio; sisters-in-law, Hattie Royster of Thompson No. 2, and Lartha Smith and Goldie Harris, both of Pittsburgh; and brothers-in-law, James "Red" Royster of Brownsville, and Alfred Royster and Cleo Royster, both of Thompson No. 2; and two cousins.
Friends will be received in the Mt. Ararat Baptist Church of Cardale, on Thursday from 4 to 9 p.m., and on Friday at 1 p.m., the hour of service. The Law Funeral Home, 135 Angle St., Brownsville, Pa., is handling arrangements.
Ruth Boyd
Ruth Boyd, 76, of Point Marion, Pa. died Monday, November 27, 2000 in the Cherry Tree Nursing Home, Uniontown.
She was a beautician and a licensed practical nurse and formerly worked at Sundale Nursing Home in Morgantown, W.Va.
She is survived by a sister, Charlotte Barber of Point Marion; two brothers, Richard Boyd of Morgantown, and Robert Boyd of the State of Washington; and several nieces and nephews.
