Goldie M. Russ, 81, of New Bloomfield, formerly of Harrisburg, died Saturday, June 27, 1998 in Perry Village Nursing Home.
She had been a seamstress for Harrisburg Children's Dress Factory.
She was the widow of Martin J. Russ.
Surviving is a grandson, Donald Dailey of Fredericksburg, Va. Burial was in East Harrisburg Cemetery. Cremation Society of Pennsylvania handled arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to Perry Village, 213 E. Main St., New Bloomfield 17068.
Jane E. Russell, 78, of Berger Lane, Wheatfield Twp, Duncannon, formerly of Mechanicsburg, died Saturday, Sept. 19, 1998 at home.
She was born July 21, 1920 in Benton, Pa., to the late Hervey and Elizabeth (Dieltz) Klinger.
She retired from New Buffalo Restaurant and Sheetz, Mechanicsburg. She attended Perry Alliance Church, Shermans Dale, and was a member of Mechanicsburg VFW Post 6704 Auxiliary.
She was the widow of James N. Russell.
Surviving are a daughter, Christina Stout, with whom she resided; five sons, James of Shermans Dale, George of Halifax, Charles of Mechanicsburg, Mike of Fair Oaks Ranch, Texas, and Daniel of Mechanicsburg; 18 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Kimberly Russell.
Services were held Sept. 23 in Michael J. Malpezzi Funeral Home, Mechanicsburg, with the Rev. Patrick Port officiating. Burial was in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.

Lacie Sierra Ryan, 1, daughter of Kathleen Ryan of Duncannon RR 4, died Thursday, Nov. 19, 1998 in Hershey Medical Center.
Surviving in addition to her mother are a brother, Matthew, at home; grandparents John and Diane Kiner Ryan of Duncannon; and a great-grandmother, Mary A. Holland Kiner of Marysville.
Graveside services were held Nov. 22 in Chestnut Grove Cemetery, Marysville.
Shalonis Funeral Home, Marysville, handled arrangements.

Helen D. Saylor, 76, of Ickesburg, formerly of Wormleysburg, died Thursday, April 16, 1998 in Polyclinic Hospital, Harrisburg.
She was a retired long distance operator for Bell Telephone Co.
She was a member of Messiah Evangelical Lutheran Church, Harrisburg, Areme Chapter 192 OES, and Telephone Pioneers of America.
She was the widow of Hugh P. Saylor Jr.
Surviving are a daughter, Stephanie Lynne Saylor of Ickesburg; three grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
Services were held April 21 in Kimmel Funeral Home. Burial was in East Harrisburg Cemetery.
Barbara Ann Seachrist, 64, of Mountain View Road, Shermans Dale, died Friday, July 24, 1998 at home.
She was born May 22, 1934 to the late Quintus and Arlene (Thomas) Kline.
Surviving are her husband, Albert F. Seachrist; two sons, Ricky of York and Michael of Hagerstown, Md.; two daughters, Sharon Pupura of Mechanicsburg and Sheryl McClintock of Dillsburg; and nine grandchildren.
Services were held July 28 in Boyer Funeral Home, New Bloomfield, with the Rev. Anthony C. Hill officiating. Burial was at the convenience of the family.
Leroy M. Sheck, 97, of Front Street, Newport, died Friday, May 29, 1998 in Polyclinic Hospital, Harrisburg.
He was born Jan. 27, 1901 in Harrisburg to the late John and Emma Sheck.
He retired from the former Navy Ships Parts Control Center, Mechanicsburg; was an Army veteran of World War II; and a member of First Church of God and American Legion Post 177, both of Harrisburg.
Surviving are his wife, Norma V. Sheck; three stepsons, Joseph DeVore of Canada and Thomas and Donald DeVore, both of Etters; a stepdaughter, Trudy M. Hoke of Mifflintown; seven step-grandchildren; and 11 step-great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were held June 2 in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Harrisburg, with the Rev. Woody Johnson officiating.
Myers Funeral Home, Newport, handled arrangements.

Jacob H. Schroepfer, 90, of Iron Mountain Road, Millerstown, died Saturday, Feb. 21, 1998 in Polyclinic Hospital, Harrisburg.
He was born Aug. 4, 1907 at Millerstown to the late Charles R. and Mary F. (Kohler) Schroepfer.
He was a retired cabinet maker from Triangle Pacific, Thompsontown; a former forest fire warden and former Greenwood Twp. supervisor; and a member of Highland United Presbyterian Church, Newport.
Surviving are his wife, Emma R. Brosius Schroepfer of Millerstown; a son, Richard C. of Thompsontown; three daughters, Nancy S. Stailey of Shermans Dale, Lois L. Longacre of Liverpool and Donna M. Jackson of Millerstown; two sisters, Charlotte R. Nauss of Glen Mills and Bertha McGowan of Marlborough, Mass.; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Services were held Feb. 24 in Nickel Funeral Home, Millerstown, with the Rev. Barton B. Leach officiating. Burial was in Millerstown Riverview Cemetery.

James H. Schmaus, 64, of Landisburg RR 1 died Monday, March 30, 1998 at home.
He was born Sept. 4, 1933 at Carlisle to the late John and Stella (Manning) Schmaus.
He was a self-employed upholsterer; a Marine Corps veteran, serving from June 13, 1951 to June 12, 1954; a graduate of Carlisle High School; and of the Catholic faith. He was a member of BPO Elks Lodge 578 and the Fraternal Order of Eagles 1299, both of Carlisle.
Surviving are his wife, Patricia M. Makibbin Schmaus; two daughters, Suzanne Schmaus of Newville and Lisa Brousse of Carlisle; a sister, Stella Schmaus of Carlisle; a brother, John of Funkstown, Md.; and seven grandchildren.
Services were held at the convenience of the family.
Nickel Funeral Home, Loysville, handled arrangements.
