Death date: May 03, 2003 George W. Rozman, age 89, of West View on Saturday, May 3, 2003 in Vincentian Nursing Home. Born October 26, 1913 in Presto, PA, he was the son of the late Joseph Rozman and the late Antonette Kusturin. He was a member of V.F.W. Post 2754 West View. Preceding him in death were his Sisters Kathryn Cavrak, Mary Tratnik, and Mildred Shelleby & Three Brothers Mike, Steve, Joseph Rozman. Surviving are his wife Felicita (DiDomenicus) Rozman, Two Daughters Sandy (Jim) Behr of Ohio Twp. & Judy (Roy) Donatelli of West View. Granddaughters Natalie Abel & Dana Donatelli. Two Great Grandsons Zachary & Vincent Abel. The family will receive friends Monday 2-4 & 7-9 at the Schellhaas Funeral Home, Inc., 388 Center Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA, a 'Pursuit of Excellence' Award Winning Firm. Services will be held at the St. Athanasius Church, Tuesday May 6, 2003, at 10:00 a.m. with Father Robert Norton / Father John Forbidussi Officiating. Interment will follow in Allegheny County Memorial Park.

Pamela F. Cunningham, age 32, of Hampton Township suddenly on Sunday May 4, 2003. Born December 15, 1970 in Pittsburgh, PA. She is the daughter of Katherine (Congilio) Cunningham of Lawrenceville and the late M. Wayne Cunningham. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her sister Ruth A. Cunningham of Richland Township, brother Wayne N. Cunningham of West Deer Township and her grandmother Ann Congilio. Friends will be received on Monday 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the Schellhaas Funeral Home, Ltd. 5864 Heckert Road Bakerstown, where services will be held Wednesday at 10:30 a.m., Rev. Raselyn Johnson of Deer Creek Presbyterian Church officiating. Interment will follow at Deer Creek Cemetery. Pamela was Secretary of Hunter Clan Scottish Association and a member of Deer Creek Presbyterian Church. The family suggests donations be made to Mothers Against Drunk Driving.

Mother of Alma Sweitzer (James) of Eighty Four, PA Grandmother of Lisa (Brian) Gierl of Bridgeville and Kevin (Rebecca) Sweitzer of Baldwin. Gladys A. Freund, age 87, of Ross Township, on Wednesday, April 30, 2003 in Windsor Place. Born July 1, 1915 in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Charles E. and Mary (Wehman) Guillaume. Preceding her in death was her husband, Ralph L. Freund. The family will receive friends on Thurs 7-9 and Fri 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the Schellhaas Funeral Home, Inc., 388 Center Avenue in West View. Services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, May 3, 2003, at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. William Dambach officiating. Interment will follow in Voegtly Cemetery. Sarber and the late Caroline Hamilton. She was a member of Member of Emanuel Lutheran Church. Preceding her in death were her husband the Late Robert Bruce, Sister Dorothy Devine, and Brother Charles Sarber. Surviving are a Nephew Roy Devine and cousin Dorothy Kunkle. Joseph S. (Don) Hegedic, age 89, of West View, on Tuesday, April 29, 2003. Born on October 19, 1913 in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Steve & Anna (Fernbach) Hegedic. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Elliott and sister Marcella. Joseph worked as a Welder Pattern Maker for Annealing Box Co in Pittsburgh. He was a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church, North Hills Lodge #716 F.&A.M.;, Syria Temple, Can Co. 359th Infantry Regiment 90th Division, and VFW Post 2754, West View. Beloved husband for 55 years of Gertrude M. (Winter) Hegedic. Also survived by nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 1, 2003 2-4 and 7-9 at the Schellhaas Funeral Home, Inc., 388 Center Avenue, West View. Cono P. "SAM" Passione, of Richland Twp., Gibsonia, on Sunday April 27, 2003. Born on March 22, 1925 in Pittsburgh, PA., he was the son of the late Cono Passione & Angelina (Ucellina) Passione. Beloved husband of the late Ann (Utiss) Passione. Dear father of Vincent D. Passione of Cheswick, Cono P. Passione Jr of Bakerstown, Jimmy P. Passione of Valencia and Kimberly A. Leggett of Mechanicsburg. Brother of Catherine Hohman of Mt. Washington. Loving grandfather of 11 grandchildren. In addition to his wife and parents he was preceded in death by one sister, Connie and one brother, Basilio. Mr. Passione was a member of Teamsters Local 249 and a member of the VFW Mars Post 7505. Beloved wife of the late Charles E. Uptegraff. Dear mother of Rita Feustel of Utah, and Carol Giger of West View. Also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Rita was the owner of Uptegraff's Restaurant on the North Side. Beloved wife of the late Charles F. Bezilla. Loving Mother of Diane (Gene) Giuliani of McCandless, Chuck (Audrey) Bezilla of Shaler, Carolyn (Jack) Hoffman of Allison Park and Glenn C. (Sue) of Emsworth, one brother Bernard Zuzo of Florida; 10 Grandchildren and one Great grandchild. She was a volunteer at St. Athanasius School and a member of St. Athanasius Christian Mothers. Walter H. Frank, age 82, of Reserve Township, on Wednesday April 16, 2003 at Windsor Place. Born in Pittsburgh on December 12, 1920, the son of the late John V. and Doris (Schrader) Frank. Mr. Frank is survived by his wife, Velma R. (Pappert) Frank; two children, Carl Walter Frank and his wife Nancy of Hampton Township and Carol Ann Ryan and her husband Terry of Houston, PA, and two brothers, Donald Frank and his wife Bernadette of Bethel Park and Kenneth Frank of California. Also, 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Prior to his retirement, Walter was employed with Allis Chalmers. He was a member of the Mt. Troy Volunteer Fire Company and was one of the founders of Reserve Township A.A.R.P. #2882. Walter proudly served his country in the Army during World War II.
