Joseph Kilheeney, 63
Joseph J. Kilheeney Sr., 63, of Youngwood died Jan. 16, 1998, in Columbia, Md.
Born in Wilkes Barre, the son of John and Ann Dunn Kilheeney, he was a teacher in the Norwin School District. He was a member of Knights of Columbus, American Legion and St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church.
Surviving are his children, Joseph J. Kilheeney Jr. of Columbia, Md., Mary Ann Kilheeney of Alexandria, Va. and Theresa Haley of Clarksville, Md.; a sister, Maureen Trabailli of Beaver, Pa.; a brother, Thomas Kilheeney of Beaver, Pa.; and four grandchildren.

Hildbold
Mildred H. Hildbold, 90, of North Huntingdon died Jan. 13, 1998.
Born the daughter of John and Mary Zimmerman Hess, she was a homemaker and member of Immaculate Conception Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Hildbold; and sister, Gertrude Howell. Surviving are her sister, Ruth Loutsenhizer; and several nieces and nephews.

Dahlstrom
Richard B. "Swede" Dahlstrom, 65, of North Huntingdon died Jan. 14, 1998.
Born in North Huntingdon, the son of John and Esther Lentz Dahlstrom, he was a foreman with the North Huntingdon Road Department.
Surviving are his wife, Pat Lydon Dahlstrom; his children, Judy Dahlstrom of Hickory, N.C., Margaret Mannerberg of North Huntingdon, Terri Dahlstrom of Larimer and Janet Dahlstrom of Ardara; a sister, Evelyn Hursh of Larimer; a brother, Bernard Dahlstrom; and four grandchildren.

Bish
Robert L. Bish Sr., 65, of North Huntingdon died Jan. 17, 1998.
Born in Kittanning, he was the son of James and Emma Toy Bish.
Surviving are his children, James Bish of Irwin, Robert Bish_Jr. of Irwin and Carole Fletcher of Utica, N.Y.; and four grandchildren.

Birchall
Lenna V. Birchall, 82, of North Huntingdon died Jan. 17, 1998, in Integrated Health Service, Greensburg.
Born Jan. 28, 1915, in Indiana, Pa., the daughter of William and Jessie Davis Pennington, she was a retired fine jewelry sales clerk for the former Gimbels Department Store.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Birchall; and two brothers, William and Clair Pennington.
Surviving are her daughters, Carole Lee Hilton of Middletown, Ohio and C. Jean Qualey of North Huntingdon; four brothers, Russell and Clavin Pennington, both of McKeesport, Thomas and Ronald Pennington, both of Litz, Pa.; one sister, Marion Blackburn of Warren, Ohio; and two grandchildren.

Lamberti
Michelina "Maggie" Cioppa Lamberti, 86, of North Huntingdon, formerly of Swissvale, died Jan. 6, 1998, in Baldock Health Care Centre.
Born Oct. 7, 1911, in Rankin, the daughter of Josepp and Luigella Rocco Cioppa.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Salvatore Lamberti; two daughters, Mary Lou Duska and Bertha Tenekedes; and four brothers, James, John, Samuel and Victor Cioppa.
Surviving are her sons-in-laws, John Duska, with whom she resided, and Paul Tenekedes of Swissvale; and four grandchildren, John, Barbara Jean and James Duska.

Brace
Edna Otto Brace, 82, of Trafford died Jan. 3, 1998.
Born July 17, 1915, in Pitcairn, the daughter of Clyde and Pearl Dwitt Brandt, she was a retired payroll clerk for General Tire and Rubber Co. in Jeannette. Mrs. Brace was a member of First united Methodist Church of Manor and the Mary Martha Sunday School Class.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Brace. Surviving are her children, James Otto and Jean Otto, both of Trafford; two grandchildren,_Kerri Lewellyn of Trafford and Kristan Abeshouse of Pittsburgh; and several nieces and nephews.

Frye
Charles L. Frye III, 38 of Jeannette died Jan. 7, 1998.
Born March 31, 1959, in Greensburg, the son of Charles Frye Jr. of North Huntingdon and Gerlinde Klein Frye of Irwin, he was a member of St. Stephen Byzantine Catholic Church of North Huntingdon. A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, he was employed as an airline pilot for COMAIR.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Stephanie Dumblosky Frye; two children, Jacob and Emily; and two sisters, Mitzi Hall of Irwin and Cindy Scheurich of Virginia Beach, Va.

Kunkle
Bernice M. Kunkle, 85, of Westmoreland City died Jan. 9, 1998, in Westmoreland Regional Hospital.
Born April 6, 1912, in Rush Township, the daughter of Samuel and Sarah Sims Oldham, she was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Irwin.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Charles Kunkle; a brother Charles Oldham; and a sister, Rose Green.
Surviving are her husband, Ralph Kunkle; two sons, Arthur and John Oldham, both of Copperas Cove, Texas; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.

