Born Dec. 18, 1941, in Blanchard, he was a son of the late Clair Robert and Blanche (Greene) Smith. His wife, Alice A. (Wiley) Smith, survives.
Also surviving are: stepson, Jason Allen Wiley, Triadelphia, W. Va.; sisters, Carolyn Harshbarger and Mary French, both of Mattawana; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Rebecca Lynn Smith and two sisters, Betty Allen and Margaret Miller.
He was a former employee of the YWCA.
He was a member of the Thompson Methodist Church, Wheeling, W. Va. and of the AARP.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the Grisell Funeral Home, 400 Jefferson Ave., Moundsville, W. Va., with the Rev. Debbie Dague and the Rev. Dwight Ross officiating. Interment will be in in the Greenlawn Memorial Park, New Martinsville.
Friends may call from noon-3 p.m. and from 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Lynn C. Smith
Born March 3, 1904, in Blain RR1, he was the son of the late William F. and Carrie May (Cisna) Smith. His wife, Grace E. (Sipe) Smith, preceded in him in death.
Surviving are: a son, William Lynn Smith Sr., Carlisle; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
He was a farmer.
He was a member of the Blain United Methodist Church. He was also a member of the Blain Ambulance Club, the Blain Fire Co., the Pennsylvania Farm Bureau, and the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge 143, Lewistown.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Nickel Funeral Home, Loysville, with the Rev. Dale W. Dobbs officiating. Interment will be in the Blain Cemetery.
Friends may call from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the services Saturday at the funeral home.

Mabel E. Smith
Born April 24, 1917, in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Carrie (McGirk) Smith.
She is survived by sisters, Florence E. Smith, Helen M. Smith and Bella V. Smith, all of 33 E. Chestnut St. Extended, Lewistown.
She was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.
She was employed by the American Viscose Corp., retiring on disability.
She was a member of Calvary Bible Church, Lewistown.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Hoenstine Funeral Home Inc., 75 Logan St., Lewistown, with the Rev. Roger R. Reece officiating. Interment will be in Lutheran Cemetery.
There will be no public viewing but family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Mildred W. "Mickey" Smith
Born Oct. 10, 1932, in Beaver Springs, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Anna (Walker) Lenhart. Her husband, Harold M. Smith, whom she married March 13, 1953, survives.
Also surviving are: children, Harold M. Smith II, Shippensburg, Timothy C. Smith, Cape Cod, Mass., and Mrs. John (Melinda) Spence, West River, Md; two brothers, Robert L. Lenhart, Beaver Springs, and Richard W. Lenhart, Kernersville, N.C., and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Anna, and three sisters.
She owned and operated Mickey's Beauty Shop for 45 years, retiring in December 1997.
She was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Lewistown, and White Shrine.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Heller-Hoenstine Woodlawn Funeral Home, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown, with the Rev. Gerald A. Krum officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Rock Cemetery.
Family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church Building Fund, 120 N. Main St., Lewistown, PA 17044.
Nelson A. 'Chub' Smith
Born June 9, 1921, in Derry Township, he was a son of the late Charles A. and Lena (Searer) Smith. His wife, Virginia (McKee) Smith, whom he married in 1947, survives.
Also surviving are: four children, Barry L. Smith, Lewistown, Mrs. Thomas (Barbara S.) Vogt, Connecticut, Mrs. Phil (Carol) Hobbs, Virginia, and Steven R. Smith, Lewistown; four sisters, Pearl Jennings, Wysox, Margaret Harmon, Reedsville, Freda Orris, Lewistown, and Helen Ewing, Beaver Springs; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.
He worked in the transportation department at Standard Steel for 36 years before retiring in 1975 and also did farming.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Barr Funeral Home, 120 Logan St., Lewistown, with the Rev. Ted Janke officiating. Interment will be in Mattawana Cemetery.
Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Noah P. Smith
He is survived by brothers and sister, Cody Smith, Kurtis Smith, and Breanna Cramer, at home; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Randy Ritchey of McVeytown and Mr. and Mrs. Donald Cramer of Lewistown; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John P. Smith Jr. of Lewistown; maternal great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Ritchey of McVeytown, Ren Taylor of Milroy, and Helen Cox of McAlisterville; and paternal great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John P. Smith Sr. of Maitland.
Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family at Juniata Memorial Park.
The Barr Funeral Home, 120 Logan St., Lewistown, is in charge of arrangements.
Pauline B. (Hamilton) Smith
Born Sept. 23, 1928, she was a daughter of the late Joseph Butler and Fannie (Tressler) Hamilton. Her husband, Charles A. Smith Sr., whom she married June 1, 1948, in Cumberland, Md., died April 17, 1992.
Surviving are: children, Al P. Smith, Spring Grove, Barbara J. (Smith) Stamm, Huntingdon RR2, Mrs. Dennis (Charlotte) Stamm, Rebersburg, Charles A. Smith Jr., Huntingdon, John J. Smith, Lewistown, and Mrs. Paul (Carol L.) Mark, Port Matilda; sisters and brother, Gertrude Baylett, State College, Vivian Neimond, McAlisterville, and Joseph B. Hamilton, Houserville; 15 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Fannie A. Smith, an infant son, David Smith, and three brothers, Thomas Hamilton, Paul Hamilton, and Robert Hamilton.
She was Protestant by faith.
She attended public school in the Houserville area.
She was a caregiver for the elderly in the 1970s and later was employed on the custodial staff by Pennsylvania State University.
She enjoyed gardening, puzzles, and RV camping.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at John B. Brown Funeral Home, 417 Washington St., Huntingdon. Interment will be in Manor Hill Cemetery, Barree Township, Huntingdon.
Friends may call after 7 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until the time of services Saturday at the funeral home.

Robert Scott Smith
Born Oct. 28, 1970, in Muncy, he was a son of Sharon B. (Marks) and Dennis A. Yoder Sr. of McAlisterville RR1. His wife, Weena M. (Sweigart) Smith, whom he married on June 8, 1991, survives.
Also surviving are: two sons, Jeffrey Scott Smith and Brent Allen Smith, both at home; a daughter, Hailey Ann Smith, at home; two brothers, Melvin R. Smith, McAlisterville and Dennis A. Yoder, Middleburg; two sisters, Bobbie J. Smith, McAlisterville and Mrs. Robert (Michelle) Kratzer, Mount Pleasant Mills RR; a half-sister, Kaya K. Smith, Ohio; maternal grandfather, Melvin M. Marks, Allenwood; paternal grandparents, Daniel F. and M. Lois Yoder, McAlisterville; 12 nieces and nephews; aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by a grandmother, Anna B. (Lucas) Marks and a nephew, Dennis A. Yoder III.
He is a 1989 graduate of East Juniata High School, where he also attended the Juniata-Mifflin Counties Area Vocational-Technical School for the last three years of high school, studying auto mechanics.
He was employed by Empire Kosher Poultry, Mifflintown, where he most recently was in the maintenance department. Earlier in life, he was employed by Apollo Fence Company, Evendale and, following graduation, was employed by Excel Homes, Liverpool.
A NASCAR fan, he was an avid collector of Dale Earnhardt items. He also collected Panda bears and enjoyed putting models together, working with cars and spending time with his family.
He attended the Church of the Open Door, Evendale.
The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Roupp Funeral Home Inc., East Chestnut Street, Mifflinburg, with the Rev. Richard VonNeida officiating.
Interment will be in Montandon Cemetery.
Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home; there will be no public viewing.
