Born Oct. 23, 1951, in Lewistown, he was a son of M. Joanne (Harris) Clark of Mifflintown and the late Robert W. "Ike" Clark.
Also surviving are: a companion, Cathy M. Weaver, Hershey; children, Nathaniel R. Clark and Shonna M. Clark, both of Mifflintown RR3; and two sisters, Mrs. Michael S. (Sherrie L.) Imes, HC 67 Mifflin, and Mrs. Robert J. (Beth) Rowles, Mifflin.
He was a 1969 graduate of Juniata High School, Mifflintown, and attended Clarion University.
He was employed as a maintenance supervisor by Bethlehem Steel, Steelton, with 27 years of service.
He was a member of the St. Lawrence Club, Steelton; the Hershey Italian Lodge; the Quentin Riding Club and the National Rifle Association.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Brown Funeral Home, 100 Bridge St., Mifflintown, with the Rev. Edward M. Trask officiating. Interment will be in Westminster Presbyterian Cemetery, Mifflintown.
Family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to: Mifflintown Hose Co. No. 1, Washington Avenue, Mifflintown, PA 17059 or to a charity of one's choice.
Robert I. Cleck
Born March 7, 1905, in Mifflintown, Juniata County, he was a son of the late William K. and Julia A. (Fisher) Cleck. His wife, Dillie M. (Groninger) Cleck, died January of 1982.
Surviving are: a daughter, Constance C. Kinderman, Reading; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
He was employed by the Sentinel Printing Company of Lewistown as a printer from 1930-1972, when he retired.
He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Lewistown, and a life member of the Benevolent Protective Order of Elks, Lodge 663, Lewistown.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Brown Funeral Home, Mifflintown. Interment will be in Juniata Memorial Park, Lewistown.
There will be no public viewing.
The Joseph D. Giles Funeral Home Inc. & Crematorium, Mohnton, is in charge of local arrangements.
Sarah Viola Clotfelter
Born Nov. 6, 1910, in Millerstown, she was the daughter of the late Edward F. and Bertha (Willow) Brown. Her husband, Clarence Walter Clotfelter, whom she married Feb. 2, 1929, died April 18, 1989.
Surviving are: children, Cletus M. Clotfelter, Middleburg, Leonard E. Clotfelter, Richfield, Mrs. Richard (Betty M.) Brady, Mount Pleasant Mills RR1, and Mrs. Allen (Normalee J.) Fawver, Liverpool RR2; a sister, Mrs. Harold (Helen) Chubb, Liverpool; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 9 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by five brothers, William Brown, Henry Brown, Lloyd Brown, Earl Brown, and Irvin Brown; and two sisters, Marie Bailor and Maggie Arnold.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, at the Richfield Evangelical Methodist Church, HCR 72, Richfield, with the Rev. Roy R. McCarty officiating. Interment will be in the Richfield Evangelical Methodist Cemetery, Richfield RR1.
Family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until the time of the service Saturday at the church.
The George P. Garman Funeral Home Inc., Mount Pleasant Mills, is in charge of arrangements.
Deborah K. Clouser
Born Aug. 13, 1955, in Chambersburg, she was the daughter of Alberta J. (Berrier) Rosenberry of Dry Run and the late Robert V. Rosenberry. Her husband, Stephen R. Clouser, East Waterford RR1, survives.
Also surviving are: sons, Tyson R. Clouser and Matthew S. Clouser, both at home; and three brothers, Robert C. Rosenberry, James E. Rosenberry and David L. Rosenberry, all of Dry Run.
She was a former employee of Blue Shield, Camp Hill, having retired on disability.
She was a member of Rock Assembly of God Church, HCR 67 Mifflin.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Henry Funeral Home, Honey Grove, with the Rev. Paul Parrish officiating. Interment will be in the Upper Path Valley Cemetery, Dry Run.
Friends may call from 12-9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, where family will be present from 7-9 p.m.

