Born Sept. 21, 1929, in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late Roy and Mabel (Bilger) Bilger. Her husband, Charles E. Ross, died Oct. 3, 1986.
Surviving are: children, Jacqueline Bagrosky, 366 Granville Rd., Granville, and Doris J. Ross, Centre Hall RR1; brothers and sisters, Glenn L. Bilger, Country Road, Lewistown, Robert W. Bilger, 10 Malta Park Rd. Granville, Lois Watson, 2 Park Place, Lewistown, and Gloria Bramlett, Lobelville RR1, Tenn.; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was an examiner for Arrow Division of Cluett-Peabody and Co. for 25 years, retiring in 1975.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Heller-Hoenstine Woodlawn Funeral Home, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown, with Pastor Darvin Donahey officiating. Interment will be in Juniata Memorial Park.
Friends may call from 12:30 until the time of services Tuesday at the funeral home.

Katie Amber Rossman
Also surviving are: a brother, Drew M. Rossman, at home; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. McKnight, Reedsville; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Raymond M. Rossman Sr., McClure; maternal great-grandparents, Gladys (McKnight) Fisher, Reedsville and Mr. and Mrs. Emery Clouser, Milroy; and paternal great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Merle Henry, Lewistown.
Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family, at the New Lancaster Valley Cemetery, Milroy, with the Rev. L. Ed Moore officiating.
There will be no public viewing.
The Bohn Funeral Home, Reedsville, is in charge of arrangements.
John Hobart Rossman Jr.
Born June 5, 1957, in Lewistown, he was a son of the late Emma H. (Casner) Rossman. He is survived by a companion, Ruby Kay Hessor, with whom he resided.
Also surviving are: children, Laura A. Oswald, Lewistown, Robin E. Oswald, Georgia, and Amanda R. Hessor, Woodbury; a sister, Donna Howell, Reedsville; and one grandson.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Sara Colyer in 1996.
He was retired due to disability.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Hoenstine Funeral Home Inc., 75 Logan St., Lewistown, with the Rev. George H. Mark officiating. Interment will be in Juniata Memorial Park.
Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Trilba N. Rothrock
Born Jan. 26, 1908, in McClure, she was a daughter of the late James F. and Susie S. (Wagner) Narehood. Her husband, Samuel Eugene Rothrock, died April 19, 1962.
Surviving are: children, Charlotte Barker, Harrisburg, Helen Yocum, Burnham, Richard E. Rothrock, Dushore, Sandra Rothrock, Conneaut, Ohio, Nelson Rothrock, McVeytown, Janet Bousum, Mrs. Gene (Sue) Wheeler, and Steven Rothrock, all of Lewistown; 17 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
She was the last of her immediate family, having been preceded in death by two brothers and a daughter, Betty I. Coffey.
She was a seamstress for Arrow Shirt Factory for 36 years, retiring in 1976.
She was an avid cook and baker.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Hoenstine Funeral Home Inc., 75 Logan St., Lewistown, with the Rev. Jacob T. Traxler officiating. Interment will be in McClure Union Cemetery.
Family will receive friends 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Betty Jane Roush
Born Oct. 27, 1928, in Susquehanna Township, Juniata County, she was a daughter of the late Ernest A. and Margaret A. (Watts) Feltman. Her husband, Paul I. Roush, died in September of 1977. Her companion, Leroy Paige, survives.
Also surviving are: a daughter, Darlene K. Peachey, Thompsontown; brothers and sisters, Robert Feltman, Millerstown RR2, George Feltman, Richfield RR1, Raymond Feltman and Donald Feltman, both of Mount Pleasant Mills RR2, Ida Colyer, McAlisterville, and Katie Knouse, Liverpool; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Richard D. Feltman; two brothers, Paul Feltman and Ernest J. Feltman; and two sisters, Joyce Feltman and R. Arlene Heller.
She was educated in the Juniata County rural schools.
She retired as a seamstress in 1962 from the Liverpool Shirt Factory, Liverpool.
She was a member of the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, Liverpool; American Legion Post 364, Liverpool and auxiliary; Hunter's Valley Sportsmen Association; and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5640, Middleburg.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed traveling.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the George P. Garman Funeral Home, 606 N. Front St., Liverpool, with the Rev. James R. Bramer officiating. Interment will be in St. Peter's Cemetery, Millerstown RR2.
Family will receive friends 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Madge M. Rowe
Born Feb. 9, 1905, in Walker Township (Gill Town), Juniata County, she was a daughter of the late Elmer M. and Clara Jane (DeLancy) Gill. Her husband, Raymond A. Rowe, died Dec. 10, 1980.
She is survived by a sister, Alverta Kauffman, Mifflintown RR2 and a number of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Dow Gill and Evan Gill and one sister, Grace Leonard.
She retired from the Port Royal Dress Factory with 20 years of service.
She was a member of the Centre Lutheran Church, Mifflintown RR2, the Ladies Bible Sunday School Class and the Port Royal Senior Citizens Center.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Brown Funeral Home, 100 Bridge St., Mifflintown, with the Rev. Marton Roberson officiating. Interment will be in the Adam's Cemetery, Mifflintown RR4.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of the services Tuesday at the funeral home.
Ferne Phillips Rowland
Born Aug. 11, 1923, in Waynesboro, Va., she was a daughter of the late Victor and Mary (Kagey) Phillips. Her husband, the Rev. Earl D. Rowland of Bridgewater, Va., whom she married June 27, 1948, and was former pastor of the Spring Run Church of the Brethren, survives.
Also surviving are: sons, Philip Rowland, St. Louis, Mo., Dennis Rowland, Fallbrook, Calif., and Curtis Rowland, Fairfield; brother and sister, Harper Phillips, Waynesboro, and Mary Alice Womble, Bridgewater, Va.; and four grandsons.
She was a 1941 graduate of New Hope High School, a 1944 graduate of Bridgewater College, and attended Bethany Theological Seminary in Chicago, Ill.
She taught American history and government at New Hope High School and Wilson Memorial High School in Augusta County, Va. She also taught at Annville-Cleona High School in Annville.
She was a member and an active leader of the Bridgewater Church of the Brethren as a pastor's wife, youth teacher and advisor, and she sang in the church choir.
She served as moderator of Middle Pennsylvania District in 1987, as Camp Board chairperson of Middle District and was a delegate to district conferences and annual conferences of the Church of the Brethren.
Her hobbies included singing, gardening, quilting, camping, making baskets, and entertaining with newer recipes.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. today at Bridgewater Church of the Brethren with the Rev. Robert E. Alley and the Rev. Randell Yoder officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Scholarship Fund of Bethany Theological Seminary, 515 W. National Rd., Richmond, IN.

