Born April 25, 1916, in Decatur Township, Mifflin County, she was a daughter of the late Charles F. and Gertrude (Zook) Goss. Her husband, Earnest C. Goss, died in 1989.
Surviving are: children, Clinton E. Goss, Seven Valleys, Gerald F. Goss, Lewistown RR3, Mrs. William (Arlene) Edminston, Beaver Springs, Stanley C. Goss and Mrs. Robert (Kay) E. Hartman, both of Snook Road, McClure; brothers and sisters, Richard Goss, Mifflin, Percy Goss and Kenneth Goss, both of Whiskey Road, McClure, Mrs. Fred (Dorothy) Goss, McClure, Mrs. Roy (Shirley) Weaver, McClure RR, and Mrs. Wesley (Beryl) Wiser, McClure RR1; 16 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Lawrence Goss; one sister, Mrs. Mildred Roush; and one granddaughter, Christina Goss.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Dormantown.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Heller-Hoenstine Burnham Funeral Home, 108 First Ave., Burnham, with the Rev. Clyde B. Singh officiating. Interment will be in Dormantown Cemetery.
Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Virginia Mae Goss
Born Dec. 21, 1918, in Akron, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Chalmer Harrison and Willa Esther (Dobson) Lynn. Her husband, J. Howard Goss, died Nov. 29, 1996.
Surviving are children, Mrs. Darle (Katherine) Esh, Milroy, Mrs. Gary (Betty) Reed, Reedsville, and David F. Goss, Milroy; brother and sisters, George F. Lynn, Baltimore, Md., Mary Catherine Hartley and Bertha Louise Dell, both of Lewistown; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Mildred Lynn, an infant sister, and a grandchild.
She had been employed at the Thompson Hosiery Mill, Milroy, the Arrow Shirt Co., Lewistown, and the Milroy Dry Cleaners.
She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Siglerville, where she was a Sunday School teacher and a member of the Wide Awake Sunday School Class. She was also a member of the Milroy Senior Citizens.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Bohn Funeral Home, Reedsville, with Pastor Rosalie N. Smith officiating. Interment will be in the Salem Cemetery, Siglerville.
Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Wilson A. Goss Sr.
Born Dec. 23, 1909, in Decatur, he was the son of the late John Wilson and Catherine Elizabeth (Spigelmyer) Goss. His wife, Beatrice Grace (Yetter) Goss, whom he married Feb. 28, 1939, survives.
Also surviving are: children, Wilson A. Goss Jr., Reedsville, Leroy C. Goss Sr., Milroy, Robert L. Goss, McVeytown, John K. Goss Sr., Lewistown, and Mark E. Goss, at home; brother and sister, Leroy C. Goss and Josephine F. Weiand, both of Milroy; 19 grandchildren; and 39 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by an infant son, Allen Eugene Goss; brothers and sisters, Cloyd J. Goss, Millard Goss, Albert Goss, James M. Goss, J. Howard Goss, Margaret Auman, Dorothy Fultz, Sara Shank, and Mae Shawver; and a grandson, Gary Lee Goss on April 8, 1999.
He was a self-employed farmer and worked for Armagh Township and Esh's Orchard, Milroy.
He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Siglerville and the Men's Sunday school class.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Bohn Funeral Home, Reedsville, with the Rev. Rosalie N. Smith officiating. Interment will be in Salem Cemetery, Siglerville.
Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Samuel W. Graham
Born Nov. 16, 1941, in Lewistown, he was a son of the late Samuel W. Wagner and Miriam Daune (Ziegler) Graham. His wife, Mary (Angney) Graham, whom he married June 6, 1970, survives.
Also surviving are: a daughter, Mrs. Alan (Lyndralee) Mackneer, Lewistown; step-children, Michael E. Wagner, Mrs. Jeffrey (Patricia) Hertzler, and Mrs. Steven (Pamela) Metz, all of Lewistown; sister, Mrs. Robert (Kay) Wagner, Lewistown; half-sisters and brothers, Marjorie Johnson Arter, Tucson, Arizona, Mrs. Thomas (Betty) Lewins, Little Rock, Ark., Curtis E. Graham, Plano, Texas, Clare Bryner, Lewistown, and Marlin Wagner, Lancaster; one step-grandchild and two step-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by three half-brothers, Jack E. Graham, William D. Graham and Robert Wagner.
He was a veteran of the United States Army.
He was a maintenance employee at ITT Grinnell in Columbia, Pa., for 26 years.
He was Protestant by faith.
He was a member of the VFW Post 2435, Columbia, a life member of Brooklyn Hose Co., and a member of the Glass, Moulders, Pottery, and Plastic Workers Union Local 376.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Hoenstine Funeral Home Inc., 75 Logan St., Lewistown, with Pastor Daniel Neff officiating. Interment will be held at Juniata Memorial Park.
Friends may call from noon until the time of services Wednesday at the funeral home.

