David L. Weiss
(February 3, 1944 - October 27, 2017)

U.S. Veteran
David L. Weiss passed away October 27, 2017, way too early in his wonderful life adventure.

Born February, 3, 1944, he lived life all over - much of it in Baldwinsville, NY and Henryville, PA.

A man of many careers: USCG sailor, entrepreneur, teacher, creator, craftsman, an ultimate problem solver and fix-it man filled with practical knowledge, and an ingenious inventor and salesman, always working to better people's lives with caring, thoughtful help, advice, and kindness in his heart.

David and his wife Joanne raised two lovely children, Adam and Dana. He leaves behind a path of caring and ingenuity. His life was full of goodness, his sudden death left a hole in our hearts, but we are filled with wonderful memories never to be forgotten. He leaves behind a sister, Susan Dogan and a brother, Stephen Weiss, and eight nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, in David's memory hug your family and loved ones and make sure they know they are loved. If you wish to donate to a cause, we suggest the Salvation Army, an animal rescue or any cause that you wish to support.
