Harry Ivan Pressley, 92, formerly of Millerstown, died Monday, Jan. 26, 1998 in Perry Village Nursing Home, New Bloomfield.
He was born Aug. 15, 1905 in Millerstown to the late Harry and Mary Gertrude (Pines) Pressley.
He retired from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, had been a heavy-equipment operator for William Zeiders Contracting, and was an Army Air Forces veteran of World War II.
Surviving is a sister, Bessie P. Christopher of Carlisle.
Services were held Jan. 29 in Nickel Funeral Home, Millerstown, with the Rev. Charles Tressler officiating. Burial was in Reward United Methodist Cemetery, Millerstown RR 3.

Goldie A. Purdue, 61, of Sneedville, Tenn., formerly of New Bloomfield, died Monday, Nov. 16, 1998 at home.
She was a Harrisburg native.
She was the widow of Merle A. Purdue Sr.
Surviving are two sons, Merle A. Purdue Jr. and John R. Turner-Purdue, both of New Bloomfield; a daughter, Christine A. Godfriaux of Sneedville; her mother, Florence G. Baker Turner Angell of New Bloomfield; two sisters, Florence Stailey of Tularosa, N.M., and Catherine Steimling of Port Trevorton; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were held Nov. 23 in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens, York.
Baumeister, Orcutt & Small Mortuary, York, handled arrangements.

Katherine Quigley, 101, of Linden Ave., Marysville, died Sunday, March 22, 1998 in Kinkora Pythian Home, Duncannon.
She was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church and Marysville Fire Company Auxiliary.
She was the widow of George W. Quigley.
Surviving are two daughters, Elsie E. Oberman and Betty L. Shoue, both of Marysville; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and six great-great-great-grandchildren.
Services were held March 25 in her church. Burial was in Stone Church Cemetery, Mechanicsburg.
Shalonis Funeral Home, Marysville, handled arrangements.

Renie Raub, 74, formerly of Pennsylvania, died Tuesday, April 21, 1998 in Statesville, N.C.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Raub of Statesville and formerly of Duncannon, a son, Ronald Raub of Statesville, three grandchildren, one great grandchild, and a sister, Jane Phillips of Homestead, Fla.
Services were held April 25 in Nicholson Funeral Home Chapel in Statesville. Burial was in Snow Creek Methodist Church Cemetery.
Mary C. Raubenstine, 92, of Hanover died Monday, Sept. 7, 1998 at the Brethren Home, New Oxford.
She was born March 17, 1906 in West Manheim Twp., Hanover, to the late Cleveland L. and Della Rachel M. (Bechtel) Barnhart.
She was a member of St. Bartholomew Lutheran Church, Hanover, where she had taught Sunday school for many years, a member of the church's Women's Bible Study Class, a charter member of W.E.L.C.A., and a member of the Lutheran Home Auxiliary.
Surviving are her husband of 73 years, Walter S. Raubenstine; three sons, Harold W., Gerald B. and Nevin E., all of Hanover; one daughter, Evelyn M. Spotts of New Bloomfield; three sisters, Thelma Dean of Baltimore, Md., Romaine Copenhaver of Littlestown and Garma Dutterer of Silver Run, Md.; 14 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Marie Foglesong.
Services were held Sept. 10 in her church with the Revs. Ivan Mechtly and H. Thomas Miller officiating. Burial was in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hanover.
Kenworthy Funeral Home, Hanover, handled arrangements.

William C. Regester, 72, of Millerstown RR 1 died Saturday, July 25, 1998 at home.
He was born July 15, 1926 in Thompsontown to the late Charles and Mary (Dillman) Regester.
Surviving are three sons, Robert D., with whom he lived, Steve R. and William L, both of Liverpool; a daughter, Debra L. Earnest of Liverpool; a brother, Lewis J. Regester of Millerstown; a sister, Patricia A. Baney of Thompsontown; and seven grandchildren.
Services were held July 28 in Myers Funeral Home, Newport, with the Rev. Arthur Steckel officiating. Burial was in Lutheran Cemetery, Thompsontown.
Edward C. Reich, 75, of Centre Twp., New Bloomfield RR 1, died Saturday, Jan. 31, 1998 at home.
He was born April 11, 1922 in Shermans Dale to the late Jacob and Florence (Kitner) Reich.
He retired from H.R. Wentzel and Sons, Newport.
Surviving are his wife, Patricia A. Peck Reich; a son, Earl of Milroy; a stepson, Edward Peck of New Bloomfield; two daughters, Neva and Bernice, both of New Bloomfield; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by six sisters and five brothers.
Services were held Feb. 3 in Boyer Funeral Home, New Bloomfield, with the Rev. Anthony C. Hill officiating. Burial was in Bloomfield Cemetery.

Esther L. Reichenbach, 71, of Parker Street, Mifflin, died Monday, Feb. 16, 1998 in Lewistown Hospital.
She was born April 18, 1926 in Millerstown to the late Reed and Miriam Wetzler.
She was a housewife; a 1946 graduate of Juniata Joint High School, Mifflintown; and a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church, where she served as junior choir pianist.
Surviving are her husband of nearly 50 years, Ammon S. Reichenbach; a daughter, Sharon E. Harlan of Honey Grove; a son, Frederick A. of Mifflin; two brothers, Donald Wetzler of Millerstown and Harold Wetzler of Liverpool; a sister, Joyce Graybill of Richfield; and two grandsons.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Samuel and Aldin Wetzler, and two sisters, Janice Clay and Shirley Campbell.
Services were held Feb. 18 in Brown Funeral Home, Mifflintown, with the Rev. Douglas Compton officiating. Burial was in Union Memorial Gardens, Mifflintown RR 4.
