Born July 2, 1927, in Renova, he was the son of the late Lewis and Mabel (Cowfer) Coffey. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty I. (Rothrock) Coffey.
Surviving are: a son, James Douglas, Annville; sisters, Emma Miller and Mabel Eater, both of Lewistown; one grandson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Jane Deckman.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran having served in World War II and the Korean Conflict.
He was a national cable television pioneer working with the Providence Journal and Vioka in New Jersey. He also worked with Henkel's and McCoy in Philadelphia, training steel workers into the cable industry and worked as a field engineer with Tele-Media, Pleasant Gap. For a time, he ran his own arts and crafts business in Harrisburg, and after retirement, he drove truck for Supreme in Jonestown.
He was an Eagle Scout and was a member of the American Legion, the Kiwanis Club and the Elks.
A memorial service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Friday at the Kreamer Funeral Home, 618 E. Main St., Annville. Interment will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, East Hanover Township.
Friends may call from 11:30 a.m. until the time of the service Friday at the funeral home.

Dr. Milton H. Cohen
Born March 31, 1905, in Lewistown, he was a son of the late Hyman and Lena (Pitorin) Cohen. He was preceded in death by his wife, the late Sheva R. Cohen.
Surviving are: sons, Gordon R. Cohen, M.D., Palo Alto, Calif. and Ronald H. Cohen, M.D., Los Altos, Calif.; a brother, Samuel Cohen, Florida; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
He was a physician in general practice for over 65 years, specializing in hypnotherapy.
Services are being held today at the Sinai Memorial Chapel, 3415 Mt. Diablo Blvd., Lafayette, Calif.

David Alan Cohick
Born Nov. 27, 1957, in Lewistown, he was the son of Gail (Helwig) Cohick, Newport and the late Charles A. Cohick. His fiance and companion, Ronda Holland, Newport, survives.
Also surviving are: maternal grandmother, Julia Helwig, McAlisterville; brothers, Dean Cohick, Darren A. Cohick and Deven A. Cohick, all of Newport; four nephews and a niece.
He was employed as the parts manager with Maguire's Ford in Duncannon.
He was a member of Mount Olivet Church of the Brethren, Newport, the Newport Fire Company, the Newport Social Order of Owls, the Millersburg Moose, and the Newport American Legion Post 177.
He was the drummer of the Dog's Best Friend band and also enjoyed golf and car restoration.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Highland Presbyterian Church, Newport. Interment will be at the Newport Cemetery.
Friends may call from 6-9 p.m. Wednesday at the David Myers Funeral Home, Newport.

James H. Colabine
Born Aug. 12, 1956, in Lewistown, he was a son of Shirley (Wagner) and Harry L. Colabine Jr. of Beavertown RR1. He is survived by a companion, Kathy Jo Wagner, with whom he resided.
Also surviving are: brothers and sisters, Mrs. James (Brenda) Kauffman Jr., Mifflintown RR, Mrs. Sandy (Sandra) DiGiovanni, Ohio City, Ohio, Darlene Gearhart, Beavertown RR, Kathleen Rhodes, Swengle, Jerry L. Colabine, Richfield, Jesse T. Colabine, Beavertown, and Mrs. Daniel (Jody) Tharp, Riverside.
Early in life, he was employed at Empire Kosher, Mifflintown and later was on blind disability.
He was a member of the Blue Juniata Chapter of the Blind.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Heller-Hoenstine Burnham Funeral Home, 108 First Ave., Burnham, with the Rev. Jack Twombley officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Rock Cemetery, Lewistown.
Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Alexandria Renee Collins
Born March 10, 2000, in Lewistown Hospital, she was the daughter of Dane C. Collins and Christina J. Shirk of 20 Greenfield Drive, Apt. 11, Reedsville.
She is also survived by maternal grandparents, Donald and Robin Shirk Sr., Lewistown; paternal grandmother, Sharon L. Roberts, Milroy; paternal grandfather, Clifford E. Collins, Mattawana; paternal great-grandmother, Ada (Boyer) Gray, Milroy; and paternal great-grandparents, Donald C. and Elsie M. Collins, Pine Glen.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, at the Woodlawn Cemetery, Milroy, with the Rev. Wayne W. Mast officiating.
The Bohn Funeral Home, Reedsville, is in charge of arrangements.
V. Jean Collins
Born Jan. 23, 1921, in McConnellstown, she was a daughter of the late Ellis F. and Alleyne (States) Smyers. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Stephen W. Clark and Tom W. Collins.
Surviving are: children, Stephen R. Clark, Wyomissing, and Mrs. Richard (Connie L.) Godin, Medford, N.J.; brother and sister, Fred D. Smyers and Mrs. Elmer (Mary Donna) McMillin, both of Lewistown; stepchildren, Judith Catlin, Marlton, N.J., John L. Collins, New Mexico; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; six stepchildren and three step-great-grandchildren.
She was a 1938 graduate of Yeagertown High School and a 1941 graduate of the Lewistown Hospital School of Nursing.
She was a retired registered nurse for Lewistown Hospital and was also a private duty nurse.
She was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church, the St. Mark's Senior Citizens Club, the AARP Choral Group and the Ridgeview Garden Club, all of Harrisburg.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. today at Hoover Funeral Home, 6011 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg, with Dr. Ronald Parks officiating. Interment will be today in Lind Memorial Methodist Cemetery, Lewistown.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. to the time of service today at the funeral home.

