Born Sept. 3, 1910, in Mt. Union, she was the only child of D. Earl McCoy and Fannie B. Gahagan McCoy.
Surviving are: her son and daughter-in-law, David C. and Faith Kettyle; a daughter, Fran Milarta and daughter-in-law, Kathy Kettyle; nine grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

She graduated from Lewistown High School in 1928 and from the Garfield Memorial Hospital, Washington, DC and worked as a Registered Nurse at Marine Hospital, Staten Island, NY.
She marriage, raised her family on Staten Island and returned to Lewistown following her husband's retirement in 1969. She was a volunteer nurse for the Red Cross Blood Bank in Lewistown.
She was a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church, Vestal, NY and previously was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Lewistown.
There will be a private service at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Lewistown.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to: Lewistown Hospice, 2nd Floor, 400 Highland Ave., Lewistown.

Terry D. Kilmer
Born Aug. 7, 1956, in Lewistown, he was a son of Joyce A. (Polliard) Kilmer of RR4 Box 4717, Mifflintown and the late Russell E. His wife, Tawny D. (Lynch) Kilmer of HC 67 Box 94, Mifflin, survives.
Also surviving are: a sister, Mrs. Jeffrey (Stacey) Campbell, Dry Run; and a brother, Kevin C. Kilmer, RR4 Mifflintown.

He was an avid hunter and NASCAR race fan.
His funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Cedar Grove Brethren in Christ Church, RR4 Mifflintown, with Rev. M. Eugene Heidler officiating. Interment will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Walker Township, Juniata County.
Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. today at the Rex Funeral Home, Port Royal, and from 10 a.m. until the time of the service Thursday at the church.

Carrie I. King
Born Oct. 22, 1932, in Reedsville, she was a daughter of the late Crist Y. and Mattie (Yoder) Peachey. Her husband, J. Mark King, whom she married on Sept. 5, 1959, survives.
Also surviving are: children, Kristina Leitzel and husband Warren, Woodward, Faith Smucker and husband Jeff, Woodward, Betty Lou Klingensmith and husband David, Bird-in-Hand, Richard L. King, Leesburg, VA and Carl D. King, Kirkland, WA; brothers and sister, Mervin J. Peachey, Belleville, Crist D. Peachey, Reedsville and Dorothy King, Allensville; six grandchildren, Kristin, Jasmine and Benjamin Leitzel and Jacob, Marchelle and Jonas Smucker.
A registered nurse, she received her Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Mennonite College in 1957 and her nursing degree from the Lewistown Hospital School of Nursing in 1955. She was a former instructor of nursing arts at the Lewistown Hospital School of Nursing, volunteered at Centre Community Hospital for several years and retired from the United Methodist Homes, Lewisburg.
She was a member of the University Mennonite Church in State College, where she was active as a song leader and served on the fellowship committee.
Her gifts were hospitality and mercy to all that she met.
Her memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Maple Grove Mennonite Church, Belleville, with Rev. David B. Miller and Rev. Timothy R. Peachey officiating. Interment will be at the convenience of the family at Allensville Mennonite Cemetery.
Friends may call 6:30-9 p.m. Friday at the church.

Eleanor (Stetler) King
Born Aug. 26, 1915, in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late Milo J. and Dilla (Hummel) Stetler. Her husband, W. Frear King, preceded her in Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch">death in October 2002.
Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Mrs. and Mrs. Renzo (Joan) Vaccari; a granddaughter, Sandra Vaccari of Spring, Texas; and a sister, Mrs. Helen S. Oldt of 40 W. Spanogle Ave., Apt. 309, Lewistown.
While living in Lewistown, she was employed at Pennsylvania Glass Sand Company, and was an active member of Grace Evangelical United Methodist Church.
A memorial service will be announced later.
Jensen Samuel King
Born July 31, 2003, in Huntingdon, he was a son of Myron J. and Mary Ellen (Yoder) King of Belleville.
Surviving are: grandparents, David W. and Sara Yoder, of McVeytown, David S. and Martha King, of Belleville; and great-grandfather, Eli B. King of Whitehall, Belleville.

A viewing will be held 6:30-8 p.m. today, at Valley View Amish Mennonite Church. His funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, at the church, with Bishop Eli King, David S. King and Daniel Pollard officiating. Interment will be in Locust Grove Cemetery, Belleville.