Robert R. Runtagh
Born April 30, 1912, in Yestreb, Hungary, he was a son of the late Rev. Rudolph and Stephany (Molchany) Runtagh. His wife, Ann (Kuzmishin) Runtagh, whom he married April 18, 1942, survives.
Also surviving are: children, Mrs. Michael (Jeannie) Young, San Rafael, Calif., Hellene S. Runtagh, Potomac, Md., Mrs. Dyson (Monica) Scott, Charleston, S.C., and Richard Runtagh, Lunenburg, Mass.; a sister, Mrs. Kenneth (Edith) Kallenburg, Calais, Maine; and seven grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two sisters.
He was a graduate of Wyoming Seminary, Kingston; Cornell University, Class of 1934, with a mechanical engineering degree, and also took courses at Penn State.
From 1948-1977, he was employed in various engineering capacities at Standard Steel, Burnham, retiring as facility planning engineer.
He was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, where he was a lay lector and member of the Liturgical Committee.
He was also a member of the Standard Steel Supervisors Association, Industrial Management Club; member and executive board member of the Roundtable of Christians and Jews; B.P.O.E. Lodge No. 663; and Knights of Columbus. He and his wife served as directors of the March of Dimes campaign 1976-78.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, Lewistown, with the Rev. Thomas Marickovic officiating. Interment will be in Juniata Memorial Park.
There will be no public viewing.

LEWISTOWN - Katie Amber Rossman, infant daughter of Rebecca Elizabeth (McKnight) and Raymond M. Rossman Jr., 367 Walnut St., Reedsville, was stillborn Saturday morning, April 24, 1999, at the Lewistown Hospital.
LEWISTOWN - John Hobart Rossman Jr., 42, 241 Logan St., Lewistown, died of natural causes at 12:35 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 20, 1999, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
LEWISTOWN - Trilba N. Rothrock, 92, of 427 Yale St., Lewistown, died at 6 a.m. Monday, May 22, 2000, at her residence.
