She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Ellwood City and attended Camp Run United Presbyterian Church, Fombell where she was a member of the Everwidening Circle Sunday School Class. She was also a member of Chapter 212 Order of Eastern Star, Ellwood City.

She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Charles (Marcia) Rea of Franklin; 2 grandsons, John A. Rea and James E. Rea; 2 great granddaughters, Rebekah Rea and Abigail Rea; 2 greatgrandsons, Joshua Rea and Adam Rea. She was preceded by her husband, John Stamm September 8, 1978 also a sister, Lillian Miller, and 3 brothers, Crawford, Elder and James Anderson.

Friends will be received 11AM - 1PM Tuesday & at Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home & Cremation Svcs., Inc., 219 E. Grandview Avenue, Zelienople.

Born March 16, 1929 in Sewickley Twp. Westmoreland County, she was the daughter of the late George & Margaret (McGrew) Funk. Mrs. Bankert was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Zelienople. She enjoyed Hockey and was an avid Pittsburgh Penguin fan.

She is survived by two sons:Harold E. Bankert Jr. & his wife Suzze of Renfrew, & Ronald R. Bankert of North Canton, OH; two daughters:Deborah K. Thompson & her husband, Charles of Cranberry Twp. & Mary M. Hall of Renfrew; three sisters: Claire E Fulmer of Irwin, Bette L. Rogers of West Newton, & Bonnie J. Leasure of Ruffsdale, Five grandchildren: Christopher M. Bankert & his wife, Kimberly of Springfield, MA; Jayson R. Bankert & his wife, Julie of Fombell, Sara E. Bankert of Sacramento, CA, Willie E. Hall of New Port News, VA & Trisha E. Hall of Evans City. Two great grandchildren: Jayme D. Creedon-Hall & Blake R. Wilhite both of Evans City.

She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and her 2 favorite pets, Mollie & Penny.

Patrick L. Connelly, Jr.

Born August 17, 1928 in McKeesport, he was the son of the late Patrick L. & Anna Lee Connelly, Sr. . Mr. Connelly was a 1946 graduate of Midland High School, where he lettered in all sports. He also played quarterback at Ohio University and Youngstown State. He was a US Marine Corps veteran and retired from Salem Furnace Co., Carnegie, where he was a cost analyst. Following retirement he worked as a ticket taker for both the Pittsburgh Pirates and Steelers. A founder of the Seneca Valley Midget Football League he coached the Cranberry Eagles for many years and also managed the Cranberry American Legion Baseball Team. He was a member of St. Ferdinand Catholic Church, Cranberry Twp.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Connelly, whom he married December 20, 1979; daughter, Kathryn Suhoskey and her husband Jan of Sewell, NJ; son, Patrick L. Connelly III and his wife Terry of Mars; stepdaughter, Karen Wenzel and husband Rick of Zelienople; stepson, David Lotz of Cranberry Twp. ; sister, Isabelle Kelly of Whitehall; 9 grandchildren and many nieces & nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded by 2 sisters, Grace Morrow and Mary Ann Huston and a brother, Robert “Pat” Connelly.

Georgetta J. Mrs. Jackson was a life-long member of English Lutheran Church where she was a member of the Loyal Sunday School Class and Friends In Christ. She was a graduate of Zelienople High School, class of 1944 and worked at Mellon Bank in Zelienople for 17 years.

She is survived by her son, Neal H. Jackson & his wife, Jennifer of Zelienople and three grandchildren; Kevin N. Jackson, Megan C. Jackson, & Aaron A. Jackson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard E. Andrew Wilson Campbell

Andrew Wilson Campbell, 87, of Houston, TX, formerly of Zelienople, PA, Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died on Thursday, October 21, 2004, in his home and surrounded by his family, following a long illness. The family extends its heartfelt gratitude to his nurses and friends, Lillian Rodriquez, Violet Lopez, Virginia Lilly, Lisa Mills, and Linda Hopwood, whose loving care and compassion, maintained Mr. Campbell in the comfort of his home.

Born in Zelienople, PA, on September 21, 1917, Mr. Campbell was the son of the late Albert Allyson Campbell and Nell Wilson Campbell.