Rev. Elmer C. Clouser
Born July 31, 1909, in Hanover, he was a son of the late Benjamin and Annie (Hall) Clouser. His wife, Emogene (Kennedy) Clouser, Inverness, Fla., survives.
Also surviving are: children, Elmer Clouser, Greenwood, Del., Charles Clouser, Norwood, Ohio, Stella Billingsley, Lynnhaven, Fla., Myrtle Almony, Baltimore, Md., Marie Olewiler, Felton, Barbara Shaffer, Breezewood, and Mary Gallo, Lockhaven; stepchildren, Alex Haywood, Lewistown, Jon Haywood, Navarre, Fla., Connie Miller, McClure, and Linda Runk, Harrisburg; brothers and sisters, Ray Clouser, Phoenix, Ariz., Henry Clouser, Thelma Fellery, and Anna June Wise, all of York; 39 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Karen Shingler.
He was a minister for over 40 years, and was currently serving as the Outreach Minister for the Hernando United Methodist Church, Hernando, Fla. He was a longtime affiliate of the Central Pennsylvania United Methodist Conference.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Hernando United Methodist Church, Hernando, Fla., with the Rev. Al McGowan officiating.
Charles E. Davis Funeral Home, 3075 S. Florida Ave., Inverness, Fla., is in charge of cremation arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Hernando United Methodist Church Building Fund, US Hwy 41, Hernando, FL 34442.
Phyllis Gray Clouser
Born July 22, 1932, in Trout Run, she was a daughter of the late W. Carl and Grace (Halderman) Gray. Her husband, the Rev. James H. Clouser, survives.
Also surviving are: daughters, Susan E. Anderson, Silver Springs, Md., and Shirley L. Greagan, Clifton Park, N.Y.; three brothers and two sisters.
She was a 1949 graduate of Williamsport High School and graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of New York, Albany.
She worked along with her husband in their ministry with the United Methodist Church in North Eastern New York, Vermont, and Pennsylvania.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Trout Run United Methodist Church, Mill and Truman Streets, Trout Run, with the Rev. Sandra Foster officiating. Interment will be in Trout Run Cemetery.
Friends may call from 7-8:30 p.m. Saturday at Kaufman Funeral Home, 2102 Northway Road, Williamsport.
The family will provide all flowers.

Robert Carl Clouser Jr.
Born April 9, 1924, in Mifflin, he was a son of the late Robert C. and Elsie M. (Lebkicker) Clouser. His wife, Elsie Clouser of Dover, survives.
Also surviving are: sons, Otis Spigelmyer, Fleetwood, and Ricky Spigelmyer, Mifflintown; a brother, Harold Clouser, Lewistown; three step-brothers, Melvin, Ralph, and Felbert Sadler, Pennsylvania; a half-sister, Linda Butler, Pennsylvania; two step-sister, Carolyn Ellison and Janet Donaslawski, both of Pennsylvania; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
He served as a paratrooper in the U.S. Army during World War II.
He worked as a operating engineer for Local 542 until his retirement in 1981.
He was a lifetime member of Mifflintown VFW and a member of Walter L. Fox American Legion Post 2, Dover, Del.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and boating.
Services will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Brown Funeral Home, 100 Bridge St., Mifflintown. Interment will be in St. Paul's Lutheran Church Cemetery, Mifflin.
Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Monday at Torbert Funeral Chapel, 61 S. Bradford St., Dover, Del., where military services will be conducted at 8 p.m. by Walter L. Fox American Legion Post 2.

John G. Coble
Born Nov. 21, 1918, in Mt. Joy, he was a son of the late Lee and Muriel (Greenawalt) Coble. His wife, Faye (Mountz) Coble, whom he married Jan. 13, 1946, survives.
Also surviving are: children, Jeffrey J. Coble, Philadelphia, Stephen V. Coble, Montpelier, Vt., and David A. Coble, 126 Bonnie Lane, Reedsville; sisters, Ava Moore and Mrs. John (Helen) Hetrick, both of Harrisburg; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Coble, and an infant sister.
He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of World War II and served in the European Theatre.
He was employed by Coble Foods for over 50 years, and then owned and operated the company from 1972 to 1983, when he retired.
He was a licensed pilot, a member of the Experimental Aircraft Association, and the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association. He was also active in the Civil Air Patrol.
A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Hoenstine Funeral Home Inc., 75 Logan St., Lewistown, with the Rev. Kenneth Longfield officiating. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
Family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until the time of the service Saturday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 2001 N. Front St., Harrisburg, PA 17102.

WYOMISSING - Robert I. Cleck, 94, a resident of Country Meadows, Wyomissing, formerly of 10 Lombardy Circle, Lewistown, died Sunday Nov. 21, 1999, at the home, where he had resided since 1991.
MOUNT PLEASANT MILLS - Sarah Viola Clotfelter, 88, of Mount Pleasant Mills RR1 died at 9:12 p.m. Wednesday, April 14, 1999, at Evangelical Community Hospital in Lewisburg.
DRY RUN - Deborah K. Clouser, 43, of Dry Run, died of natural causes at 12:30 a.m. Monday, April 5, 1999, at her home.