Ellen J. "Jacque" Grassmyer
Born Feb. 17, 1933, in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late Elmer J. and Mildred L. (Wilson) Harmon.
Surviving are: children, Mrs. Russel (Carol) Gers, 500 Fairview Ave., Lewistown, and Mrs. Thomas (Ellen) Elder, 114 French's Lane, McVeytown; a sister, Mrs. Cloyd (Isabel) Wray, of McClure RD2; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was a homemaker and, early in life, employed as a seamstress at Cluett-Peabody.
She was a member of Pine Glen Church of the Brethren.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Heller-Hoenstine Woodlawn Funeral Home, 200 N. Main St. Lewistown, with the Rev. Donald Peters officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Rock Cemetery.
Family will receive friends Sunday from 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Rev. G. Franklin Gray Jr.
Born July 3, 1924, in Wilmington, Del., he was a son of the late Mabel (Zimmerman) and G. Franklin Gray Sr. His wife, Ada (Nale) Boyer Gray, whom he married Sept. 10, 1995, survives. His first wife, Bessie May (Lohr) Gray, died in 1993.
Also surviving are: children, Lavan M. Gray, Berryville, Va., Cornelius T. Gray, Harvard Street, Lewistown, Rev. Nellie Gray Cloninger, Greenwood, S.C., and Waldo R. Gray, Yeagertown; stepchildren, Rodney Boyer, Mount Pleasant Mills, Larry Boyer, Reading, and Mrs. Terry (Sharon) Roberts, Milroy; brothers and sisters, Thomas E. Gray, Texarkana, Texas, Mrs. Rex (Marjorie) Carleton, West Columbia, Texas, Mrs. Thomas (Joyce) Price, Leonard, Texas, and Robert Gray, Mercers Island, Washington; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; six step-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
He was a 1956 graduate of the Stephen F. Austin University, Nacogdoches, Texas and received his Masters in Theology at Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas in 1960.
He was a minister in the Central Pennsylvania Conference and he served charges in the East Texas Conference for 45 years, retiring in 1992. From 1992-96 served as interim pastor, Houstontown Charge and Three Springs Charge.
He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Lewistown, a former member of the Centre Hall Grange, and a member and former officer of the Pennsylvania Council of Alcohol Prevention.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Heller-Hoenstine Burnham Funeral Home, 108 First Ave., Burnham, with the Rev. Larry K. Lutz officiating. Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
A viewing will be held from 3-3:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Zion Huffman Lutheran Church, RR1, Friedens. Graveside services will also be held at 3:45 p.m. Tuesday at Huffman Memorial Gardens, Friedens, with the Rev. Kathleen Kuehl officiating.

Ledemia M. Gray
Born Sept. 22, 1925, in Honey Grove, she was the daughter of the late William C. and I. Florence (Page) McCulloch.
Surviving are: children, Max W. Gray Sr., Mifflintown, David F. Gray, Mifflintown RR3, George L. Gray, Port Royal RR2, Janet Henry, Port Royal RR1, and Linda Bowers, McAlisterville; a sister, Catherine Peterson, Port Royal; 15 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Joyce Suter.
She was a cook for various area restaurants.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Henry Funeral Home, Honey Grove, with Pastor Dennis R. Thompson Jr. officiating. Interment will be in the McCulloch's Mill Cemetery.
Friends may call from noon to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, where the family will be present from 7-9 p.m.

Sarah Kathryn Graybill
Born Jan. 7, 1941, in Morgantown, she was the daughter of Jacob D. and Sadie M. (Kurtz) Mast of Richfield RR1. Her husband, Clayton R. Graybill, whom she married Oct. 21, 1972, survives.
Also surviving are: daughters, Marilyn and Amanda, both at home; brothers and sisters, Isaac Mast, Fleetwood, David Mast, Oley, James Mast, Mount Pleasant Mills, Mrs. Nathan (Martha) Eby, Robesonia, and Mrs. Timothy (Amanda) Graybill, Richfield; and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Shade Mountain Mennonite Church, Mount Pleasant Mills, with Ivan Martin Jr., Stephen Ebersole, Aaron Shank, Robert Burkholder, and LeRoy Bair officiating. Interment will be in the adjoining church Cemetery.
Family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. and from 6-8 p.m. Saturday at the church.
The family requests no flowers.
