Janet L. Winegardner
She was born April 25, 1942 in McKeesport.
She is survived by children, Scott Winegardner, Jacksonville, Fla., Mark Winegardner, Goldsboro, N.C., Elaine Hedum, Alamogardo, N.M. and Susan Austin, Nev.; and eight grandchildren.
She was a homemaker, a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Belleville and an alumnus of Juniata College.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. John's Lutheran Church, Belleville, with the Rev. Lois Martin officiating. Interment will be in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of the services Tuesday at the church.
Family will provide all funeral flowers, but memorial contributions may be made to: Valley View Haven, 4702 E. Main St., Belleville, PA 17004 or to St. John's Lutheran Church, 3597 W. Main St., Belleville, Pa 17004.
The Donald E. Baggus Funeral Home, Belleville, is in charge of arrangements.
Marian L. Winegardner
Born April 29, 1915, in Mifflin County, she was the daughter of the late Harry and May (Brittain) Jamison. Her husband, John W. Winegardner, died April 16, 1967.
Surviving are: children, Sheldon W. Winegardner, 319 Shaw Ave., Lewistown, Pamilla M. Murphy, Aurora, Ohio, and Stephen D. Winegardner, Dickinson, ND; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was the last of her immediate family having been preceded in death by a brother, H. Paul Jamison.
She was a homemaker and a member of the White Memorial United Church of Christ, Milroy.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Heller- Hoenstine Burnham Funeral Home, 108 First Ave., Burnham, with the Rev. James E. Hughes officiating. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Milroy.
Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

William R. 'Bill' Winters
Born Feb. 24, 1928, in Shippensburg, he was a son of the late Jacob and Minnie Winters. His wife, Shirley E. (Swartz) Winters survives.
Also surviving are: children, Jack Brown, Indiana, Ronald Strait, Egan, Minn., Jeffrey Strait, Everett, Deb Everly, McAlisterville, Vickie Brown and Tammy Swartwood, both of McAlisterville RR2, Peggy Gutowaski, Glenn Rock, N.Y., and Kim Kittings, Richfield; brothers and sister, Raymond Winters and Donald Winters, both of Shippensburg, and Gail Cameron, Camp Hill; 22 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Barry Brown; three brothers; and a great-granddaughter.
He attended Shippensburg area schools.
He served in the U.S. Army in 1946 and 1947 in the Pacific Theatre of Operations and again in 1954 and 1955 in Japan.
He was employed by Knouse Foods, Peach Glenn, as a dock worker; by Blough and Wagner, Middleburg, as a cutter; and by Protection Services Inc., Harrisburg, as an assembler until his retirement in 1993.
He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Ronald C. Sheaffer Funeral Home, 16 Westfall St., McAlisterville, with the Rev. James Park Bricker officiating. Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery, McAlisterville, with military honors being conducted by the Juniata County Veterans Association.
Friends may call from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services Saturday at the funeral home.
Sarah M. Willow
Born Oct. 4, 1906, in Monroe Township, Juniata County, she was the daughter of the late John H. Smith and Daisy Markel. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ammon A. Willow.
Surviving are: children, Norma R. Peck, Atglen, LaDonna M. Shirk and Karen L. Swartz, both of Richfield, George R. Moad, Camp Hill, and William Moad, Denver, Pa.; brother and sisters, Robert Smith, Dillsburg, Marie Robinson, Georgia, Elizabeth Royce, Perryville, Ohio, and Gale Hollman, Brogue; five grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
She was a retired clerk from the State Department of Revenue.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Ronald C. Sheaffer Funeral Home, McAlisterville, with the Rev. Timothy W. Bingman officiating. Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Richfield.
Friends may call from 1 p.m. until the time of the services Saturday at the funeral home.