A member of the Zelienople High School Class of 1935, Mr. Campbell was graduated from Slippery Rock College in 1941, and earned a Masters of Education from the University of Pittsburgh. For thirty-seven years thereafter, Mr. Campbell served as a teacher of American history, government and geography; high school principal; and, school superintendent in school systems located in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Ohio and New York. He was a member of the educational team instrumental in the desegregation of schools of Laurel, Delaware, and he promoted an educational philosophy that sought and encouraged the unique promise inherent in every student. His common counsel was, “Yes, you can. ”, and “Never, ever, give up!”

A World War II veteran, Mr. Campbell attained the rank of Lance Corporal, and served with Company A of the 40th Infantry.

While a resident of Zelienople, Mr. Campbell was a member and deacon of Calvin Presbyterian Church. He held lifetime memberships in the Harmony Lodge, F and AM; Knights Templar of Duquesne; and, Syria Temple, Pittsburgh; he was also a member of the Pennsylvania and National Educational Associations.

His wife, Louise Boutwell Campbell, whom he married on June 20, 1945, preceded him in death on June 17, 2004. He is survived by his daughter, Colleen Campbell Root; son-in-law, John W. Root; and grandson, Andy Root, of Houston, Texas; his niece, Ann Campbell Kalata of Duncannon, Pa., and his nephew, Charles Campbell of Erie, Pa.

Friends will be received 2-4 & 7-9 PM Thursday at Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home, 219 E. Grandview Ave., in Zelienople. A Graveside Service will be held 11 AM Friday, October 29th at the English Lutheran Cemetery, Zelienople.

Lisa Kay Loutzenhiser

Age 43, of Columbus OH, formerly of Cranberry Twp., PA, on Monday, October 25, 2004 at Kobacker House in Columbus Ohio.

Born June 27, 1961 in Philadelphia, PA, she is the daughter of Helen J. (Siefke) Loutzenhiser & the late Donald B. Loutzenhiser. In addition to her mother she is survived by 2 sisters, Susan B. Blank of Evans City and Amy J. Shaffer of Carlisle, PA; a brother, Greg S. Loutzenhiser of Zelienople. She is also survived by 2 nieces & 3 nephews.

Lisa was a 1979 graduate of Seneca Valley Senior High School and a 1983 graduate of Penn State Univ. with a degree in Speech & Hearing pathology. Lisa was the Speech & Hearing Pathologist for the Marysville School District in Marysville, Ohio for the last 21 years. She had a loving heart for special needs children and was active with Special Olympics. She was an advocate and spokeswoman for women with breast cancer, participating in many “Race for the Cure” events for breast cancer research. Columbus news (NBC) channel 4 filmed a documentary in 2000 on Lisa entitled “One year in the life of a woman with breast cancer. ” In this documentary they followed Lisa for one year, detailing her courageous battle with breast cancer.

He is survived by his wife Margaret (Peg) Schramm; a daughter, Elaine McConnell & her husband Phillip of Arlington, TX. ; 2 sons, A. Dale Pflug & his wife, Cheryl Lynn of Chicago, ILL., Brian K. Pflug & his wife, Cheryl Ann of Maple Valley WA. ; 3 stepdaughters, Patty Weil and Carol Dengel, both of Fombell and Ethel Rowe of TX. ; 10 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his first wife Phyllis Cleland Pflug, and a sister Ruth Freshcorn.

She is survived by 2 daughters, Luanne S. Tramber & husband Roosevelt of Pittsburgh & Donna Laird & husband Grant of Arlington, TX; a son, John G. Hubner & wife Barbara of Dayton, OH; a sister, Audrey Wilson of Butler. Also 4 grandchildren & 6 great grandchildren.

Born May 7, 1931 in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Harry & Catherine Klos.

She was the wife of the late Walter Stewart who preceded her in death January 10, 2004.

She is survived by 7 children, Allan (Kim) Stewart of Sewickley, Tom (Celeste) Stewart of Coraopolis, Julie (Larry) Stewart of Gibsonia, Walter “Bud” (Priscilla) Stewart of Coraopolis, Ron Stewart of Coraopolis, Jon (Tammy) Stewart of Coraopolis, Jay (Dana) Stewart of Evans City; 5 sisters, Trish Bittner of Pittsburgh, Ritzie Klosof Brookline, Mel McKay of Cranberry Twp, Jean Byers of Pittsburgh, Donna Hosbach of Stanistown 1 brother, Bill Klos of Florida; 22 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

There will be no visitation. Services are private.

Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home & Cremation Svcs., Inc., 219 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople, entrusted with arrangements.
