Born April 2, 1914, in Siglerville, he was a son of the late Gilbert W. and Minnie D. (Baker) Crissman. His wife, Sara J. (Hoffman) Crissman, whom he married April 19, 1935, died April 26, 1991.
Surviving are: daughters, Mrs. Willard (Joyce) Wagner, Milroy, and Mrs. Robert (Connie) Zook, Belleville; 11 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, George H. Crissman, and a sister, Margaret Jane Crissman, and a grandson.
Early in life, he worked at Standard Steel and later owned an operated Crissman's Garage and Service Station, Belleville.
He was a member of White Memorial Congregational Church, Siglerville.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Valley View Haven Chapel with the Rev. Galen Sharp and Marshall Deckard officiating. Interment will be in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery.
Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. today at Donald E. Baggus Funeral Home, 3813 W. Main St., Belleville.

Thurman R. Crosson
Born Sept. 14, 1928, in Lewistown, he was a son of the late Vaughn and Nellie (Pennepacker) Crosson. His wife, Thelma (Donahey) Crosson of 38 Sheaffer Drive, whom he married Dec. 21, 1949, survives.
Also surviving are: children, Larry L. Crosson, Pine Drive, Lewistown, Thomas A. Crosson, McVeytown, and Terry V. Crosson, Lewistown; a sister, Marian Henry, McVeytown; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
He was a United States Army veteran of World War II.
He was employed as a machine operator at Standard Steel, Burnham, from 1951-1990.
He was a member of Strodes Mills Baptist Church and the adult Bible class of the church. He was also a member of the United Steelworkers of America, Local 1940, and the Fort Granville Grange.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Strodes Mills Baptist Church, with the Rev. Jonathan C. God officiating. Interment will be in Juniata Memorial Park, where graveside military honors will be conducted by VFW Post 7011, Lewistown.
Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. today at Heller-Hoenstine Woodlawn Funeral Home, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown, and from 10 a.m. until the time of services Saturday at the church.

Jesse D. Crownover
Born March 1, 1922 in Rockville, he was a son of the late John Andrew and Myrtle (Stuter) Crownover. His wife, F. Irene (Sexton) Crownover, whom he married Aug. 1, 1947, survives.
Also surviving are: sons, Miles R. Crownover, 10 Crownover Lane, Lewistown, Mark A. Crownover, Belleville, and Donald K. Crownover, Lewistown; sisters, Mildred Stuck, Belleville, and Evelyn Packard, Reedsville; half-sisters, Mrs. Robert (Donna) Pry, Hershey, Mrs. Jay (Athelda) Shade, Anaheim, Calif., and Mrs. James (Darlis) Dell, Huntingdon; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Crownover and half-sisters, Vergie Crownover, Ester Crownover and Ruth Yoder.
He served in the U.S. Army from 1940 to 1946, with the rank of staff sergeant. He served with four Anti-Aircraft Battalions, helping to train two of them, and he also participated in the invasion of the Phillipines.
He was a retired carpenter from Jack E. Hess Construction of Burnham.
He was a member of Watts Memorial United Methodist Church of Belleville, and Stroup Alexander VFW Post 5935, Belleville.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Watts Memorial United Methodist Church, Belleville, with the Rev. Larry Siikanen and the Rev. Mitchell Galloway officiating. Interment will be in Machpelah Cemetery, Belleville.
Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Donald E. Baggus Funeral Home, Belleville.

Margaret E. 'Nellie' Crozier
Born June 19, 1919, in Renovo, Clinton County, she was a daughter of the late William C. and Eleanor (Kane) Noll. Her husband, Harold M. Crozier Sr., died Feb. 18, 1989.
Surviving are: Harold M. Crozier, Watsontown, Michael N. Crozier, Deland, Fla., Richard A. Crozier and Margaret E. "Peggy" Knox, both of Mifflin; a sister, Camilla DeLorenzo, Renovo; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by brothers and sisters, William Noll, Joseph Noll, James Noll, Mary Jane Elroy, and Sue Edwards.
She had worked at Zendt's Store, Mifflin.
She was a member of the Aldersgate United Methodist Church, Mifflintown, where she was a Sunday school teacher.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Brown Funeral Home, 100 Bridge St., Mifflintown, with the Rev. George S. Reynolds officiating, assisted by Harold M. Crozier, the decedant's son. Interment will be in the Union Cemetery, Mifflintown RR4.
There will be no viewing or visitation.

Dolores Grace Allen Thomas Cuff
Born June 16, 1931, in Lewistown, she was a daughter of Irene and James Allen.
Surviving are: children, Bishop-Elect Roberta Thomas, Sandra Cuff, and Monicia Ingram, all of Harrisburg, Robert Thomas, Huntingdon, and Wallace Cuff III, Harrisburg; sister and brothers, Wanda Davis, Harrisburg, Marlin Allen, Ga., and Paul Harmon, Fla.; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was a former employee of Pennsylvania Blue Shield. She also worked at the food bank at both Antioch Tabernacle and Fountain Gate Ministries.
She was an avid golfer and enjoyed arts and crafts and western movies.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Fountain Gate Church and Ministries, Harrisburg, with the Rev. Clarice Chambers officiating.