Christian Swade Colyer
Along with his parents, he is survived by grandparents, James Gill of Mount Union and Lester and Barbara Colyer Jr. of McVeytown; great-grandmother, Betty May Colyer of St. Petersburg, Fla., and brothers, Kenneth T. Colyer Jr., at home, Nicholas Colyer of Lewistown and Shawn Koch of Shindle.
He was preceded in death by a grandmother, Mary Gill.
Private services will be held at the Robert D. Heath Funeral Home, 61 E. Shirley St., Mount Union, with the Rev. Ed Seeley officiating. Interment will be in Haven Rest Memorial Park, Shirleysburg RR1.
Ruth Alice Combs
Born Jan. 15, 1923, in West Haven, Conn., she was a daughter of the late Eldrick R. and Mildred G. (Macy) Peterson. Her husband, Victor Combs, whom she married July 6, 1956, died in 1961.
Surviving are: sons, Ronald C. Casey, East Meadow, N.Y., Walter Combs, New York, and Robert Combs, Danville; sister and brothers, Elaine C. Kline and Donald R. Peterson, both of McClure, and Eldrick B. Peterson, New York; two grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
She worked as a waitress at Belmont Race track for more than 30 years, retiring in 1991.
She enjoyed the horses at the Belmont Race Track.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at First United Methodist Church, McClure, with the Rev. Kevin Brophy officiating. Interment will be in McClure Union Cemetery.

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. - Dr. Milton H. Cohen, 94, a resident of Rossmoor Retirement Community, Walnut Creek, Calif., died Wednesday, April 12, 2000, at his residence.
NEWPORT - David Alan Cohick, 41, of Newport RR3 died of natural causes Saturday, July 10, 1999, while performing as a drummer with his band, Dog's Best Friend, at the Wilapalooza Concert in Newport.
LEWISTOWN - James H. Colabine, 43, 18 S. Main St., Lewistown, died of natural causes, at 9 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 20, 1999, at his residence.
REEDSVILLE - Alexandria Renee Collins, infant, died at 6:28 p.m. Friday, March 10, 2000, at Hershey Medical Center.
HARRISBURG - V. Jean Collins, 78, a resident of Villa Teresa Nursing Facility, Harrisburg, formerly of Lewistown, died Friday, Dec. 3, 1999, at Harrisburg Hospital.
MT. UNION - Christian Swade Colyer, son of Kenneth and Crystal (Gill) Colyer Sr. of 174 First St., Mount Union, was stillborn on Wednesday, April 14, 1999, at J.C. Blair Memorial Hospital in Huntingdon.
MILMONT - Ruth Alice Combs, 77, of Rolling Hills, Milmont, formerly of McClure and New York, died at 12:10 a.m. Tuesday, May 23, 2000, at the manor.
