James Alan Fisher, two days old, of Loysville RR 2 died Sunday, Oct. 10, 1999 in Harrisburg Hospital.
Surviving are his parents, Samuel I. and Katheryn A. Stoltzfus Fisher; a sister, Rosanna Mae Fisher, at home; his paternal grandparents, Elam H. and Suvilla F. (Stoltzfus) Fisher of Loysville RR 2; his maternal grandparents, Elam L. Jr. and Ruth L. (Peachey) Stoltzfus of Loysville RR 2; his paternal great-grandmother, Salome (Fisher) Fisher of Lancaster; and his paternal great-grandparents, John M. and Katie Stoltzfus of Lancaster.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Raymond Lee Fisher.
Services were held Oct. 13 at the home of his parents. Burial was in Ridgeview Cemetery, Loysville RR 1.
Nickel Funeral Home, Loysville, handled arrangements.
James G. Ford, 82, of S. Market Street, Duncannon, died Thursday, July 8, 1999 in Hershey Medical Center.
He was born Dec. 23, 1916 in Duncannon to the late Howard and Nellie Bender Smith Ford.
He was the retired owner of J. LeRue Hess Agency, Duncannon; an Army Air Forces veteran of World War II; a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Duncannon, American Legion Post 340, VFW Post 255, Duncannon High School Alumni Association, Marysville F&AM Lodge 458, Harrisburg Consistory, Zembo Shrine and Newport Social Order of Owls; and enjoyed fishing.
Surviving are his wife, Janet Hess Ford; a son, James G. II of Marysville; a daughter, Jane L. Welfley of Newport; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Services were held July 11 in Smith Funeral Home, Duncannon, with the Rev. John Schaertel officiating. Burial was in Union Cemetery, Duncannon.

Johnny L. Fulton, 70, of Walnut Street, Newport, died Friday, Nov. 12, 1999 in Polyclinic Hospital, Harrisburg.
He was born Sept. 23, 1929 in Richmond, Va., to the late Johnny L. and Pearl (Ancarrow) Fulton.
He retired from Atlas Welding Supplies; was a Navy veteran of the Korean War; a member and council member of St. Paul Lutheran Church; and a member of the Virginia F&AM Grand Lodge 11, American Legion Post 177 and the Moose lodge in Westminster, Md; and enjoyed golf.
Surviving are his wife, Mona M. Fulton; three sons, Daniel L. of Plano, Texas, Michael of Cary, N.C., and Timothy of Ohio; a daughter, Laurie Ann Reisenbichler of Virginia Beach, Va.; two stepdaughters, Darlene Farley of Baltimore, Md., and Leanne M. Exum of Hayward, Calif.; a brother, Robert of Richmond, Va.; seven grandchildren; and two nephews and a niece.
Services were held Nov. 16 in Woody Funeral Home, Richmond, Va. Burial was in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Richmond.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m., Nov. 21, in his church.
Myers Funeral Home, Newport, is handling arrangements.

Laura M. Flickinger, 90, of Landisburg RR 2 died Sunday, Jan. 3, 1999 in Perry Village Nursing Home, New Bloomfield.
She was born March 16, 1908 at Blain RR 1 to the late Jacob A. and Mary A. (Neidigh) Smith.
She formerly was employed by the Mt. Joy Box Factory and Mt. Joy Grey Iron, and was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Blain, and Landisburg Ambulance Club.
She was the widow of Benjamin A. Flickinger.
Surviving are three daughters, Nina M. Wilson, with whom she had resided, and Dorothy A. Cooper and Irene M. March, both of Carlisle; a sister, Ethel Hess of Elliottsburg; eight grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by five sisters, Ida Johnson, Lottie Shambaugh, Helen Gutshall, Alice Flickinger and Grace Evans, and three brothers, John, Levi and William Smith.
Services were held Jan. 6 in Nickel Funeral Home, Loysville, with the Rev. Donald L. March officiating. Burial was in Blain Cemetery.

