Anthony Ciccocioppo, 73, of Marysville died Saturday, June 20, 1998 in Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill.
He was born Feb. 10, 1925 in Marysville to the late Donato and Anna Ciccocioppo.
He was a retired carpenter; an Army veteran of World War II; and a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, Marysville, and United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America Union.
Surviving are a stepson, John Ciccocioppo, and a stepdaughter, Johnell Ciccocioppo, both of Marysville; two brothers, John Ciccocioppo of Penbrook and Joseph Ciccocioppo of Duncannon; four sisters, Nicolette F. Divincenzo and Lena Bigler, both of Camp Hill, Giovano Boyer of Marysville and Sara Zettlemoyer of New Bloomfield; and one step-grandson.
Mass of Christian Burial was held June 24 in his church with the Rev. John F. Greaney officiating. Burial was in Holy Cross Cemetery, Harrisburg.
Shalonis Funeral Home, Marysville, handled arrangements.

Floyd M. "Friday" Clapper, 70, of New Bloomfield RR 2, formerly of N. College Street, Carlisle, died Wednesday, Nov. 18, 1998 at home.
He formerly was employed by Dave Lebo's Garage in Carlisle; a life member of the Minnequa Club, Shippensburg; and a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, the White Circle Club, American Legion Post 101 and the Union Fire Company, all of Carlisle, the New Bloomfield VFW post and the Newport Moose Lodge.
Surviving are five daughters, Nancy Clapper and Melinda K. Deitz, both of Carlisle, Louise M. Mains of Ephrata and Julie A. Rhone and Flora M. Dasher, both of Camp Hill; two stepsons, Gerald L. Dasher of York and Terry L. Dasher of Carlisle; a brother, Arthur of New Oxford; three sisters, Katherine "Toots" Cross of Cortland, Ohio; Betty "Peg" Deatrick of Hanover, and Queen E. Wileman of Aspers; and seven grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
Services were held Nov. 23 in Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, Carlisle, with the Rev. William L. Richwine officiating. Burial was in Mount Victory Church Cemetery, Carlisle.

Anna K. Clouser, 83, of W. High Street, New Bloomfield, died Friday, Feb. 13, 1998 at home.
She was born Feb. 7, 1915 in Middletown to the late George and Annie M. (Slesser) Kope.
She retired from United Telephone Co., and formerly worked at Camp Hill Art Works; and was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, New Bloomfield, United Telephone and Bell Telephone Pioneers and New Bloomfield Fire Company Auxiliary.
She was the widow of Pierce L. Clouser Sr.
Surviving are a son, Pierce Jr. of New Bloomfield; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Services were held Feb. 17 in Boyer Funeral Home, New Bloomfield, with the Rev. Alan K. Foor officiating. Burial was in Bloomfield Cemetery.

Mabel A. Clouser, 66, of New Bloomfield RR 2 died Thursday, July 30, 1998 in Polyclinic Hospital, Harrisburg.
She was a member of Little Germany Church of God and its Ladies Sunday School Class.
Surviving are her husband, Glenn M. Clouser; a son, Brian K. of New Bloomfield; two daughters, Cindy L. Wagner of Shermans Dale and Glenda J. Clouser of New Bloomfield; two brothers, Charles Good of New Bloomfield and William Good of Millerstown; two sisters, Edith McBride and Ruth Reeder, both of New Bloomfield; and two grandchildren.
Services were held Aug. 3 in her church. Burial was in Stone Church Cemetery, Centre Twp.

Pamela K. Clouser-Gouse, 34, of Gale Street, Mechanicsburg, and formerly of New Bloomfield, died Wednesday, June 3, 1998 in Harrisburg Hospital.
She was born July 9, 1963 in Harrisburg to Donald and Suzanne Clouser of New Bloomfield.
She was an employee of the Naval Inventory Control Point, Mechanicsburg; a 1981 graduate of West Perry High School; and attended Christian Life Assembly of God Church, Camp Hill.
In addition to her parents, surviving are her husband, Kevin Gouse; a son, Kolten E., at home; and two brothers, Donald L. Clouser of Loysville and Douglas E. Clouser of New Bloomfield.
Services were held June 5 in Boyer Funeral Home, New Bloomfield, with the Revs. Paul Wislockey and John Snyder officiating. Burial was in Stone Church Cemetery, Cumberland County.
Harold L. "Dump" Comp, 80, of Elliottsburg RR 1, died Sunday, July 12, 1998 in Locust Grove Retirement Village, Mifflin.
He was born Aug. 3, 1917 in Perry County to the late James and Margaret (Yohn) Comp.
He was a life member of Newport Order of Owls.
Surviving are two sisters, Helen Freet of Newport and Hazel Swartz of Elliottsburg.
Services were held July 16 in Myers Funeral Home, Newport, with the Rev. Paul Case officiating. Burial was in Eshcol Cemetery, Millerstown RR.
Robert B. Confer Jr., 28, of Shermans Dale died Thursday, Oct. 8, 1998 at home.
He was a trimmer operator for Fry Communications, Mechanicsburg.
Surviving are a companion, Chontel Rhoades; a daughter, Micheala J., at home; his mother, Ellen Confer of New Bloomfield RR 3; and two sisters, Amy Lynn Johnson and Brenda Lee Guthridge, both of Lewistown.
Services were held Oct. 12 in Heller-Hoenstine Woodlawn Funeral Home, Lewistown. Burial was in Birch Hill Cemetery, Burnham.
Mary Cowan, 78, of Loysville RR 1 died Wednesday, Aug. 5, 1998 at the home of her brother at Blain RR 1.
She was born July 2, 1920 at Gray, Pa., to the late Metro and Anna (Bushwack) Zemo.
She was a homemaker and of the Catholic faith.
She was the widow of Andrew S. Cowan, who died March 3, 1983.
Surviving are three brothers, Charles Zemo of Blain RR 1, Michael Zemo of Roy, Utah, and Donald Zemo of Florida; and two sisters, Nettie Coia of Loysville RR 1 and Helen Kurtz of Bethel Park.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Harry Zemo, and two sisters, Catherine Orzel and Irene Phillips.
Services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, Aug. 14, in Nickel Funeral Home, Loysville, with the Rev. John Brandt officiating. Burial was in Restland Cemetery, Loysville.
