Robert E. Woy Jr.
Born Aug. 29, 1975, in Huntingdon, he was a son of Robert E. Woy Sr. of McConnellsburg and Delores Brathalow Zinn of Mercersburg. His wife, Candy (Clark) Woy, whom he married July 3, 1993, survives.
Also surviving are: two children, Tracy M. Woy and Mary P. Woy, both at home; brother and sister, Tony Sowers and Josey Zinn, both of Mercersburg.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Tom Sowers, and a sister, Mary P. Woy.
He was of the Protestant faith.
He attended Mount Union area schools and the Huntingdon County Vocational-Technical School. For the last five years, he was employed by Empire Kosher Poultry, Mifflintown.
He was a collector of Coca Cola memorabilia and baseball cards. He was also an avid Jeff Gordon racing fan.
The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Robert D. Health Funeral Home, 61 E. Shirley St., Mount Union, with the Rev. Henry Brathalow and the Rev. Marvin Bard officiating. Interment will be in the Mount Union Cemetery.
Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home and from 9 a.m. until the hour of service Tuesday.
Gerald V. Wray
Born March 17, 1918, in McClure, he was a son of the late John E. and Bessie E. (Kerstetter) Wray. Arlene M. (Renninger) Wray of Mosherville, his wife of 58 years, survives.
Also surviving are: sons, Nelson E. Wray, Delmar K. Wray, Jeffrey N. Wray, Mark D. Wray, Tony C. Wray, all of Gillett, and Lynn A. Wray, McClure; daughters, Mrs. William (Janice) Spangler, Bear, Del., Mrs. Robert (Beth) Eward Jr., Denver, Mrs. Joe (Fran) Majestic, Lititz, and Rita K. Minium and Mrs. Merrill (Deborah) Sherwood, both of McClure; 28 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one sister, five brothers and a grandson, Glenn E. Minium Jr.
He was a retired core maker at Kennedy Valve, Elmira, N.Y. Earlier in life, he had worked for the Lewistown Foundry as a molder.
He was associated with the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, Elmira, N.Y.
In his early years, he was an avid hunter and trapper. He was also a former coach of the Belltown baseball team and enjoyed watching the St. Louis Cardinals play.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. today at Gerald W. Vickery Jr. Funeral Home, 110 W. Main St., Troy, with David Young of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, Montour Falls, N.Y., officiating. Interment will be in the family cemetery.
Friends may call from 9-10 a.m. today at the funeral home.

Irene M. Wray
Born Sept. 7, 1903, in Beaver Springs, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Jennie (Ewing) Kahley. Her husband, Foster Wray, died April 20, 1960.
Surviving are: children, Mrs. Dean (Elva) Kennedy, Lewistown, Mrs. Charles (Marion) Keusch, Portland, Mich., and Mrs. Joseph K. (Beverly) Yoder, Allensville; seven grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Naomi Gross, and two infant sisters.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of St. Pauls Lutheran Church, Allensville, and the Sunday School, ELCW, and the Belleville Senior Citizens.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at St. Pauls Lutheran Church, Allensville, with the Rev. Anna Ritter officiating. Interment will be in McClure Union Cemetery, McClure.
Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Saturday at the Donald E. Baggus Funeral Home, Belleville.

