MARY R. K. SENSENIG PYFROM, 86, of 2499 Zerbe Road, Narvon, PA, formerly of 2122 Main St., Churchtown, PA, died Wednesday morning at Zerbe Sisters Nursing Center, Narvon, of natural causes. Born in Hanover, PA, she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Jennie Mae Anthony Kinsey and her adoptive parents, the late Joseph and Mary Sensenig. Mrs. Pyfrom was a homemaker and a member of the Churchtown Mennonite Church of the Lancaster Conference. Her husband, Lucien Pyfrom, died in 1995. Surviving is a step-son, Robert Pyfrom of Gap; three step-grandchildren; three step-great grandchildren; and one sister, Annie Kinsey of Orange City, FL. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Walter Kinsey, Samuel Kinsey, and John K. Groff; and one sister, Alice Bauer. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Funeral Service from the Groff-High Funeral Home, 145 W. Main St., New Holland, PA, on Friday, June 20 at 2 PM with the Reverend Clair B. Good and the Reverend Philip Hollinger officiating. Interment in the Goodville Mennonite Cemetery. Friends may call at the Funeral Home on Friday from 1 PM until the time of the service. Verna M. Supplee, 76, of 105 Willow Glen, Morgantown, died Friday morning at her home following a lengthy illness. She is survived by her husband, Joseph L. Supplee. They would have been marriage 56 years on June 21. Born in Caernarvon Twp., Berks Co., she was the daughter of the late Charles R. and Edith F. (Styer) Troop. Mrs. Supplee had been employed by the former Talbott Garment Company of Morgantown for 15 years as an examiner. She enjoyed playing the piano, attending craft shows, and flower gardening. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons: Brian J. marriage to Audra Supplee, West Chester, and Kerry L. Supplee, Morgantown. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral on Monday, June 16 at 11 am at the Eckenroth Home for Funerals, 209 E. Main St., Terre Hill, PA with the Rev. Mary E. Bowman, 88, of 24 Hellers Church Rd., Leola, formerly of New Holland, died Friday evening at Moravian Manor following a two-year illness. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter S. Bowman in 1964. Born in Upper Leacock Twp., she was the daughter of the late Aaron L. and Ada (Meck) Landis. From the age of seven, her step-mother, Anna (Kreider) Landis helped to raise her too. Mrs. Bowman was employed by the former Victor F. Weaver Co., New Holland from 1966-1980. Prior to that, she had worked at several New Holland area restaurants including Peoples Restaurant. She had also been a school crossing guard at Main St. and Custer Ave. in New Holland for many years. She was a member of New Holland Mennonite Church and enjoyed playing the piano. Surviving is a son, Walter L. marriage to Ruth E. (Frederick) Bowman, New Holland and a daughter, Arlene M. marriage to Victor Woods, Leola; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Also two sisters: Esther marriage to Lester Hoover and Anna Landis, both of Lititz. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral on Wednesday, July 30, 2003 at 3 PM at the New Holland Mennonite Church, 18 Western Ave., New Holland with Pastor Ronald E. Marilyn L. "Mary" Crane, 70, of 433 S. Kinzer Ave., New Holland, PA formerly of Greentree Drive, New Holland, died Friday at Garden Spot Village of natural causes. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Crane, in 1998. Born in Flint, MI she was the daughter of the late John and Nita (Alchin) Hudson. A homemaker, she was New Holland United Methodist Church and the Charlestown (MD) Yacht Club. Surviving are two sons: Scott E. marriage to Lori (Fox) Crane, Bonners Ferry, ID and David Crane, Wixom, MI and one daughter, Cathy C. marriage to Robert Rosenbaum, Owings Mills, MD. Also four grandchildren, one brother, John marriage to Carole Hudson, Diamondale, MI and a mother-in-law, Marvel Crane, Durand, MI. ELLA LOUISE DAUB, 58, of 211 Wecaf Road, New Holland, PA, died unexpectedly Friday afternoon at Lancaster General Hospital of natural causes. Born in East Earl, PA, she was the daughter of the late Henry H. and Anna Roland Ressler. She was marriage 37 years on Sept. 10 to Ray Daub. She graduated from Garden Spot High School in 1963 and worked at Cinderella Knitting Mills in Denver for 28 years until they closed in 1994. For the past eight years she has worked at the food service stand at Shady Maple, East Earl. Surviving in addition to her husband are one son, Frankie Lee, marriage to Lucesita Crespo Daub of Lancaster; three grandchildren; one brother, John Ressler of Helena, Montana; and one sister, Mary Ann, marriage to David L. "Skip" Good of Terre Hill, PA. Preceding her in death is one brother, Frankie Ressler. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral on Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2003 at 10 AM at the Groff-High Funeral Home, 145 W. Main St., New Holland with Pastor Melvin Stehr officiating. Interment in St. Stephen Cemetery. SANDRA L. "SANDY" EDGELL, 55, of 27 Evergreen St., Intercourse, PA, formerly of Turkey Hill Road, East Earl, PA, died Saturday at the Essa Flory Hospice Center, Lancaster, after a brief illness. Born in Reading, PA, she was the daughter of the late Henry H. and Stella G. Slabach Witwer. She was marriage 38 years on March 27 to David J. Edgell. She had worked most of her life as a waitress for various restaurants in the area, most recently for Shady Maple, East Earl. She also enjoyed driving the Amish during the past few years. She was a member of the Reamstown Church of God where she was the pianist for many years. She also played piano for other activities. She was a consultant for the Longaberger Basket Company and enjoyed collecting of their baskets. She also enjoyed her grandchildren. Surviving in addition to her husband are two sons, Tony R. Edgell of Lancaster, and Scott A., marriage to Tami Laylon Edgell of Lancaster; one daughter, Gwendolyn K., marriage to Ron Zahm of Denver; and three grandchildren. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral on Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2003 at 10 AM at the Reamstown Church of God, 57 E. Church St., Reamstown, PA, with the Reverend Arthur T. Edna Hollinger, 86, of 232 Cats Back Rd., Ephrata, formerly of New Holland and Fivepointville, died Saturday morning at Fairmount Homes where she had resided for the past three years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Hollinger in 1993. Born in Brecknock Twp., Lancaster County, she was the daughter of the late Noah and Susanna (Weber) Musser. A homemaker, she was a member of the Weaverland Mennonite Church, East Earl and was active in the ladies sewing circle. She had enjoyed quilting and sewing. She was also a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Fivepointville Fire Company. Surviving is a son, Lamar E. marriage to Ruth Ann (Weber) Hollinger, Myerstown and a daughter, Fern E. marriage to John H. Martin, Jr., Gordonville.; eight granddaughters and 19 great-grandchildren. Also a sister, Lucy Rutt, Ephrata; two brothers: Roman marriage to Anna (Martin) Musser, Lititz and Harvey marriage to Alverta (Pfautz) Musser, Reinholds. She was preceded in death by a sister, Edith Martin.