Celio
James L. Celio, 76, of Wendel died Jan. 11, 1998, in Montefiore Hospital.
Born June 15, 1921, in Italy, the son of Dominic and Jennifer Celio, he was employed in the maintenance department of ASG Industries. A U.S. Army veteran of World War II, he was a member of St. Edwards Church.
Surviving are his wife, Elizabeth Krinks Celio; a son, James Celio of North Huntingdon; a daughter, Patricia Celio of Wendel; a brother, Antonio Celio of Wendel; and six sisters, Lena Lehosky of Jeannette, Leah Ferrier of Indiana, Helen Martino for Trafford, Yolanda Cottrell of Wegley, Angelina Blacovich of Adamsburg and Betty Guy of Jeannette.

Rita Repicky, police dispatcher
Rita M. Repicky, 57, of North Huntingdon, died June 14, 1998, at Montefiore Hospital, Pittsburgh.
Born Feb. 8, 1941, she was the daughter of Elmer and Stella Laschinsky Bost. Mrs. Repicky was a secretary/dispatcher for the North Huntingdon Township Police Department. She also was a member of St. Agnes Church in North Huntingdon and its Christian Mothers.
Mrs. Repicky is survived by a son, Craig Repicky of Connellsville; two daughters, Jill Vertes of North Huntingdon and Beth Brackney of Irwin; a brother, Elmer Bost of North Huntingdon; two sisters, Alverna Locke of North Huntingdon and Evelyn Koehler of Darlington; and three grandchildren.
Friends were received at Shirley-Kukich Funeral Home, North Huntingdon. Mass will be held today (Wednesday) at St. Agnes Church at 10 a.m. Interment will be at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Duquesne.
Edward Fenton Army Air Corps vet
Edward A. Fenton, 85, of Manor died June 14, 1998, at his home.
Born March 12, 1913, in Shafton, the son of William and Eva Thomas Fenton, he was a retired fabricator for Federal Pacific of Irwin and a veteran of World War II having served in the U.S. Army Air Corps.
Mr. Fenton also was a past commander of the American Legion No. 472 of Manor, and a member of Immaculate Conception Church of Irwin, Manor Lions Club and VFW Post No. 781 of Irwin.
Surviving are his wife of 55 years, Mary Reuss Fenton; his children, Marylyn Korinko of Manor, Edward Fenton of Wexford and Timothy Fenton of White Oak; six grandchildren; two brothers, Frank of Fundistown and William Fenton of North Huntingdon; and several nieces and nephews.

Wayne R. Brown Sr., 64, of Irwin died June 11, 1998, in Jeannette District Memorial Hospital.
Born March, 11, 1934, in Irwin, the son of Oliver and Alice Peebles Brown, he was a retired production clerk for Westinghouse Electric of East Pittsburgh. A U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War, he was a member of Shidle Lodge No. 601 of Irwin, Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite of Free Masonry Valley Lodge of Pittsburgh, Syria Temple of Pittsburgh, and past High Priest of the Royal Arch Mason Chapter #289 of Export. Mr. Brown also was a member and post adjutant of the American Legion Post No. 359 of Irwin, the BPOE No. 2313 of Irwin and FOE Aerie No. 1671 of Irwin. Surviving are his wife, Betty Monstrola Brown; his children, Denise Brown of Irwin and Wayne Brown of North Huntingdon; two sisters, Alice Bruner of Oil City, Pa. and Penny Brown of Butler; two step-grandchildren; a step-greatgrandson; and nieces and nephews.

Thelma Lessig Former Hempfield teacher
Thelma P. Lessig, 89, of Manor died June 10, 1998, at Westmoreland Regional Hospital. Born Oct. 3, 1908, in Harrison City, the daughter of William and Maggie Pearl Flickinger Lessig, she was a retired teacher in the Hempfield Area School District with 44 years of service.
She held a bachelor's degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a master's from the University of Pittsburgh. Ms. Lessig was a member of Brush Creek United Church of Christ of Hempfield Township, Delta Kappa Gamma Society, the Society of Huguenots, Daughters of the American Colonists, Daughters of the American Revolution and a former member of Manor Senior Women's Club. Funeral arrangement were handled by E. J. Rodgers Funeral Home. Interment was in Brush Creek Cemetery.
Kenneth C. Phillips PNG retiree
Kenneth C. Phillips, 84, of Murrysville died Thursday, June 11, 1998 in the Murray Manor Convalescent Center, Murrysville.
He was born April 13, 1914 in Imperial, son of the late Robert and Ollie Klimper Phillips. He was a retired stationary engineer with P.N.G. Co. with 42 years service.
He was a 30-year member of the Sardis Volunteer Fire company. He is survived by 4 sons: Howard Phillips and his wife, Terry, of Mt. Lebanon, William and his wife, Patti, of Franklin, Raymond and his wife, Candia, of McMurray and Roger and his wife, Kathy, of Saltsburg.
Mr. Phillips is also survived by a daughter, Brenda Blair, of Lower Burrell and 13 grandchildren.
