He was born Feb. 20, 1923 in McKees Half Falls, Snyder County, to the late Thomas C. and Minnie (Swineford) Leach.
He was employed at B.O. Daubert, Lewisburg, as a plumber, and later worked for many years at Johnson Service Control, Camp Hill, as a plumber and steamfitter, notably at Three Mile Island, Peach Bottom and Berwick nuclear facilities, retiring in 1985; a 1941 graduate of Selinsgrove High School; and an Army veteran of World War II from 1943 to 1945, serving with Company B 148th Engineers (combat) Battalion and gaining the rank of sergeant.
He was a member of Hope United Methodist Church, Port Trevorton, and its adult Sunday school class, and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6631, Selinsgrove, a life member of Port Trevorton Fire Company, life member and past commander of Liverpool American Legion Post 364, and a 50-year member of Plumbers and Steamfitters Union Local 520, Harrisburg.
He enjoyed gardening, doing yard work and tinkering with home repairs.
Surviving are his wife of 58 years, Dorothy Irene “Dot” Miller Leach; a son and daughter-in-law, Michael William and Barbara J. Leach of Newport; three grandchildren, Kelly Seiler, Andrew Leach and Babette Di Vecchio; two great-grandchildren, Madeline Paige and Stiles Michael Seiler; and in-laws, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Sarah and Mark Reinard, Floranna Leach, Nancy Willard, Ronald and Alice Miller, Lewis and Linda Miller, Jerry and Francis Miller, Richard and Jenny Miller, Ruth Miller, Dennis Miller and Ronald Schrader.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Stephanie Dianne Leach, who died Nov. 27, 1970, and two brothers, Thomas and George Leach.
A funeral service was held March 21 in Garman Funeral Home, Liverpool, with the Rev. Ryan K. Gephart officiating. Burial was in Liverpool Union Cemetery.

STEWART D. HALL
He was born Sept. 25, 1934 at Harrisburg to the late John E. and Alice (Bankus) Hall.
He was retired after 38 years from Deitzel Brothers, Harrisburg, and was a member of New Bloomfield United Methodist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Faye A. Clouser Hall; a son, Douglas L. of Elliottsburg; a daughter, Tami L. Weaver of Loysville; a brother, Charles E. of Loysville; two sisters, Betty Hall of Texas and Geraldine Fisher of Duncannon; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Alberta Richardson and Mary Emma Homsher.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, April 2, in his church with the Rev. Roz Mason officiating. Fellowship will follow the service in the church. Burial will be in Eshcol Cemetery, Millerstown RR 1, at the convenience of the family.
Nickel Funeral Home, Loysville, is handling arrangements.

JEANETTE JONES
She was born Sept. 10, 1921 in Willard, Ohio, to the late John H. and Grace Esther (Karper) Hetrick.
She was a retired teacher from the Newport School District, with more than 30 years of service; a graduate of Newport High School and Shippensburg State College, where she was a member of Kappa Delta Pi honor society; and a member of Hope Eternal Methodist Church, Newport, Order of Amaranth, Newport, Perry County Retired Teachers Association and Pennsylvania and National Retired Teachers Associations.
She was the widow of Wayne G. Jones and Edward N. Jones.
Surviving are a son, Glenn W. Jones of Newport, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, John W. Hetrick and Eugene R. Hetrick.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, March 31, in Newport Cemetery with the Rev. Donald Firestone officiating.

STELLA I. LITTLE
She was born Dec. 8, 1913 in Harrisburg to the late William and Emma Della (Britcher) Winters.
She was a retired crossing guard for the Harrisburg School District and a former president of the West League of Harrisburg City Baseball.
She was the widow of Benjamin A. Little Sr.
Surviving are daughters, Tammy L. Little, Rebecca Little and Wendy Wheaton, all of Harrisburg, Marge D. Cox, Wendy Thomas and Sandy Laird, all of Newport, and Nancy Patterson of Fort Valley, Ga.; sons, Michael A. Little Sr. of Ickesburg, Kenneth W. Little Sr. of Newport, Benjamin A. Little Jr. and Charles C. Little, both of Harrisburg, David T. Little of Newport, Tom McCutcheon of Dauphin and Steven McCutcheon of Harrisburg; 48 grandchildren; and 68 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Shirley McCutcheon; a grandchild; and three great-grandchildren.
Services were held March 30 in David M. Myers Funeral Home, Newport, with the Rev. David Arnold officiating. Burial was in East Harrisburg Cemetery.