William R. 'Bill' Willow
Born May 28, 1925, in Greenwood Township, Juniata County, he was the son of the late Charles William and Minnie R. (Marks) Willow. His wife, Carrie E. (Kline) Willow, whom he married April 20, 1946, survives.
Also surviving are: daughters, Mrs. Melvin (Thelma M.) Mullen, Duncannon and Sandra K. Helwig, Mt. Holly Springs; a sister, Anna Aucker, Pittsburgh, formerly of Millerstown RR2; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, John A. Willow and Thomas H. Willow in infancy and a sister, Sarah A. Frey, who died Jan. 13, 1997.
He was educated at Wilt's Grammar Schoolhouse at Greenwood Township.
He was a veteran of World War II, having served as a private first class in the U. S. Army in England, France, Belgium, Holland, and Germany.
He retired as a mill worker in May 1990 from Triangle Pacific Cabinet Corporation, Thompsontown. Prior to that, he worked for over 30 years as a cement finisher for several construction companies; for 12 years at Updegrove's Orchards, Millerstown; and as a mill worker at Wood Mode Industries, Kreamer.
He was a former member of St. James United Methodist Church, Millerstown RR2 and attended the Bible Baptist Church of Liverpool.
He was a member of the United Steelworker's of America-AFL-CIO-CLC, Local 15253, District 7.
He enjoyed wood-crafting, hunting, and fishing.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the George P. Garman Funeral Home, 606 N. Front St., Liverpool, with the Rev. Robert T. Gray Jr. officiating and Pastor Donald K. Crooks assisting. Interment will be in St. Peter's United Church of Christ Cemetery, Millerstown RR2 with full military honors conducted by the Liverpool American Legion, Post 364.
Family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Cora E. Wilson
Born Sept. 28, 1925, in Liverpool, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Catherine (Fulkrod) Kain. Her husband, Wallace S. Wilson, died May 23, 1995.
Surviving are: a son, Daniel P. Wilson, 20 Apple Place Lane, Milroy; brother and sisters, William Kain and Margaret Alford, both of Tucson, Ariz., Mrs. Robert (Sara) Reynolds, McVeytown RR2, Mrs. Lester (Dorothy) McCurdy, Colebrook, and Helen Wilson, Milroy; and one granddaughter.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of the Reedsville Evangelical Lutheran Church, where she was a Sunday school teacher for 23 years. She also served as a volunteer at the Reedsville Youth Center.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Reedsville Evangelical Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Kenneth Longfield officiating. Interment will be in St. Stephen's Lutheran Cemetery, McAlevy's Fort.
Friends may call from 1 pm. until the time of the services Sunday at the church.

Phyllis V. Wilson
Born Jan. 10, 1921, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late Roy E. J. and Grace (Howell) Swineford. Her husband, Paul F. Wilson Sr., whom she married Oct. 10, 1970, survives.
Also surviving are: a daughter, Nancy K. Snook, Belleville; a son, Thomas A. Wagner, 470 Jacks Creek Road, Lewistown; brothers and sisters, Mrs. Dexter (Beverly) Baker, 28 Sunset Road, Lewistown, Ethel Swineford and Sylvia Swineford, both of 103 Lombardy Circe, Lewistown, Kenneth Swineford, 535 Valley St., Lewistown, Mrs. Harry (Barbara) Kelly, 708 S. Main St., Lewistown, Robert Swineford, 708 S. Wayne St., Lewistown, and William Swineford, 11 Winding Way, Lewistown; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; step-children, Mrs. Larry (Kay) Groninger, 703 S. Main St., Lewistown, Mrs. Nathan (Susan) Wise, State College, and Paul F. Wilson Jr., Reedsville; five step-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her second husband, William Barraclough on Oct. 10, 1975; two brothers; and a sister.
She was an assistant administrator of the Mifflin County Home until 1970 and later was an operating room technician at Lewistown Hospital.
She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church and the Helpers Sunday school class of the church.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Hoenstine Funeral Home, 75 Logan St., Lewistown, with the Rev. Dan Smith officiating. Interment will be in Lind Memorial Cemetery.
Family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until the service Monday at funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to: the Trinity United Methodist Church, 384 S. Main St., Lewistown, PA 17044.
Ian Michael Wilson
Also surviving are: maternal grandparents, Chiri D. (Hockenberry) Brower and Mr. and Mrs. James T. Brower; paternal grandparents, Penny Wilson and the late John Wilson; maternal great-grandparents, Carl and Joyce Bousum and William J. Hockenberry; and paternal great-grandparents, Patricia Romig and the late Guy Romig.
Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Lind Memorial Cemetery, Lewistown, with Captain Eddie Purvis officiating. Interment will follow.
There will be no public viewing.