Merril L. Wray
Born Aug. 17, 1921, in Decatur Township, he was the son of the late Ezra and Mabel (Laub) Wray. His wife, Mary E. (Brower) Wray, died Aug. 21, 1994.
Surviving are: children, Mrs. Robert (Connie) Shilling, Rick L. Wray, and Mrs. Brent (Melissa) Amspacker, all of Lewistown, Dale A. Wray, Milroy, and Mrs. Clyde (Brenda) Imes, Port Royal; brothers and sisters, Cloyd Wray, Paul Wray, Mrs. Donald (Mary) Loht, and Mrs. Ronald (Ruth) Weaver, all of McClure, Glen Wray, Ohesson Manor, Lewistown, and Mrs. Charles (Patsy) Napikoski Jr., Burnham; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister.
He was a veteran of World War II, having served as a mechanic in the U.S. Army.
He owned and operated Wray's Coal Business until retirement in 1984. Later he drove truck for Wray's Sawmill until 1986.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday a the Heller- Hoenstine Burnham Funeral Home, 108 First Ave., Burnham, with the Rev. John S. Walters officiating. Interment will be in the Belltown Cemetery.
Family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Wendy J. E. Wray
Born Oct. 22, 1971, in Mifflin County, she was a daughter of Howard R. Yeater, 14 Henderson Street, Lewistown, and Brenda (DeArment) Vega of Bradenton, Fla. Her former husband, Andrew Wray, survives.
Surviving are: children, Alisha Wray and Codey Wray, both of 10123 US Hwy 522 S, Lewistown; brother and sisters, Tracy Lynn Hartley, Hawstone Road, Lewistown, Howard A. Yeater, Lewistown, and Kimberly Yeater, Lewistown; and half-sister, Brendaly Vega, Bradenton, Fla.
She was a bartender at Jude's Last Nickel, Lewistown.
Services were held Monday at Hoenstine Funeral Home Inc., 75 Logan St., Lewistown. Interment was in Juniata Memorial Park.
Adrienne E. Wright
Born Aug. 24, 1923, in Spruce Hill Township, Juniata County, she was the daughter of the late Jesse W. and Della R. (Swartz) Brackbill. Her husband, John H. Wright, died in 1970.
Surviving are: children, Barry Wright, Phoenix, Ariz., Robert Wright, Mifflintown RR5, Kenneth Wright, Newport, Cindy Peterson, Chambersburg, and Kimberly Wright, Lewistown; sisters and brothers, Violet Van Sickle, Shiremanstown, Mrs. John (Jessie) Fairman, Mifflintown RR3, Mrs. Donald (Alma) Husler, Mifflintown, Otho Brackbill, Port Royal RR1, and Arthur Brackbill, Port Royal; and 13 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Brackbill, on Nov. 4, 1989.
She was a garment inspector for the former Rae-Sel Corporation, Port Royal, retiring on disability.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Mifflintown.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Rex Funeral Home, Port Royal, with the Rev. Ronald L. Shupe and the Rev. Dennis Thompson officiating. Interment will be in the New Church Hill Cemetery, Port Royal.
Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Stewart K. Wright
Born Sept. 10, 1930, in Westford, NY, he was the son of the late Kenneth and Velma (Scutt) Wright. His wife, Joanne (Prettyleaf) Basom Wright, whom he married Dec. 17, 1977, survives.
Also surviving are: sons, Richard Wright and David Wright, both of Boston, Mass., and Mark Wright, Binghamton, NY; three step-sons, Scott Basom, Thompsontown, Steven Basom, Mifflintown, and Stuart Basom, Enola; two step-daughters, Sally Bomberger, Oakland Mills, and Sandra Wilson, Dauphin; two grandsons; and eight step-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Audrey Saxton.
He received a Bachelor's of Science degree from Cornell University and master's degree in Resource Management from Michigan State University.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict, having served as a 1st lieutenant with the Signal Corps.
In earlier life, he worked many years as a county agent for Cornell and he retired as program manager for the Susquehanna River Basin Commission, Harrisburg. He then worked as a private consultant, concentrating on flood mitigation.
He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, McAlisterville, the National Association of Floodplain Managers, the Natural Resources Defense Council, the Pan American Health Organization, the International Joint Commission, the Audubon Society and the Smithsonian.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Brown Funeral Home, 100 Bridge St., Mifflintown, with the Rev. James Park Bricker officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Rock Cemetery, Lewistown.
There will be no viewing.

William Kennedy Wright
Born June 16, 1943, in Mifflin, he was the son of the late Frank E. and Edna (Landis) Wright. His wife, Karen V. Wright, survives.
Also surviving are: daughters, Virginia Wright, Border, Towson, Md., and Rachel Kennedy Wright, Mechanicsburg; and a brother Frank L. Wright, Harrisburg.
He was a graduate of the former Juniata Joint High School, the Pennsylvania State University, and the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
He was a partner in the law firm of Placey and Wright, Harrisburg, specializing in health care law.
He was instrumental in the founding and establishment of the Eastern Museum of Motor Racing and its parent, the Williams Grove Old Timers, where he was a life member, past president and current museum director/curator, served as its counsel, and a member of its board of directors.
He was also a member of the Otterbein United Methodist Church, East Salem; the Antique Automobile Club of America; the Atlantic Coast Old Timers; the American Bar Association; the Pennsylvania Bar Association; the Dauphin County Bar Association; the American Health Lawyers Association; a life member of the Juniata County Historical Society; and the Penn State Alumni Association.
Services will be held at 12 p.m. Thursday at the Trinity Lutheran Church, Camp Hill, with the Rev. Pamela Werner officiating. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of the service Thursday at the church.

MOSHERVILLE - Gerald V. Wray, 81, of Mosherville, formerly of Belltown, died at 6 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 15, 2000, at Troy Community Hospital.
ORBISONIA - Irene M. Wray, 95, of the Woodland Retirement Center, Orbisonia, and formerly of Allensville, died at 1:10 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 12, 1999, at J.C. Blair Memorial Hospital, Huntingdon.
LEWISTOWN - Merril L. Wray, 77, of 4249 US Highway 522 North, Lewistown, died at 9 p.m. Tuesday, May 11, 1999, at his home.
LEWISTOWN - Wendy J.E. Wray, 27, of Lewistown died at 5 a.m. Friday, March 5, 1999, as a result of injuries suffered in an automobile accident along Roue 103, Lewistown.
