William A. Dickerson, 46, of Duncannon died Wednesday, Jan. 14, 1998 at home.
He was born July 12, 1951 in Newton, N.J.
He graduated from Blairstown High School in Newton, N.J., in 1969 and attended Moravian College in Bethlehem.
He was an electrician/mechanic for Wabash Alloys. He had worked for Kulps Foundry in East Stroudsburg prior to moving to Harrisburg 12 years ago. He was a member of the Central Penn Pool League, Harrisburg.
Surviving are his wife, Cheryl of Duncannon; his parents, William and Vivian Dickerson, and twin sons, William and Erik, all of East Stroudsburg; and a sister, Diane Robinson of Hiram, Ga.
Cremation Society of Pennsylvania, Harrisburg, handled arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 1019 Mumma Road, Suite 200, Wormleysburg 17043.
William G. Deiter, 68, of Highland Avenue, Duncannon, died Saturday, Dec. 19, 1998 at Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill.
He was born Nov. 30, 1930 in Watts Twp. to the late William H. and Ida Mary (Mowery) Deiter. He was a retired employee of Mack Trucks Inc. of Middletown.
Surviving are his wife, Gloria Toland Deiter; a son, Harry W. of Duncannon; two daughters, Bonnie Lee Sobolewski of Duncannon and Tracy Ann Stauffer of Marysville; four sisters, Helen Harling of St. Petersburg, Fla., Erma Downs, Verna Stepp and Zelma Kirkovich, all of Duncannon RR 4; and four grandchildren.
Services were held Dec. 23 in Hill United Methodist Church, Duncannon RR 4, with the Rev. Aden Wertz officiating. Burial was in Hill Cemetery, Duncannon RR 4.

Alice L. Dietz, 79, of Louis Lane, Enola, died Thursday, April 16, 1998 in Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill.
She was born Nov. 29, 1918 in Newport to the late Guy M. and Mary A. (Arnold) Shope.
She was a former employee of Amity Hall, Duncannon; a past vice president the Enola American Legion Auxiliary; and a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Enola, and the Duncannon High School Alumni Association.
Surviving are her husband, Elton H. Dietz; a daughter, Joanne L. Shuey of Carlisle; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Services were held April 21 in Smith Funeral Home, Duncannon, with the Rev. Dennis Snider officiating. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery, Duncannon.

William W. Dodson Jr., 76, of Lemoyne and Marco Island, Fla., died Friday, July 10, 1998 in Polyclinic Hospital, Harrisburg.
He was born Sept. 5, 1921 in Northumberland to the late William Sr. and Mary (Meiser) Dodson.
He was president of Merchants and Business Men's Mutual Insurance Co. and a board member.
He was an officer in the Army Air Corps during World War II and in Pennsylvania's 28th Division during the Korean Conflict, serving as a pilot.
He was a graduate of Harrisburg Academy, Duke University and Dickinson School of Law.
He was a member of American, Pennsylvania and Dauphin County bar associations, admitted to Supreme and Dauphin County courts in 1949, and member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Camp Hill, and former chairman of the council; trustee of Harrisburg Academy, YMCA board member, and member of Perseverance Lodge 21 F&AM, Trout Unlimited, Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, Country Club of Harrisburg, West Shore Country Club, Island Country Club and Hideaway Beach Club.
Surviving are his wife, June Harris Dodson; a son, Lt. Col. William W. III, M.D., of San Antonio, Texas; a daughter, Cynthia Dodson Popp of Sunapee, N.H.; a brother, Charles W. of Blain; and three grandsons.
Memorial services were held July 14 in his church with the Rev. Dr. J. Stewart Hardy officiating. Burial was in Trinity Evangelical Church Columbarium.

Charles A. Donahue, 80, of Front Street, Marysville, died Thursday, Feb. 12, 1998 in Polyclinic Hospital.
He retired from the former Navy Ships Parts Control Center, Mechanicsburg; was an Army Air Forces veteran of World War II; a past master of F&AM Lodge 458, and a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, both in Marysville.
Surviving are his wife, Laura Jane Corl Donahue; a daughter, Bonnie S. Lehman of Carlisle; two sons, Craig A. of Enola and Wade M. of Glen Allen, Va.; and three grandchildren.
Services were held Feb. 16 in Shalonis Funeral Home, Marysville. Burial was Perry Heights Cemetery, Marysville.

Alice Rebecca Dorman, 106, formerly of Marysville, died Wednesday, Jan. 21, 1998 in Kinkora Pythian Home, Duncannon.
She was born Oct. 19, 1891 in Rye Twp. to the late John and Ellen (Kohr) Leonard.
She was a member of West Shore Assembly of God, Enola.
She was the widow of Thurston A. Dorman.
Surviving are a daughter, Hilda O. Zimmerman, and a son, Arthur M., both of Marysville; 10 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and 28 great-great-grandchildren.
Services were held Jan. 26 in Shalonis Funeral Home, Marysville, with the Revs. Paul C. Jacobs and Timothy Halbfoerster officiating. Burial was in Perry Heights Cemetery, Marysville.

Willard Watts Dressler, 93, of Millerstown RR 2 died Thursday, March 26, 1998 in Zendt Home, Richfield, where he had resided since February 1997.
He was born in Monroe Twp., Juniata County, on Dec. 5, 1904 to the late Thomas J. and Hannah (Watts) Dressler.
He attended Quaker Run Grammar Schoolhouse in Monroe Twp. He retired in the early 1970s from PennDOT, where he worked on road maintenance in Juniata County for 14 years. Prior to that, he was a Monroe Twp. supervisor for 11 years.
He was a member, former Sunday school superintendent and administrative board member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, Millerstown RR 2; and a member of Richfield ambulance and fire companies.
He was the widower of Mary Agnes Minium Dressler, who died June 7, 1997.
Surviving are three sons, Herbert B. of Liverpool, George H. of Millerstown RR 2 and Glenn T. of Cocolamus HCR 63; three daughters, Rosetta M. Urich of Newport RR 1, E. Jane Kerstetter of Millerstown RR 2 and J. Faye Lauver of Richfield; 16 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Thelma Jean Dressler, on Nov. 13, 1976; two grandsons, Stanley Eugene Dressler in March 1948, and Ronald Eugene Kerstetter in Nov. 1960; six brothers, John, Asher, Grover, William, Boyd and Lehman Dressler; and seven sisters, Daisy Reynolds, Barbara Rowe, Mazie Fogle, Kathryn "Katie" Troup, Martha McDonald, Ida Miller and Sarah Elizabeth Dressler.
Services were held March 30 in his church with the Rev. Dr. Almon D. Baird officiating. Burial was in the church Cemetery.

Clarence W. "Drummy" Dromgold, 93, of Centralia, Ill., died Friday, Oct. 16, 1998 in St. Elizabeth's Hospital, Belleville.
He was a former chief of milk control for the City of St. Louis, Mo., and a native of Loysville. He was the widower of Ruth B. Burlingame Dromgold.
Surviving are a son, Roger A. of Centralia; a brother, Lynn of Duncannon; a sister, Dorothy Mowrer of Willow Springs; and a grandchild.
Services were held Oct. 19 in Irvin Funeral Home. Burial was in in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
