REEDSVILLE - Timothy L. "Bud" Bigelow, 85, of Honey Creek Lane, Reedsville, died at 6:50 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 12, 1999, at his residence.
Born Jan. 12, 1914, in Altoona, he was a son of the late Frank E. and Mary (Randolph) Bigelow. His wife, Geraldine (Hoffman) Bigelow, whom he married in 1935, survives.
Also surviving are: a son, Timothy L. Bigelow Jr., Reedsville; one granddaughter and one great-granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by five brothers, one sister and one granddaughter.
He was retired from Standard Steel, Burnham.
He was a member of East Kishacoquillas Presbyterian Church, Reedsville, the Elks Lodge 663, a life member of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, the UCT 591, and the Nest Order of Owls of Lewistown.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Barr Funeral Home, 120 Logan St., Lewistown, with the Rev. Charles McGaha officiating. Interment will be in Church Hill Cemetery, Reedsville.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of services Wednesday at the funeral home.

LEWISTOWN - Amelia M. "Millie" Bilger, 58, of Lewistown, died at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, March 5, 2000, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Born June 1, 1941, in Luzerne County, she was a daughter of the late Albert L. and Agnes M. (Kania) Perschau.
Surviving are children, Adrian D. Bilger, Altamont, N.Y., and Daphne M. Bilger, Harrisburg.
She was the last of her immediate family.
She received her nursing degree from Geisinger School of Nursing, Danville, and an associate degree from South Hills Business School.
She was employed as a bookkeeper for Mann Edge Tool Company, Lewistown. She was also a literacy volunteer for the Mifflin County Library for a number of years.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Lewistown.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at First United Methodist Church, 200 E. Third St., Lewistown, with the Rev. David Schmuck officiating. Interment will be in Lind Memorial Cemetery.
Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at Heller-Hoenstine Woodlawn Funeral Home, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown, and from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services Thursday at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society for Breast Cancer Research, PO Box 551, Lewistown, PA 17044.
LEWISTOWN - Brooks W. Bilger, 87, a resident of Ohesson Manor Nursing Home, formerly of 1960 Route 103 South, Lewistown, died at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 7, 2000, at the nursing home.
Born Nov. 7, 1912, in Juniata County, he was a son of the late John and Effie (McClure) Bilger. His wife, Helen (Cavanaugh) Bilger, whom he married Aug. 20, 1938, survives.
Also surviving are: children, Joan C. Carter, North East, Md., Donald W. Bilger, Altoona, and Ronald B. Bilger, Lewistown; sisters and brother, Pauline Skipper, North Carolina, Josephine Guyer, Chambersburg, Hazel Potts, Dillsburg, and Clinton R. Bilger, New Castle, Del.; 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
He was a tool and die maker for IPS, retiring in 1987.
He was a member of the McVeytown Lions Club and the Industrial Management Club, Lewistown.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Hoenstine Funeral Home Inc., 75 Logan St., Lewistown, with the Rev. Jeffrey McCleary officiating. Interment will be in Juniata Memorial Park.

GRANVILLE - Robert W. "Bob" Bilger, 45, of 10 Malta Park Road, Granville, died of natural causes at 5:55 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 2, 2000, in the emergency room of Lewistown Hospital.
Born March 15, 1954, in Granville Township, he was a son of the late Roy and Mable (Bilger) Bilger. His wife, Georgia L. (Tate) Bilger, whom he married Sept. 13, 1976, survives.
Also surviving are: brother and sisters, Glen L. Bilger, Country Lane, Lewistown, Lois V. Watson, Lewistown, and Gloria A. Bramlett, Loboville, Tenn.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Ross.
He was a 1972 graduate of Penn Highlands High School.
Early in life, he was employed by Hess Gas and Oil, Lewistown, the Juniata Valley Sports Center, Lewistown, and Wilson Gas and Oil Co., Lewistown. His current employment from 1994 to the present was as a truck driver for Collin's Brothers Wholesale, Lewistown.
He was a member of the Lewistown Moose Lodge 143, the City, Hook, and Ladder Fire Co., and a life member of the Granville Volunteer Fire Co.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Heller-Hoenstine Woodlawn Funeral Home, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown, with the Rev. Dale Hippensteel officiating. Interment will be in Juniata Memorial Park.
Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