Carol A. "Indian" Fearnbaugh, 58, of Polecat Road, Landisburg, died Tuesday, April 13, 1999 at home.
She was born Nov. 12, 1940 in Ephrata to Pearl M. (Wrightstone) Kogan of Camp Hill and the late George Spangler.
She was a homemaker; a member of the Ickesburg Ambulance Club and Born Losers CB Club of Ickesburg; and a lifetime member of the Ickesburg Fire Company.
In addition to her mother, surviving are her husband, George R. Fearnbaugh of Elliottsburg; three daughters, Wanda K. Geesaman of Hamilton, Ohio, Carol S. "Wimp" Fearnbaugh of Elliottsburg and Dena R. Dupert of Landisburg, with whom she lived; three brothers, Donald Spangler of Mechanicsburg and Kenneth Spangler and Jay Spangler, both of New Cumberland; her twin sister, Kay Rittenhouse of Etters; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services were held April 16 in Nickel Funeral Home, Loysville, with the Rev. Karen Easterly officiating. Burial was in Blain Cemetery, Blain RR 1.
Dorothy M. Foster, 78, of Liverpool RR 2 died Monday, Sept. 27, 1999 in Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill.
She was born March 29, 1921 at Brule, Neb. to the late Clyde and Nina (Depue) McColloch.
She was retired from Miller's Market and also worked at the former Jay's Restaurant, both of Liverpool; a member of Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, Liverpool, and Hunter's Valley Sportsmen Club; past president of Liverpool American Legion Auxiliary; and a board member of Liverpool Area Recreation Association; and enjoyed travel, shopping and quilting.
She was the widow of John Melvin "Mel" Foster, who died Oct. 20, 1996.
Surviving are three daughters, Sharon Y. Charles of Liverpool RR 2, Margaret M. "Peg" Dudley of Duncannon and Betty Ann Lowe of Duncannon RR 4; a brother, Gerald McColloch of Ogallala, Neb.; a sister, Geraldine Bricker of Lexington, Neb.; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Raymond McColloch.
Services were held Sept. 30 in Garman Funeral Home, Liverpool, with the Rev. Peter H. Kuebler officiating. Burial was in Hunter's Valley Cemetery.

Harold L. Farner, 78, of Sterretts Gap Avenue, Carlisle, died Thursday, Jan. 28, 1999 in Thornwald Home, Carlisle.
He was born Sept. 17, 1920 at Shippensburg to the late Percy W. and Della Ida (Fisher) Farner.
He retired in 1979 from Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, with 38 years of service; was a member of Mount Zion Lutheran Church, Landisburg; and an Army veteran of World War II.
Surviving are his wife of 48 years, Gladys Kline Farner; a brother, Charles E. of Rogers, Ark.; and four sisters, Violet Alleman, Rosalie Strayer and Dorothy Baker, all of Shippensburg, and Patsy Wright of Newburg.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, William, Galen and Eber.
Services were held Feb. 2 in Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, Carlisle, with the Rev. Donald March officiating. Burial was in the church Cemetery.

Josephine M. Fry, 79, of Maple Lane, New Bloomfield, died Sunday, March 21, 1999 in Perry Village Nursing Home, New Bloomfield.
She was born Nov. 27, 1919 in Lititz to the late Charles M. and Rebecca (Powers) Fink.
She retired from the Newport Dress Factory; was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, New Bloomfield; and enjoyed sewing, knitting and crocheting.
She was the widow of Floyd S. Fry.
Surviving are a daughter, Jean M. Anstine of New Bloomfield; a brother, Charles Fink of Willow Street; two grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a stepgreat-grandchild.
Services were held March 24 in her church with the Rev. Alan Foor officiating. Burial was in Bloomfield Cemetery.

Marian B. Fry, 82, of Millerstown RR 1 died Sunday, Oct. 10, 1999 at home.
She was retired from Newport Dress Factory and a member of First Church of God and Millerstown Ambulance League.
Surviving are her husband, George H. Fry; a son, Marlin of Carlisle; two brothers, Charles Taylor of Loysville and Rodney Taylor of Newport; a sister, Sue Rhoades of Newport; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Services were held Oct. 13 in Myers Funeral Home, Newport. Burial was in Eshcol Cemetery.