LILLY M. AUMON
She was born June 14, 1908 in York.
She was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church, New Bloomfield, and a Gold Star Mother and member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Newport VFW Post 34.
She was the widow of S. Leo Aumon.
Surviving are a son, Harry S. of Camp Hill; two daughters, Evelyn Cook of Newport and Ruthetta Wilt of Blain; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, John A., and a daughter, Mary Baumbach.
Services were held March 26 in David M. Myers Funeral Home, Newport, with Father Robert Sharman officiating. Burial was in Newport Cemetery.

EDMUND G. MILLER
He was born Aug. 9, 1943 in Birmingham, Ala., to the late E. Gerald and Sara (Asper) Miller.
He was employed by Caretti, Inc., Camp Hill, and was a ballroom instructor for Arthur Murray and Ballroom Break; a graduate of Susquenita High School and attended Shippensburg University; and a member of the American Rifle Association and Loyal Order of Moose, Steelton.
Surviving are his wife, Cathy Leonard Miller; two sons, Thomas E. Miller of Harrisburg and David Colestock of New Cumberland; a daughter, Lara E. Miller of Etters; and two grandchildren.
Services were held March 25 in Ronald C.L. Smith Funeral Home, Duncannon. Burial was in Pine Grove Cemetery, Newport.
EDNELL G. RENTZEL
She was a retired waitress after 38 years from the former Van’s Restaurant, Enola, and a member of Marysville Church of God and its Senior Life and Marysville Golden Age Club and Senior Citizens.
She was the widow of George W. Rentzel.
Surviving are a daughter, Estella M. Cook of Enola; two sons, George A. of Hummelstown and Jack E. of Carlisle; a brother, John A. Rhoads Jr. of Shermans Dale; 17 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.
Services were held March 29 in her church. Burial was in Chestnut Grove Cemetery, Marysville.

LEROY M. WILLIAMS
He was born Oct. 26, 1914 in Hebe, Pa., to the late Daniel and Beulah (Troutman) Williams.
He was retired from Bethlehem Steel, Steelton; a member of Duncannon Sportsmen’s Association; and enjoyed hunting, fishing and baseball.
He was the widower of Edna Umholtz Williams.
Surviving are children, Carolyn Smith and Janice Maulfair and Sally Lewis, all of Duncannon, Trudy Thompson of North Carolina, Dennis of Liverpool, and Lynn of Virginia; a brother, James of Harrisburg; 11 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Ceylon and Marvin, and two sisters, Martha and Betty.
A graveside service was held March 29 in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dauphin, with the Rev. John R. Shenk officiating.

DAVID K. KNISELY
He was born Dec. 28, 1944 in Newport to the late Kenneth J. and June (Reisinger) Knisely.
He was a heavy equipment operator with Teamsters 542 Engineers; an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict; attended Walnut Grove United Methodist Church; and a member of Millerstown Moose 925, Newport American Legion Post 177 and Newport Social Order of Owls.
Surviving are his wife, Vada Smith Knisely; two sons, David G. of Millerstown and Glenn W. of Newport; two daughters, Sherry Winters of Shermans Dale and Donna Knisely of Millerstown; four brothers, Arthur R. and Emory L., both of Millerstown, James W. of Newport and Richard P. of Liverpool; two sisters, Bonnie K. Burd and Jean I. Hambright, both of Millerstown; and eight grandchildren, Garrett, Emily, Alexa, Cameron, Bryce, Breana, Shelby and Justin.
Services were held March 25 in David M. Myers Funeral Home, Newport, with the Rev. Roz Mason officiating. Burial, with military honors by New Bloomfield VFW Post 7463 and Newport American Legion Post 177, was in Eshcol Cemetery, Millerstown.
BENJAMIN F. RAUGHLEY
He was born April 12, 1916 in Easton, Md., to the late J. Frank and Elizabeth (Starkey) Raughley.
He was retired from the former Allied Chemical Company and was an Army veteran of World War II.
He was the widower of Helen E. Raughley.
Surviving are a son, Alan F. of Norristown; a daughter, Lois Whiteman of Christiana; a brother, J. Burton of Tallahassee, Fla.; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Services were held March 24 in David M. Myers Funeral Home, Newport, with the Rev. David Peterson officiating. Burial was in Newport Cemetery.

CHARLES N. LUCKENBAUGH
He was born Sept. 7, 1912 in Marysville to the late Paris J. and Dora M. (Smee) Luckenbaugh.
He was a World War II veteran and served in the Air Force from 1942 to 1971.
He was the widower of Marlen Kundmuller Luckenbaugh.
Surviving are four sons, Henry, Chuck, Jim and Mike; a sister, Marian Wilson of Mechanicsburg; a brother, Louis of Shermans Dale; six grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Diane Lynn; four sisters; and six brothers.
A memorial service was held March 1 at Memorial Gardens Chapel, Colorado Springs.