MAGALIA, Calif. - Dr. Clarence Billett Jr., 72, Magalia, Calif, died June 22, 1999, at his home.
Born May 8, 1927, in Burnham, he was a son of the late Clarence and Sallie Billett. His wife, Melba Lorene (Davidson) Billett of Magalia, Calif., whom he married June 17, 1949, at the First Baptist Church in Hayward, survives.
Also surviving are: sons, John Billett, Fallon, Nev. and Ken Billett, San Jose, Calif.; sister and brother, Jean Jentsch and Raymond Billett, both of Harlingen, Texas; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by brothers, Elwood and Leonard Billett.
He was a U. S. Navy veteran of World War II and the Korean Conflict.
He attended Western Baptist Bible College and later received his doctorate in Bible theology from International Bible Institute and Seminary, Orlando, Fla., in 1970. He was founder and builder of Highland Baptist Church in Hayward and served that church for 25 years. He pastored four churches and retired from the ministry in 1995.
Services were held at Rose Chapel Mortuary, Paradise, Calif. and interment was in the Magalia Cemetery.
LEWISTOWN - Anna J. Birch, 97, a resident of Ohesson Manor Nursing Home, formerly of Green Avenue, Lewistown, died at 10:07 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 18, 1999, at the nursing home.
Born June 16, 1902, in Germany, she was the daughter of the late Heindrick and Anna J. Rohlen. Her husband, Alvin C. Birch, died Oct. 7, 1994.
She is survived by two nieces and a nephew.
She was the last of her immediate family.
In early life, she was employed by the American Viscose Corporation, Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Hoenstine Funeral Home Inc., 75 Logan St., Lewistown, with the Rev. Edward Brandt III officiating. Interment will be in Lind Memorial Cemetery.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of the service Monday at the funeral home.
BELLEVILLE - Mabel Jane Bishop, 78, a resident of Valley View Retirement Community, Belleville, formerly of Shrader, died at 8:10 p.m. Sunday, June 27, 1999, at Lewistown Hospital.
Born May 28, 1921, in Shrader, she was a daughter of the late James Edward and Helen Livingston (Close) Wagner. Her husband, John H. Bishop Jr., died April 17, 1978.
Surviving are: sons, John Edward Bishop, Shrader, and Albert M. Bishop, Burnham; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was the last of her immediate family, having been preceded in death by sisters and brothers, Kathryn P. Wagner, Eleanor Tucker, Carl E. Wagner and Albert Wagner.
She had worked at the American Viscose, Lewistown, and Hanover Foods, Spring Mills.
She was a member of Shrader United Methodist Church and a lifetime member of Milroy Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Bohn Funeral Home, Reedsville, with the Rev. Galen L. Sharp and the Rev. Erie Renno officiating. Interment will be in Salem Cemetery, Siglerville.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of services Wednesday at the funeral home.
DELAND, Fla. - Park V. Bishop Sr., 83, of Deland, Fla. and formerly of Lewistown and McAlisterville, died Saturday, Dec. 4, 1999.
Born Feb. 14, 1916, in McClure, he was a son of the late Albert H. and Mabel (Hockenbrock) Bishop. He is survived by his wife, Jeannette E. Bishop of Deland, Fla. and now of Burnham.
Also surviving are: children, Dale Bishop of Beaver Springs, Paul Tassa of Lewistown, Stella Rhodes of Burnham and Park Bishop Jr. of Deland, Fla.; brothers and sister, Warren and Ivan Bishop, both of McClure, and Jeannette Robinson of California; and 12 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Emaline Brininger, and a brother, Rodney Bishop.
Formerly an auto mechanic by trade, he also served as a fire chief and fire marshall in the McAlisterville area.
A memorial service for family members will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 14, 1999, at the Burnham Church of the Brethren, with Pastor Wayne Mast officiating.
