Gladys S. Deckard, 79, of Harrisburg, formerly of Liverpool, died Saturday, Sept. 18, 1999 in Community General Osteopathic Hospital, Harrisburg.
She was born Aug. 19, 1920 in Liverpool to the late George and Esther (Grubb) Seiler.
She was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church; a 1938 graduate of Liverpool High School and Central Pennsylvania Business School; and liked cooking, camping and reading.
She was the widow of Barner Russell Deckard.
Surviving are a son, Kevin L. of Harrisburg; two daughters, Judy Wheatley of Myrtle Beach, S.C., and Brenda Alwine of Harrisburg; five granddaughters; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Roscoe, Lee and Kenneth Seiler, and one sister, Evelyn Charles.
Services were held Sept. 22 at Garman Funeral Home, Liverpool, with the Rev. Charles H. Scott officiating. Burial was in Liverpool Union Cemetery.

Tina Deckman, 39, of Shiremanstown died Sunday, Jan. 3, 1999 in Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill.
She was born Oct. 29, 1959 in Harrisburg.
She was a graduate of West Perry High School and Cumberland-Perry Vo-Tech School; had worked as a unit secretary at Holy Spirit Hospital; part-time employee of Mechanicsburg School District, where she also had been a cheerleading adviser; was a Mary Kay consultant; active in Shiremanstown Elementary School PTO; and a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Lemoyne, and the New Name Sunday School Class.
Surviving are her husband, Randy L.; one daughter, Sarah E., and one son, Cory G., both at home; her parents, Leslie and Carolyn Mcgee, and one brother, Brian Mcgee, all of New Bloomfield; and her maternal grandmother, Lauretta Shultz of Shermans Dale.
Services were held Jan. 7 at Musselman Funeral Home, Lemoyne. Burial was in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Camp Hill.

William C. DeHart Jr., 58, of Marysville died Monday, Nov. 15, 1999 in Polyclinic Hospital, Harrisburg.
He was a former member of New Cumberland River Rescue, an avid Penn State football fan and enjoyed baseball and fishing.
Surviving are a son, Shawn M. of Marysville; a daughter, Stephanie E. Enriques of Fort Worth, Texas; two brothers, Paul L. Sr. of Mechanicsburg and Stewart E. of New Cumberland; three sisters, Joan M. Saul of Newberry Twp., Nancy Bender of Dauphin and Mary Neidig of Harrisburg; and four grandchildren.
Services were held Nov. 18 in Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, New Cumberland.

Charles E. Delancey III, 55, of W. Main Street, New Bloomfield, died Tuesday, Nov. 9, 1999 in Polyclinic Hospital, Harrisburg.
He was born Feb. 19, 1944 in Newport to the late Charles E. II and Mabel (Varner) Delancey.
He was the former owner of Delancey's Bicycle Shop, New Bloomfield; an employee of Roadway Express; an Army veteran; and a member of Teamsters Local 776, Harrisburg.
Surviving are his wife, Connie A. Delancey; two sons, Michael D. of New Hampshire and Matthew E. of New Bloomfield; two daughters, Michelle R. Laird of New Bloomfield and Clarissa Herr of Carlisle; a sister, Doris Jean Orwan of Newport; and two grandchildren.
Services were held Nov. 13 in Boyer Funeral Home, New Bloomfield, with the Rev. James God officiating and the Rev. Donald Mains assisting.

Jason R. DeLancey, 18, formerly of Newport and Highspire, died Tuesday, March 30, 1999 as the result of a motorcycle accident.
He was born July 10, 1980 in Harrisburg.
He was a computer technician for Flight Systems, York; a 1998 graduate of Newport High School; assistant chief of Highspire Fire Company; a member of Newport, Duncannon and New Buffalo fire companies, Newport Ambulance League and New Bloomfield Sportsmen's Club; and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Surviving are his parents, Ed and Deb DeLancey, a sister, Heather R., his paternal grandparents, Edwin and Evelyn DeLancey, and five uncles, Robert A. DeLancey, Richard R. DeLancey, Ricky L. DeLancey, Paul R. Page and Gary E. Page, all of Newport; and two aunts, Cathy L. Spiglemeyer of Middleburg and Diana L. Mangle of Liverpool.
Services were held April 3 in Myers Funeral Home, Newport, with the Rev. Aden Wertz officiating. Burial was in Newport Cemetery.

Marie Delbaugh, 82, of Millerstown died Saturday, Oct. 2, 1999 in Polyclinic Hospital, Harrisburg.
She was born July 12, 1917 at Hunter's Valley, Buffalo Twp., to the late William Robert and Carrie (Bair) Stroup.
She attended Buffalo Twp. schools; was an accomplished seamstress; a charter member of the Evangelical Methodist Church in Richfield and its Sunday school; and a member of the Millerstown Fire Company Ambulance League; and enjoyed reading, crocheting, gardening and raising flowers.
She was the widow of the Rev. Walter George Delbaugh, who died May 19, 1984.
Surviving are three sons, William S. Peters of Liverpool RR 1, David L. Delbaugh of Camp Hill and Robert H. Delbaugh of Liverpool; a daughter, Hazel E. Nale of McAlisterville RR 2; four sisters, Goldie Kell, Leona Cook, Sylvia Knouse and Clara Lowe, all of Liverpool; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Hazel Clouser.
Services were held Oct. 6 in Garman Funeral Home, Liverpool, with the Rev. Roy R. McCarty officiating and the Rev. Peter H. Kuebler assisting. Burial was in Liverpool Union Cemetery.
William F. DeMoss, 92, of Elliottsburg, formerly of Harrisburg, died Tuesday, May 11, 1999 at home.
He was retired from UGI, as an accounts officer; a member of Calvary Lutheran Church, Mechanicsburg, for more than 70 years and served as deacon, teacher and the church's first selection as "Man of the Year"; and a member of UGI Golden Age Club.
He was the widower of Clara I. DeMoss.
Surviving are his son, W. Wayne DeMoss of Elliottsburg; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Services were held May 15 in his church. Burial was in Shoop's Cemetery.
Kimmel Funeral Home, Harrisburg, handled arrangements.

Ralph Deaven, 84, of Duncannon RR 4 died Wednesday, Dec. 22, 1999 in Kinkora Pythian Home, Duncan-non.
He was a former owner of Hershocks Inc.; a former Central Dauphin Joint School Board member; a member of Penbrook United Church of Christ; and past president of the Central Pennsylvania Sub-Contractors Association.
He was the widower of Vera W. Deaven.
Surviving are two sons, Barry L. and Terry L., both of Duncannon; two sisters, Beulah B. Morgan of Camp Hill and Joyce Witmer of Penbrook; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Services were held Dec. 27 in his church. Burial was in Hill Church Cemetery, New Buffalo.
Hetrick Funeral Home, Harrisburg, handled arrangements.