F. Myron Culbertson
Born Dec. 18, 1925, in Mapleton, he was the son of the late George and Emma J. (Dollar) Culbertson. His wife, Betty D. (Foust) Culbertson, whom he married July 11, 1946, in Winchester, Va., died March 14, 1994.
Surviving are: daughters, Mrs. Duane (Sandra K.) Lamberson and Mrs. John (Georgean C.) Mackey, both of HCR 61, Mill Creek, Mrs. Samuel (Penny L.) Manning, Williamsburg, and Mrs. Jerry (Deborah Ann) Frankenburger, Mountain Road, Mill Creek; six grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and six step-great-grandchildren.
He was a graduate of Mount Union Area High School, class of 1943.
He was a veteran having served in the U. S. Navy during World War II from 1944-1946. He served in the South Pacific and participated in numerous sea battles aboard the USS Boise. He earned four bronze stars on the Pacific Ribbon, two bronze stars on the Phillipines Liberation Medal, and the American Theatre on War and Victory Ribbons.
He had worked for the family business, Culbertson's Lumber Co., U.S. Steel in Morrisville, and for PGS (now U.S. Silica), retiring in 1986 after 31 1/2 years of service.
He was an avid fisherman and fly-tier and formed his own company, Culbertson Custom Rods, where he produced custom-made fishing rods for customers in Europe, Canada, and the United States.
He was Protestant by faith.
He was a member of the Mapleton Area Sportsman's Club, the American Legion Post 322 in Mapleton, the Huntingdon Moose Lodge, and the Rod Crafter's Association. He was also a former member of the Mill Creek volunteer firemen.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Robert D. Heath Funeral Home Inc., Mount Union, with the Rev. David Bailey officiating. Interment will be in the Mountainview Cemetery, Mill Creek.
Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday and from 9 a.m. until the time of the service Wednesday at the funeral home.

Evelyn May Cunefare
Born Nov. 12, 1929, in Northumberland, she was a daughter of the late Thomas W. and Grace M. (Bartholomew) Jordan. Her husband, Murray Cunefare, whom she married Dec. 22, 1951, survives.
Also surviving are: sons, Murray M. Cunefare, Cambeltown, and Dennis E. Cunefare, San Antonio, Texas; brothers and sisters, Thomas W. Jordan, San Antonio, Texas, George W. Jordan, Hummels Wharf, Joan M. Sarfine, Hummels Wharf, Ruth M. Cowan, Baltimore, Md., Sally A. Jordan, Chaffee, N.Y., Sheila J. Arbogast, Winfield, Doris E. Jordan, Kramm Nursing Home, Milton, and Linda K. Walter, Middleburg RR1; and a stepsister, Shirley Beaver, Elysburg.
After 15 years of service, she retired in 1986 from the former Beaver Shoe Co.
She was a member of the Non-Commissioned Officers Wives' Club of the United States Air Force; the American Legion Post No. 942 Auxiliary, McClure; McClure Fire Co.; and Mount Bethel United Church of Christ, McClure.
She enjoyed baking, sewing and collecting teddy bears.
Services will be held Friday at the Beavertown chapel of Aurand Funeral Homes Inc., 316 W. Market St., Beavertown, with the Rev. Donald Wise officiating. Interment will be in McClure Union Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-9 p.m. Thursday, when the family will be present from 7-9 p.m.

Robert L. Cupp
Born Jan. 24, 1926, in Millerstown, he was the son of the late Roy and Margaretha (Dimm) Cupp. His wife, Thelma V. (Haines) Cupp, whom he married April 16, 1947, survives.
Also surviving are: children, Michael R. Cupp, Thompsontown RR1 and Diane L. Houtz, McAlisterville RR1; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Lester Cupp and a sister, Helen Cupp.
He was a 1943 graduate of Thompsontown High School.
He served in the U.S. Navy from 1944-1946, aboard the USS Princeton in the Mediterranean Sea.
He was a life-long farmer. He was also roadmaster of Delaware Township until 1998. He was previously employed as a dockworker for Roadway, Camp Hill, the American Viscose, Lewistown, and Penn Central Railroad, Enola.
He was a member of the Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Thompsontown, where he was past council member. He was also a member of the Pennsylvania Farmer's Association.
He enjoyed hunting and going to auctions and the races.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Thompsontown, with the Rev. Kerry Auker officiating. Interment will be in the Maze Cemetery, Thompsontown RR1. Full military honors will be conducted by the Juniata County Veterans Association.
Friends may call 4-9 p.m. today at the Ronald C. Sheaffer Funeral Home, 16 Westfall St., McAlisterville, where family will receive friends 7-9 p.m.