John L. King
Born July 7, 1929, in Belleville, he was a son of the late Cletus Y. and Mary L. (Yoder) King. His wife, Savilla N. (Kanagy) King, whom he married March 22, 1952, survives.
Also surviving are: children, Mrs. Philip Maretta Barr, Belleville, Mrs. Gary Pamela Laughlin, Dayton, OH, Mrs. Tom Catherine Terry, Phoenix, AZ, Mrs. Sheldon Barbara Peachey, Belleville, Mrs. Timothy Nancy Martin, Broadway, VA, Rebecca King, Milton, Paul and wife, Crystal King, Milton, Dale and wife Heidi King, Belleville, Mrs. Lowell Savilla Peachey, Mill Creek, and Emily King, at home; a brother, Floyd R. King, Belleville; and 27 grandchildren.

His funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Maple Grove Mennonite Church, Belleville, with Revs. Alan Kauffman, Philip Barr and Timothy Martin officiating. Interment will be in Locust Grove Cemetery.

Born March 26, 1945, in Lancaster County, he was the son of the late Edward Charles and Dorothea (Constine) Kirchoff. His wife, Cula J. (Fisher) Kirchoff whom he married Dec. 22, 1971, survives.
Also surviving are: children, Paul R. Kirchoff, Huntingdon, Troy R. Kirchoff, Mifflintown, Leroy C. Kirchoff, Jr., Lewistown, Dorothea L. Kirchoff, Mifflin, Robert C. Kirchoff, Lewistown, Deb M. Bowsman, Mifflintown, Tresa L. Swartz, Mexico, and William B. Norris, Jr., Lewistown; a brother, Paul R. Kirchoff, Port Royal; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

His funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Hoenstine Funeral Home, Inc., 75 Logan St., Lewistown, with Karen McCachren officiating. Interment will be in Juniata Memorial Park, Lewistown.
Family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

William A. 'Ratsy' Klawitter
Born Oct. 22, 1923, in Lewistown, he was a son of the late Albert and Hilda Klawitter. His wife, Janet (Bach) Klawitter, whom he married Aug. 5, 1978, survives.
Also surviving are: three children, Deborah A. Klawitter, Philadelphia, Michael B. Klawitter, Brookfield, Mass, and M. Beth Klawitter, Fredericksburg, VA; four brothers; and three grandsons, Christopher M., David W., and John E. Klawitter, all of Grosse Pointe Woods, MI.
He received a Masters Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Virginia Tech University, Blacksburg, VA.
He was a Metallurgical Engineer in his early life employed by General Electric Co. in Detroit, MI and Massachusetts. His last employment was with Car-Tech, Reading. He retired in 1979.
He served in the World War II Pacific Theater with the 11th Airborne Division. He received a Purple Heart in combat.
He was a life member of Lewistown Elks Lodge #663, and a member of the East End Gang.
A memorial service will be at 8 p.m. today at Heller-Hoenstine Burnham Funeral Home, First Ave., Burnham, with Rev. Jacob T. Traxler officiating. Private interment will be at the convenience of the family.
No public viewing, however, family will receive friends from 7 p.m. until the service time today at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to: Hollidaysburg Veterans Home, P.O. Box 319, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648.
His family will receive friends from 1-4 p.m. Tuesday at the family residence, 12 Locust Dr., Reedsville.
Alvin L. Kline
Born Nov. 1, 1949 in Derry Township, Mifflin County, a son of the late Clifford D. and Frances A. (Hecker) Kline.
Surviving are: a sister, Audrey L. Schur, St. Clair; a brother and sister-in-law, Edward D. and Connie Kline, Sr., Middleburg; and several nieces and nephews.
He was a member of Mt. Bethel United Church of Christ, McClure. He worked as a cook at the Selinsgrove Center from 1968 through 1995. He enjoyed tractors, collecting Hess Trucks and being on the family farm.
His funeral service will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the Beavertown Chapel of Aurand Funeral Homes, 316 W. Market St., Beavertown, with Rev. Donald Wise officiating. Interment will be in McClure Union Cemetery.
Friends may call from 1 p.m. until the time of the service Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be sent to: Building Fund of Mt. Bethel United Church of Christ, McClure.
Frances Arlene Kline
Born May 16, 1934, in Burnham, she was a daughter of the late Francis Filson and Elizabeth Anne (Homan) Penepacker. Her husband, Robert E. Kline, whom she married Dec. 1, 1951, survives.
Also surviving are: two sons, Danny E. Kline, and Dale C. Kline, both of Lewistown; three siblings, Harold E. Penepaker, Milroy, Shirley A. Amspacker, Yeagertown, and David B. Penepacker, Granville; one grandchild, Brian E. Kline; and one great-grandchild, Katie Kline.

Earlier in life she worked at Peoples Drug Store.

Her funeral service will be held at noon Tuesday at Evangelical Lutheran Church, 200 E. Logan St., Reedsville with Rev. Kenneth Longfield officiating. Interment will be in Church Hill Cemetery, Reedsville.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the church.
